• Josef (8/5): Gracious Roman apartment near the Vatican on upper floor with a view. - Great location with a supermarket next door. Spacious bedrooms and large separate living room. Views over Prati. Close to the Metro. Very helpful host. There needs to be more glassware and crockery in the kitchen. The bathroom is adequate but needs updating.
• Tony (10/5): Excellent beautiful apartment/hotel where we could spread out and be comfortable and happy. - He was right there to welcome us and make sure we were comfortable. Everything really was beautiful and excellent and I LOVED the location!!! All of the construction around the hotel but that couldn't be helped. Seriously, everything else was fabulous. We were so happy and comfortable there and grateful for the wonderful accommodations.
• Renata (10/5): Exceptional - Very good communication with the owner and perfect location. All attractions of the city can be reached by metro. The Vatican is nearby, a 5-minute walk. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Large kitchen, confortable to cook, grocery store just around the corner.
• Rodrigo (9/5): Spacious apartment and great location in Rome! - The apartment is spacious and very comfortable! My family felt at home. Location is really cool - lots of restaurantes, stores and public transport stations nearby. And the Vaticano is almost a neighbor! Filippo is a very nice and supportive host. He helped us with everything we needed and the communication worked fine with him! In fact, the street is a little noisy at night - mainly for the rooms with windows to the outside. It was not a problem for us, but for people who have difficulty sleeping I recommend the room with windows looking into the building internal area.
• David (7/5): Great location but niggles... - You can't beat the location as it places you exactly where you want to be to access Roma, especially the Vatican, which we wanted. It's big enough for two couples or a family and has everything around it like supermarkets, restaurants and bars. It also helps there's a taxi rank just around the corner. Has a fully working kitchen if you want to budget and eat in. Lots of little niggles that really could have been avoided and a lot came from the owner not meeting us when we arrived to check us in. We had to collect our keys from a nearby gellataria, and they gave us the wrong key, which meant ten minutes of frustration on the 5th floor before heading back down to get the right one. The power went off, which meant having to access a fuse box on the first floor following instructions through WhatsApp with photos to explain that came quickly, so this must happen often for guests, but apparently it was because we might have used too much electricity when it was just using a hairdryer. Finally, there was pressure to meet the owner to check out and pay tourist tax when it suited them, not us, and it became clear they were worried we would leave without paying so to save the stress for us I bank transferred the amount. As soon as I did, there was no more pressure. As it's like an air bnb essentially, a welcome book explaining how things work lime the oven, what to do if the power goes off, where to leave the keys at the end etc...would have helped. Air con units in the flat but no instructions how to use it or remote controls, just fans provided, so I think they didn't want us using them even though it got hot through the night at times.

• Tammy (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is well located in the heart of Rome. Just a short walk to the Vatican, St-Peters Basilica, fine restaurants, Caffe’s and shops! Highly recommend
• Sergio (10/5): Please, do not hesitate to rent this place. It’s big, spacious, clean, and all what is necessary to feel you comfortable - Spacious big spaces It’s on a main road and sometimes you hear noises from outside, but nothing at all that didn’t let me sleep very well. 💪
• Shoshana (9/5): Felt like romans for a few days - The apartment is a bit old but comfortable and well kept. It is in a great location. There are many bus stations right near by, and a supermarket literally next door. We enjoyed are stay. And the most important thing about the apartment is Phillipo the host who was super kind and generous. available when needed and helpful. We stayed in august and it was ver hot - the air conditioning could use some improvement
• Cesar (10/5): Our host Filippo is one of the best I’ve encountered. Highly recommended! - The location is exceptional! It’s accross St Perer’s square, it’s a few minutes walk from the Metro station, it has a grocery adjacent the apartment, and a lot of restaurants beside it. None.

• Thelma (7/5): Good - I can't comment on Casa Tranquilli because it had a plumbing problem so the owner moved us to another apartment Casa Lelli next door. Lovely owner, apartment was fine but not as good as Casa Tranquilli. Excellent location quiet, clean, comfortable, kitchen worked well. We had no complaints though. No lounge, only one bathroom in Casa Lelli, not as aesthetically pleasing as Casa Tranquilli. Slightly more run down than pictures of Casa Tranquilli.
