• Marco (1/5): Esperienza pessima: condizioni igieniche inaccettabili - Solitamente evito di lasciare recensioni negative, ma in questo caso è impossibile tacere. Al mio arrivo ho trovato l’appartamento in condizioni igieniche imbarazzanti. Le lenzuola erano chiaramente già state usate, con tanto di capelli e peli nel letto gli asciugamani erano sporchi e maleodoranti. Non pretendevo una cucina impeccabile, ma il minimo sindacale sarebbe trovare un letto pulito dove riposare dopo un lungo viaggio e un bagno dignitoso. Le condizioni del bagno erano talmente degradate che mi sono persino rifiutato di usarlo per la doccia. Oltre alla sporcizia evidente, ho riscontrato una totale mancanza di cura. È un vero peccato, perché la struttura sarebbe anche spaziosa e potenzialmente valida, ma nello stato attuale non è assolutamente idonea ad accogliere ospiti. Non soggiornerò mai più presso questa struttura e spero che vengano presi seri provvedimenti, poiché offrire un servizio del genere è una mancanza di rispetto inaccettabile verso il cliente

• Franco (9/5): - Det er et virkelig dejligt sted med restauranter, cafeer og supermarkeder lige i nærheden. Der er under 10 minutters gang til metroen. Det kan varmt anbefales.

• Debbie (8/5): Clean, convenient, safe, good WiFi, good location, good facilities - Very clean, well laid out. Noisy guests next door but that isn’t the hosts fault in the slightest. Conveniently located to shops. Only 17mins into the centre of Rome Plug sockets weren’t all working and a broken glass panel on the balcony… I assume from previous guests but again not the hosts fault

• Sandeep (8/5): Had wonderful and memorable stay! - Everything was as in pictures and description. Very clean, nice and comfortable place to stay. Check-in & check-out was very smooth. Host was very proactive and gave timely/useful instructions. Recommended to stay here and for sure will stay again next time. Apartment was on 4th floor and lift doesn't worked in morning, so it wan not easy to carry luggage.

• Daria (3/5): Poor - The location is convenient, the apartment is large One set of bed linen was dirty, the walls in the apartment were dirty too. There was no hot water in the kitchen. The noise from the street is very clearly audible in the apartment, so it is almost impossible to sleep.

• Tamas (2/5): We don't recommend it at all! - Acceptable location for using public transportation Loud noise from the street, because of the old, single layer windows, which cannot be properly closed. Was like trying to sleep on the balcony. Lack of warm water. We still have the cold we got from washing the hair and showering with cold water. We told the host twice about this, but it wasn't repaired. Not properly cleaned apartment.
• Ruben (4/5): Alright for sleeping, disappointing for everything else. - Easy access to the building and apartment. Required little to no contact with the host. Event though we were informed the apartment would be available for check-in at 14h and we arrived at the apartment 1h after that, at 15h, we were informed by the host that the cleaning team was still cleaning the apartment and wasn't able to finish it in time due to a party that guests from the night before did, which left the apartment all dirty. Even though we believed that at first, we got the sensation it was poor management & planning from the host, as we overheard someone from the cleaning team at the entrance of the building talking with someone else in Italian mentioning how we were “the guests who were waiting for the room to be cleaned”, leaving us with the sensations that they (cleaning team) had just arrived at the building, a few minutes after us. As if the host had just called them to rush there.

• Mizanur (8/5): Very good - Location is good. Metro, bus, train is very close. Shops, food are available. Management are helpful and very careful. There is no any mirror in bedrooms even in living room which is very important specially for ladies. Both air conditioner is operating by one remote which is problematic during night.
• Fellipe (1/5): Bad - I was, and still am shocked with the lack of everything in this stay. The location was good for being close to the train and metro station, but at the same time, it was very messy around and noisy. There were two dumpsters right in front of the building that was always full and smelling bad, of course. The apartment was dirty in a way that as soon I put my bare feet on the floor I could feel the dirt and dust underneath. The shower was broken. Once my mom went to take a shower, the head of the shower went out on her head with the pressure of the water. Fortunately, she didn't get hurt. I tried to put it back, but it didn't work, so we had to manage to take a shower without this part, once we were experiencing almost 40 degrees after a long trip. I notified them straight away about the shower and no measures were taken. Even though both air conditioning was working fine, there was just one control for both rooms. There was not even one mirror. The bed wasn't good and the kitchen was very poor in equipment and anything else. To be honest, I don't think this place is even ready to host anyone. I feel like I just throw my money in the bin. It was bad if it had been for free.

• Juha (7/5): Good location but that’s it - The location was good, short distance from the train/metro and nice restaurants and supermarket nearby. The apartment is not as fresh as the pictures make it out to be and especially the bathroom is not as clean as one would like it to be. The house itself was quiet, but no soundproofing on the windows so noises from the street kept us awake half the night.

• Markus (2/5): The flat is not worth the money. - Very good connections to public transport. Easy to get there when traveling by train. The description of the flat is misleading: no terrace, only balcony; Kitchen misses a real coffee machine, a sharp knife for cooking. there is no seating area besides the small table. TV only with Italian channels. Socket is only on the side of one bed. Wardrobe is only an open shelf with clothes rack. And so on. We stayed with 5 persons but there was not enough dish and not enough places on the table. The 5th bed had no linen. We even did not receive a bill nor met the owner. Communication with owner was poor, sent an mail about how to get in at the time we were on the train to Roma without a prior notice. So we arrived in late evening and stood before a closed door.
