• Rossi (10/5): Abbiamo trascorso giorni incantevoli e vorrei spendere due parole per Benedetta che è stata carina, disponibile e accogl - Appartamento molto carino e dotato di tutto il necessario e in posizione strategica per muoversi con facilità verso le principali attrazioni di Roma e con mille servizi proprio sotto casa. L’appartamento non è nuovissimo ma io ho amato anche questo. A breve sarà ristrutturato e rinnovato quindi chi ne usufruirà in futuro non se ne accorgerà nemmeno 😜 ci tornerei volentieri Nulla da segnalare

• Dorottya Júlia (8/5): Kellemes, laza, kényelmes, szuper helyen! - Nem volt reggeli a szálláshoz. Nagyon tetszett az elhelyezkedés és a terasz, ami nyáron hatalmas előny lehet. A fürdőszoba és a konyha kicsit lehasznált volt, ráférne egy kis renoválás.

• Milena (10/5): - Dear Benedetta was very helpful and kind. The accommodation is in the very city center, so we visited almost everything on foot. Everything in the apartment was as it should be, very nice. Benedetta helped us organize transportation to and from the airport. Highly recommended!!!!! -

Além disso, o apartamento é muito confortável e nos sentimos totalmente seguros durante toda a estadia. Nossa única observação é em relação à manutenção e aos suprimentos. Sugerimos que seja verificada a ducha do banheiro da suíte, pois ela estava caindo e precisa de um conserto. Também tivemos que ficar atentos ao estoque de papel higiênico, que estava no limite; a reposição desses itens básicos poderia ser mais garantida para os hóspedes.

• Marta (10/5): Świetna lokalizacja, doskonałe miejsce na kilkudniowy pobyt z rodziną w Rzymie. - Lokalizacja była idealna, blisko (10-15min pieszo) do najważniejszych zabytków. Sklep Carrefour w odległości 150m. Apartament wyposażony był we wszystko, co było dla nas niezbędne. Korzystaliśmy z tarasu i spędziliśmy bardzo miło czas w Rzymie. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką Benedetta. Sam apartament wymaga odświeżenia, przydałoby się gruntowne sprzątanie. Brakowało małych talerzyków.

• Adrienne (10/5): Exceptional - Our host was lovey and welcoming. We booked this place on the fly, as we arrived in Italy a day early. We couldn’t be more happy with the service and location. We arrived before check in time, however, Mrs. Bennedatta meet us allowed us into the property. It was spotless and very roomy. We were two couples with a big bed each! I would highly recommend! Only one air conditioner in the main room, but the whole unit did cool down.

• Asta (7/5): Good location, comfortable beds, but not clean bathrooms - Location - great, close to few bus stations, close to Navona square, Trastevere etc. Comfortable beds. All the necessary kitchenware, spacy room. Hostess Benedetta very kind and helpful (arranged possibility to leave luggage earlier then planned). Dirty. The rooms were tidied up, but only in the central areas. The bed linen was clean, but everything else felt neglected — like an old countryside shed. We're really not picky persons, but we struggled to use bathrooms, as they just felt unhygienic. One of the toilets was dirty with a stain that wouldn’t come off with simple brush. There was dirt and spider webs in the corner, along the edge of the floor, and very significant mold in the shower/bathtub. The mold was also inside the big lampshades in both wc's - the inside of both was with plenty big black dots of mold. One of the WC doors are foldable, to open you need to puch it by hand. That door area was dirty, blackened, and clearly needed a basic wipe-down. The towels were tiny (1 washcloth and 1 hand towel for each person). There was no soap at all. For an apartment rated and taxed as 3 stars, you’d definitely expect a proper bath towel, and at least some hand soap or shower gel. For 2 last days of our stay there was no hot water at all, but not sure if it was just apartment's or all neighborhood's issue. There was also a notice that upon checkout, you must take out the trash yourself (or face a €50 fine). However, according to the building rules, trash can only be thrown out on specific days of the week — which is very inconvenient if you’re leaving on another day. We paid 1103 EUR for 5 nights (plus 120 EUR city tax), and I believe for this price the least what guests should expect is clean bathrooms, normal towels and some soap. Minuses, that could be fixed in 1 day, with proper cleaner and minimal investments, if only owners would care about their guests comfort.

• Jana (6/5): Pleasant - We liked the location, two bathrooms, terrace and helpful Bernadetta, thank you very much. We also liked that the apartment was very peaceful and silent and there were outside covers so we could sleep well. We didn't like the state of some appliances in the apartment especially sink where water stayed and noisy toilet and also the bed in the second bedroom was too small for 2 people to sleep in so we needed to sleep in one room all 4 of us.

I asked the host to keep our luggage after check-out since we have babies, and she was nice and agreed. However, I didn't like that the cleaning company entered the apartment without our permission to enter and clean and all our things are inside.

The bed in the living room was very comfortable. The host was so welcoming and friendly, and very helpful by giving us tips and addresses we should visit! The towels were a little small, but this wasn’t a big issue since our stay was short.

The apartment is suitable for 2 couples (separate toilets) and possible to have different entrances as well. The mattress of one of the beds needs replacement as it is not that comfortable. We didn't sleep on the sofa so I can't say how comfortable it is (I've seen other reviewers complaining).

Central and quiet location, near bus station, piazza Navona, restaurants, supermarket, Campo de Fiori and walkable distance(10-15 minutes) from other attractions(piazza Venezia, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain). We had a fast and smooth check-in with Benedetta(so helpful and kind with our stay) and had a very convenient stay. In general, the appartment is very comfortable with a big terrace, 1 very comfortable double bed in the living room, 1 normal bedroom with private bathroom, kitchen with all equipment needed and an extra bathroom near the kitchen. Recommended for families, friends or even a couple. Visited in January with cold weather, the heating of the appartment was excellent.

We walked to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and Coliseum in one afternoon and returned to the apartment. Everything you need is at your fingertips and Benedetta was a very helpful hostess. Air conditioning could have been a bit cooler for our Canadian tastes.
