• Magdalena (8/5): Piękna sprawa - Piękne i przestronne wnętrze. Superprosta obsługa - otwieranie drzwi aplikacją, a później kluczami. Wszystko bardzo sprawnie. Miła dzielnica. Meeeega blisko Koloseum <3 Mogłoby być więcej dodatków dla gości (mydełka, papier etc.)
• Claire (10/5): Spacious, clean, modern and on a quiet side street! - Beautiful building, and the apartment was huge and sunny. Spotless, with very comfy beds (felt new!) and lots of space for belongings/clothes. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Very close to train station, but not in a noisy area. The park around the corner is enormous and so charming for a stroll in the mornings!
• Pasi (10/5): - For a family of six, apartment was perfect for our stay. It was specious and clean and everything worked well. The host was great, friendly and helpful, answered our questions promptly, checked in on how we were doing, and responded to our need right away. Location was excellent. Short walk to colosseum and to many sites, and metro is around the corner. We had a great time in Rome!

• Ning (9/5): - This apartment is in an excellent location, near Rome’s central train station and also very close to the Colosseum. The room is spacious and well-equipped. The stay was very pleasant.

Bardzo dobrym udogodnieniem jest sklep tuż obok i drugi kawałka dalej z pysznym jedzonkiem . Jesteśmy bardzo zadowolenie z apartamentu i polecamy wybrać to mieście 🥰.
• Eduardo (8/5): Ottimo appartamento in uno dei migliori quartieri di Roma. - Appartamento bello, grande e pulito. Posizione strategica in uno dei migliori quartieri di Roma. Pensavo che il divano letto era matrimoniale ma invece ho trovato altro. Comunque molto comodo.

• Stacey (10/5): I would stay there again. - The instructions to initially get into the property were excessive and it would have been easier to instruct to just use the ring bell which is what ended up happening.

• David (7/5): Buen sitio para alojarse por ubicación - Camas cómodas, habitaciones amplias y salón comedor cómodo para desayunar que es lo que hicimos. Distancia a los puntos de interés con un metro relativamente cerca. No me gusto las horas de entrada y salida ya que salir a las 10.00 ni en un hotel… por otro lado, no pudimos dejar las maletas en ningún sitio y tuvimos que buscarnos la vida (la respuesta de ellos fue, haberme avisado antes… pero si no se puede da igual avisar antes o después… sonó a excusa mala). La tapa del WC rota, un armario no se podía utilizar porque no se podría abrir, se veían muebles bastante viejos y ya muy usados.
• Bianca (10/5): Per total, o cazare foarte bună, cu mici inconveniente legate de zgomotul exterior. O recomand! - Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută în acest apartament. Este spațios, curat și foarte bine amplasat — multe obiective turistice se află la distanță de mers pe jos, iar stația de metrou este extrem de aproape, ceea ce face deplasarea foarte ușoară. Comunicarea cu gazda a fost excelentă, promptă și prietenoasă. Singurul aspect mai puțin confortabil a fost faptul că apartamentul este orientat spre stradă, iar noaptea se auzeau zgomotele mașinilor, în principal ale mașinilor de gunoi
• William (9/5): Minha melhor estadia na - Esse foi o melhor apto que fiquei em 18 dias na Itália. Reunia todos os atributos importsntes para se sentir em casa. Tinha boa cozinha, bom banheiro, quartos grandes e confortáveis e uma sala de estar e de jantar. Foi possível imaginar a vida em família num bom apto romano. O entorno do prédio deixa a desejar, a rua tem lixeiras grandes e bagunçadas e população de rua.

• Paul (8/5): Great flat and great location. - The location was great, with a supermarket next door, a terrific Patisserie directly opposite and a really good restaurant, the Trattoria Vecchia Roma (both food and value but busy - you have to book) less than 2 minutes away. The Centrale Train Station was only a 10 minute walk (or one stop on the Metro) which was great also. The flat was good with loads of space, was very comfortable and we would definitely stay there again. Nothing really and although not directly a reflection of the flat itself I would suggest being a little bit careful in the area directly around the local park 'Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II', especially at night. We saw a considerable police presence there at one point, everywhere else felt ok.

• Paul (8/5): Small suggestion for the host to provide foldable cloths drier as the washer drier unit does not dry effectively. - Property is large and conveniently located. Access through virtual key: it is quite difficult to use as internet signal is very weak by the unit door and you need internet to get in. Once you open the door first time, there is a real key that you can use later.

• Sophie (9/5): A great short stay in a lovely apartment - The apartment is really beautiful. Two very good sized bedrooms and comfy beds. Beautifully decorated. Only 15 min walk to the colosseum. 2 min walk to the metro. The area felt a little bit sketchy at night. We had to walk through the park at around 9pm and didn’t feel super safe. However, the apartment security is great.

• Michelle (10/5): Beautiful apartment. Close to a public park. Local vibe - Clean, bright, beautifully renovated. Extremely comfortable bed and facilities. And a public park at the end of the street with a basketball hoop and space to run around. Friendly groundsman was present morning and afternoon.
• Fernando (5/5): Passable - No heating when we get inside. Instructions was not relevant. Jack connector was not existing to connect A/C supply . Finally we found an Allen key to connect…water bath has no exhaust air ( only small window and difficult to get access ) . Dryer for towels is not purging at all which means it doesn’t work properly) . No glass cup . Too many remote control for A/C supply and they are not identifying. Surrounding in the street was very bad. Migrants outside making noise.
• Liana (10/5): Will highly recommend 👌👌 - The apartment was clean, there were all facilities we needed, hot water was anytime you need. It was near metro (less than 1minutes walk). In kitchen there was coffee machine and all the coffee capsules which was pleasant, and aslo many things that you don’t have to buy from markets (near also there were some markets) for a short stay ( too bad we saw it too late 😄) The host was always in touch even helped us with some questions not about the apartment. Everything was great I swear there was nothing that I can mention as a disadvantage. Thank you❤️

• Daniel (10/5): The best city break we have had, mainly down to the comfort of the accommodation we stayed in. - We had the most wonderful time. The apartment felt like home from home. The location is brilliant and we were made to feel very welcome in the local community. We will most definitely be returning. The history within the apartment is beautiful. Please don't change it. Nothing. My family including my 70 yr old mother in law loved every minute of our stay and the accommodation.

• Dallas (7/5): Good - Good location. Close to Termini, metros, walking distance to Colosseum. Surrounded by good restaurants & close to supermarkets. Has an elevator for luggage, and only on first floor so not many steps. Large apartment. Renovated bathroom. Comfortable queen beds, with double glazing & block out curtains plus shutters. So quiet & dark, great for sleeping. Large bathroom towels were appreciated. Kitchen is well stocked & has enough crockery & pans for 4 people to eat at home . And the pod coffee machine was great. Any issues were dealt with promptly by the owner. Had a couple of maintenance issues initially, but the host was quick to respond & resolve. The air con in one of the bedrooms is not working properly, and was so loud despite trying different settings that it could not be run overnight while sleeping. We ran the fan setting for air flow but it was uncomfortably warm unless the bedroom door was open. Not ideal wihen travelling with friends.
• Sue (7/5): Good except no sheets for sofa bed. - The place is well located and it’s a beautiful space. We needed sheets for the sofa bed. I asked about them after the first night but they never arrived so my son had to use the top sheet from my bed.

• Muradxb (10/5): If you're looking a best location and very cosy place - this is it! - The location and comfort of the apartment are fantastic! The grocery store is just a few steps from the apartment. The Host s very kind and replies to all your messages without any delay Nothing)
• Antti (7/5): Staying in a fine apartment that would have been perfect if not for some unfortunate shortcomings. - The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated. The stunning stone floor created an impressive atmosphere. The kitchen was quite small but functional. The bathroom was also good. Overall, the apartment was really good. The location of the apartment is excellent, right near the metro station. There is a shop on the ground floor of the building, which makes it very easy to pick up food. The biggest disappointment was that communication with the landlady didn't go well. She responded to my messages with delay or didn't respond at all. I would have appreciated if my questions sent before my trip were answered quickly. I also didn't receive any kind of reaction to my message about the deficiencies in the apartment. It felt like the landlady didn't care about my well-being. When we arrived, the front door lock should have opened via the website. Unfortunately, it didn't work. There was also a doorbell with a camera on the front door. This backup system didn't work either. I had to call the landlady. Fortunately, she was able to unlock the door remotely. There are some issues with the apartment that need attention: - The toilet flush button: The panel on the wall is loose and may fall to the floor when the button is pressed. - The toilet seat ring is broken, so it doesn't stay properly fastened to the seat. - The kitchen tap is loose and wobbles when in use. - There are no wine glasses provided. - If you use the washing machine and the dishwasher at the same time, a fuse blows.
