• claudia (1/5): non ci tornerei - solo la posizione veramente centrale, vicino al Vaticano, parcheggio economico in zona struttura sporca trascurata, con muffa nel bagno, polvere accumulata su superfici e dietro la televisione, parquet sporco di sostanze come putrefatte, disposizione dell'appartamento poco funzionale, spalliera del letto fatta da pannello di truciolato che chiudeva un vano vuoto e pieno di polvere e sporcizia, ovvero era il sotto del sopppalco cucina. Per quanto l'appartamento sia centrale non si può alloggiare nella sporcizia nemmeno per una notte. Ci vorrebbe davvero poco per risistemarla, credo che il proprietario non sia al corrente delle reali condizioni dell'alloggio.
• Valentina (7/5): Chiudete gli occhi e via - Della struttura si apprezza la posizione in zona Vaticano e Castel Sant’Angelo Angelo a pochi passi La struttura è rimediata è un po fatiscente, bagno vecchio e traballante la doccia poco comoda. I letti sono divani aperti e appoggiati su dei soppalchi…cuscini inesistenti e biancheria di scarsa qualità. In compenso due schermi Smart fb piuttosto grandi.Se si chiudono gli occhi e’ passabile vista la posizione abbastanza strategica specialmente per il rapporto prezzo e periodo festivo.

• Dina (9/5): - Estava tudo limpo e organizado, forem muito acolhedores pois quando conseguimos entrar no apartamento está bem quentinho e acolhedor. Estivemos 1h30m à espera na porta do prédio pois não tínhamos informação de como entrar no prédio e o proprietário não atendeu o telemóvel, a nossa sorte foi que o senhor da loja ao lado viu que nos estávamos ali à tanto tempo que nos disse que tínhamos de carregar numa das campainhas para entrar no prédio, depois disso tudo ok.
• DAVID (2/5): - La cercanía a algunos sitios de interés turístico No contaba con WiFi ofrecido en el momento de tomar la reserva. En las noches en el piso hacia mucho frio, no había calefacción. La puerta del baño estaba rota y no cerraba. La tapa del sistema e descargue del váter 🚽 estaba rota. El precio pagado no correspondía con la calidad del piso. Algunos electrodomésticos de la cocina no funcionaban, como la cafetera. No Había ningún elemento para hacer limpieza ni siquiera una botella de agua oaea tonar a la llegada. El estado del piso no está de acuerdo aprecio pagado.

• Francesca (3/5): Struttura poco curata - La posizione. Struttura in ottima posizione ma con muri sporchi e con mobilio usurato a tratti fatiscente. Appartamento scomodo da utilizzare con scalini ovunque. Macchina del caffè rotta e televisore inutilizzabile. Nonostante avessimo segnalato al titolare al telefono nessuno ci ha risposto, ci hanno risposto dopo molto con un messaggio dicendo che erano dispiaciuti.
• Helcianey (10/5): Ottima - Molto comoda due passi dal vaticano. Avuto qualche inconveniente con la chiave che non c'erano però risolto , personale molto gentile. Letti comodissimo Pulita Bagno acqua non sciendeva molto bene E una pentola grande se dovevi cucinare una pasta.

• Roberta (1/5): Sporchissima - La posizione Troppo sporcizia, dall'ingresso del palazzo sino a tutto l'appartamento, un vero peccato, perché arredata con gusto ma troppo sporca. Consiglierei a chi la gestisce di controllare la pulizia prima di affittarla
• Luigi (7/5): Dalle foto era una favola... - La posizione é perfetta, letteralmente nel centro di Roma; i letti erano comodi e il bagno abbastanza pulito. Sporcizia generale, ad esempio sul tavolo in cucina c'erano delle briciole; parte dell'arredamento era in pessime condizioni; alcuni asciugamani erano macchiati; uno dei due condizionatori non funzionava. Nonostante la presenza del caffè, mancava lo zucchero, inoltre vi erano scontrini degli ospiti precedenti.

• Iwona (7/5): Mimo pewnych niedogodności uwazam ze świetna lokalizacja i polecam. - Świetna lokalizacja, mimo że przy ulicy to bardzo cicho w mieszkaniu, (żelazko, pralka, dodatkowy wentylator - jeśli ktoś potrzebuje) Były pewne braki - np mydła w łazience i mała ilość szklanek , brak pilota do TV.. i mogłoby być czyściej. Nie widać na domofonie gdzie jest ten obiekt bo plakietka wyblakła.

• Pablo (5/5): APARTAMENTO EN MAL ESTADO Y SERVICIOS INSUFICIENTES - La ubicación, muy buena La ducha, no funcionaba el drenaje y acumulaba agua y porquería. No había gel ni champú a la llegada. La máquina de café no funcionaba (y lo ponen como un servicio) y no había cazuelas adecuadas para cocinar ni suficientes tenedores ni cucharitas. El aire acondicionado, apenas enfriaba y el apartamento en general tenía aspecto sucio, todas las paredes manchadas con roces y salpicaduras de todo tipo

• Kenny (8/5): Very good - Location was quite good. Easy walk to most landmarks. The ad says room 2 has 2 double beds but it actually 1 double and a pull out sofa. With that being the case it made the stay very crammed. All in all it was ok.

• Marco (10/5): GREAT place to stay in a strategic location. - The location is perfect, pretty close to the Hop On Hop Off bus stop, which is great for moving around the whole city. The place is cosy and clean. The kitchen sink can easily clog and the air conditioner can leak, which can damage the TV below.
• Saoussane (5/5): Disappointing apartment 😕 - The location 5min walk to the Vatican, and few minutes to St Angelo area. I am rating it 5 only because of the location. Otherwise, I would give it a zero The apartment requires extensive maintenance. It needs a fresh coat of paint, and some wooden edges on the walls are nearly falling off and need repair. The kitchenware is inadequate—only a few plates, glasses, and pieces of cutlery are provided, which is insufficient for five people. The pan is missing a handle, making it difficult and unsafe to use. Additionally, the unit has not been cleaned for a long time; there is a significant amount of dust under the beds, in the corners of the flat, and inside the kitchen cupboards. The clothes storage options are insufficient for a family of five, and the bathroom lacks proper arrangements. Overall, the apartment does not offer good value for the money. I have included some of the pictures since I can only attach 4.

• Yanislav (8/5): Everything you need in the heart of Rome - A really nice apartment very close to the Vatican city and a short walk away from Piazza Navona. There are plenty of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The place provides all the needed facilities for a few nights stay - there is a kitchenette, washing machine, refrigerator etc. The hosts were bery helpful and reliable - they were easily accessible and quickly solved some of the issues that appeared. There were some broken pieces of furniture and generally a slight refurbishment could make this great place even better.

• Gwendolyn (8/5): Very good - Great location. Elevator in building. Two bodegas and a restaurant downstairs. We arrived early and host let us drop off luggage. Mattress in the living room was worn and did not have mattress protectors.

Small grocery store in the same building on the street and great small pasta bistro. Appartment was as described. The beds were comfortable for us. A/c was good. The owner tried to help promptly with issues that we ran into. The layout of the appartment was not very comfortable for us. 4 sets of stairs inside the place.

The key barely worked and we were constantly worried about being locked out. The apartment had the basic necessities.

• Petr (8/5): Solid accommodation in the centre of Rome - Solid apartment for 4 people in an absolutely exceptional location in the centre of Rome, overlooking the Castel Sant'Angelo, only 500 metres to the Vatican. On the ground floor shops and a very good restaurant. Unfortunately there were only two glasses for 4 people in the apartment, one wine glass and one water glass.

• Szekely (9/5): nice and clean apartment in the heart of the city, easy to reach on foot most of downtown points of interest - great location between Vatican and Centro Storico, in good and clean condition little cramped for 5 people, but as we spent most of the time in the city, this was not a big issue
• Ivana (5/5): Location is excellent, but it comes with busy streets right under your window, day and night. - Location No wifi during the whole stay, owners blaming the teleoperater, but not doping anything to make for it, just apologizing. No hot water, had to wait for 5min to get it, on the second day it didn't come at all. My husband accidently realised the valve was closed. The owner blamed previous tenants, and again no action to make our stay bearable.

• Wybrand (7/5): Great location - The place was well furnished and neat. It had a washing machine and we did not feel yhat ot was short of anything. It was easy walking distance from the Vatican and St. Peter Baccilica. The flat did not have wifi. These days wifi is like toilet paper or hot water, it is essential. We did let the host know that we need to use the wifi, but she let us know in advance that the wifi was down. Not having access to the internet made it really difficult to communicate woth family, plan our trip for the next day or let the kids watch something online.

We swapped but everyone had a backache after that one Bell goes random in night and room lights up with video system very nice. This is due its the front door opener and people use it to open door maybe also cause house people seem very annoyed by Airbnb poeple
