• Kenneth (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was perfect, clean and spacious for our group of 6. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The apartment was beautifully stocked. The location can't be beat. I would definitely book again and highly recommend. No complaints.

• Steph (10/5): Amazing stay right by Trevi! - The punt of space you get really helps with a large group, the bedrooms were all big enough to sleep 2 people on each and the bathrooms were well equipped A communal area with a sofa would have been a bonus, but not required on a short trip - this would also mean less bedrooms so I see why they have not done this.

• Lewis (10/5): Great stay, in a great location with plenty of space and fantastic AC (air conditioners) during a very hot week in Rome. - The air conditioner in each room worked great. It was very hot in Rome during our stay and having a working AC was great. Overall, the location was very convenient. The 4 bedrooms and bathrooms provided plenty of space for our family of 6. The condition of the unit was very clean but the furnishings, plugs and switches were not as modern or nice as some of the photos.

• Deshana (10/5): Excellent property that was well maintained. - The rooms were spacious, and the apartment was close to major attractions. Previous reviews complained about no place to gather. The kitchen area is large enough to gather at least seven people, and there is a loft area for smaller groups. I would hope most people do not want to spend their vacation inside the apartment. The hotel provides plenty of food and breakfast items for your stay. Additionally, they are very responsive to any questions. Marco, was very helpful with everything. We would stay here again and receive recommend to others.
• Lozina (9/5): Nice transition from Taormina to home in USA - The location was great. There was everything we needed. Initially we were given only one key although we were a party of 5. I had to ask again for a second key and to go twice to the main office which was a taxi ride of 15 euros The promised transportation from the airport never came. It cost us 2.5 lost hours
• Dennis (9/5): Superb - Love the location, the staff was very friendly and helpful when we arrived Could not get the stove top to work, so directions would have been helpful. A couple maintenance issues that should’ve been addressed.
• Anthony (9/5): Excellent family break in Rome - My family enjoyed an evening excellent stay at the Trevi Suite. The beautiful and spacious apartment is located very well and Enrica and the team looked after us all very well. We hope to be back soon!

Generous breakfast supplies included and all the perks of a hotel with the facilities and space of an apartment the WIFI was not strong in the apartment and with 3 x teenagers - they felt that. - I'm sure this couple be improved with router or something

Fully equipped with everything we needed & had plenty of breakfast, snacks & drinks. Very impressed and would stay again. The only feedback we have is that the main shower pressure in the large bedroom wasn’t enough so we had to use the little shower head and we couldn’t work the radiators so were unable to dry our towels completely.

• Dolly (10/5): We had a beautiful stay everything was provided for breakfast. That was nice and the privacy was great thank you. We wil - It was very clean. It was a great location and very open. Everyone has their private room and private bathrooms. We had a couple of issues, but they were resolved. The water heater being the boiler went out, but they fixed it late, but it was fixed. One of the toilets was broken. They fixed it.

We loved having the apt to ourselves, so close to the Trevi Fountain. Loved that the property had a car for us when we got off the train. the key pick up at a separate location would have been inconvenient if we would have been on foot, the washer wasn't working,
• Clark (9/5): I would recommend this unit due to the location, check in and its facilities. - Location is amazing, so close to the Trevi and lots of nice eating places around. All rooms having their own bathrooms as this is an advantage with a large group. Air-conditioning a plus with the heat we experienced in August. Easy pick up from airport and processing the check in. Breakfast provided was only ok. Eggs, meat and yoghurt were good. Sitting room and kitchen is small for the amount of people in the unit however can see there is no room to expand. As a family with a 1 year old we liked to gather together at the end of the day. No fault to owners.

• Kate (9/5): Loved staying in the heart of Rome and within walking distance or if not Ubers. - So close to everything we wanted to do and only seconds away from the Trevi fountain. Great space for a family!! Handy to have a lift for the luggage!! Lots of breakfast food supplied! Happy with the apartment!

Property interior needed upgrading and was extremely tired. Also not very clean. Breakfast was generous but was more packaged items and less healthy options.
• Harmon (10/5): Beautiful conveniently located apartment near lots of restaurants and shopping! - Beautiful furnishings, very convenient location, nice additions, and thoughtful accommodations. Tons of great restaurants and shopping nearby.. Elevator did not go to the ground floor, which is only an issue when moving in. Lots of street noise so the property manager provided fans to block it out which helped a lot.

• Brett (8/5): Great location with lots of space - Location, space for family to spread out and all bedrooms have ensuites Ice machine not working, bit tired in places shower control came off whilst using and also front door handle came off one day.

• Tracy (7/5): Pricey but that’s what you pay for location. - Location can’t be beat. Lift for luggage was beneficial. Comfortable beds. Cleaning team kept bathrooms and bedrooms spotless. Property offers one way shuttle to airport, driver was very professional and courteous. Reception would only give 2 sets of keys. We had a group of six individuals. Had requested 3 sets at booking and in communication. It was a struggle to get 2 keys. We would not have booked knowing this. Carpet is filthy and stained. Blinds in kitchen were broken. For the price the apartment needs to be updated.
• Roxana (5/5): Passable - We did enjoy the location, it was really close to the Trevi Fountain, very accessible to everything we planned to visit. Also the people in charge were very nice and responsive. We did not like that the apartment had no living, only a small kitchen, with a small, small table for 4 persons, nothing more. There is no space to meet and spend time in the mornings or evenings, after a long day full of walking. In rest, the whole apartment is full of bedrooms. The property was clean in general but a lot of dirty walls, scratches, not a luxury property for real, except the location.

• Robert (8/5): Great property and location, would stay again! - Breakfast was well supplied in the frdige. Some of the AC units were set to high and we would have prefferred to have the temperature a few degrees lower in 2 rooms. Location is amazing!! Stair carpet leading upstairs needs to be replaced. Can be loud at night as businesses open and close. Would suggest fans or use your fan app.

• Anonymous (4/5): spacious and good location but so dirty it wasn’t worth it - the location was convenient & it was spacious the rug upstairs is so dirty and gross and the bed sheets there were dirty that we didn’t even use that floor. there was mold in most bathrooms and the staff didn’t seem to care at all when we mentioned it. can’t believe this place was so pricey for how dirty it was.
• Maria (9/5): Well appointed, stylish accomodation a stones throw to the Trevi fountain. - The location was fantastic. It was a few minutes walk to the Trevi fountain. Located in the middle of a restaurant precinct but set back enough so that it was not noisy to sleep. Would stay here again. I liked just about everything. If I have to be picky I would say that the lounge area was small. However the bedrooms were massive.

• Brigid (10/5): I have been to Rome at least 15 times if not more. This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. - We were a group of four couples. We all had an en-suite. Which makes getting out quicker. No waiting to get into the shower. We also liked the location could not have been better. Nothing it was really great.
• Stacey (9/5): Busy area, but gorgeous & clean apartment - Beautiful & spacious! Between the 4 bedrooms, the stocked amenities were sporadic. Some had shampoo, conditioner, etc… others didn’t. Plus, would be great if it had more than one key for our group. We asked for an additional key, but never received one.
