• George (3/5): If I could return the time back and choose another apartment to stay.. - Location was perfect and the concierge was a good guy. Our four-day stay in Rome was unfortunately a very negative experience. First of all, communication with the owner was extremely poor and unprofessional. From the first day, we felt constant pressure regarding an additional payment for our two children. The owner insisted strongly that we pay in cash, but in the end I sent a bank transfer. To this day, we have not received any receipt for this payment. In addition, the owner demanded that I send her photos of my children’s passports, even after I clearly explained that she could enter all the required passport details into the system herself, and that I had already provided all the necessary information in text form. I also explained that identity verification could be done in person either by her or by the building concierge. The apartment itself was not clean at all upon arrival. The sofa bed was completely uncomfortable, damaged, and torn — absolutely not suitable for sleeping. The living room table was unstable and about to fall apart, which was also unsafe, especially with children. There was no coffee machine in the apartment, only a kettle, which was inconvenient. The hot water in the bathroom was taking more than five minutes to come, and the radiators were extremely noisy at night, making it impossible to sleep properly as we kept waking up due to the constant noise. The only positive aspect of this stay was the location, as it was close to everything and very convenient for sightseeing. This was my fifth time visiting Italy, including two road trips, and I have stayed in more than ten different hotels and accommodations. This is the first time I have ever experienced something like this in a country we truly love and consider our favorite. Overall, this was a very stressful and disappointing stay, and definitely not what anyone expects while visiting Rome. I would not recommend this accommodation to families or to anyone who values cleanliness, comfort, and professional behavior.

• Giacomo (10/5): Relais Dolcevita - The sweet apartment :) - This apartment was spacious and luminous. There were windows in both the living room and in the bedroom. The bathroom was spectacular, with the double sink and bidet. The shower was spacious. Its located on the third floor and there was an elevator. Its a quiet and safe neighborhood. Located nearby all the top tourist sites ex. Spanish Steps and Fontana di Trevi. Also if you need to get to the American Embassy its located in walking distance and very convenient. There are taxi stops nearby to pick up a taxi. Also near the famous Via Veneto and the entrance to Villa Borghese (an amazing park). Nothing. This place was really great and way above my expectations.
