Guest Reviews
- Luca (10/5): -

- Calvin (2/5): Overall, while the central location and friendly staff are positives, the noise and safety concerns made this stay far f - The location is very central, which is convenient for getting around. The staff were also very friendly and helpful when we arrived, which we appreciated. Our stay was significantly affected by several issues. The accommodation is on the ground floor, which made it feel unsafe. On one night, drunk people tried to enter the property, and a small firecracker was even thrown while we were coming in.
Noise was a constant problem: loud music continued until early morning, and once that stopped, garbage collection began, making it very difficult to rest. Cleanliness was also disappointing, as we found hair in the sheets that clearly did not belong to us. In addition, the bed was not comfortable, which further impacted our sleep.
- Jagjeet (10/5): - Prime location. Lively neighborhood with lots to see! Host was great with communication and understanding!

- Rachel (9/5): Great spot. Would come back! - Amazing location and space! Exactly what we needed. Comfortable place to come back to :) Could use some nicer bedding!
- Gaby (10/5): - Todo excelente 👏🏻
- Harland (9/5): Great location and value in Trastevere . - We loved the location of the property . Right outside were restaurants and could walk in any direction for everything you needed including tourist attractions Soda bed a bit soft but overall we were happy with everything .
- Elisa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ross (9/5): Superb - Location was fabulous and it was very clean and comfortable.
- Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location! The host was very kind and the place itself was very comfortable.
- Geoffrey (8/5): Great value studio apartment in fantastic location - Lovely little apartment, very comfy bed. Fantastic location. Easy to let ourselves in via the key box. Very good value for the area (we have stayed in Trastevere a few times). Would definitely stay again. Lots of noise from the street, though the host had thoughtfully left ear plugs so it wasn't too bad for us.
- Yvonne (6/5): Great location and comfortable bed. - Excellent location and massive comfortable bed. No natural daylight coming in. Only two very small windows up near ceiling. No fresh air only air conditioning .As the door to the studio is right on the street, the noise is an issue. You can hear everything. People, cars and the bottle bins being emptied first thing in the morning! Host do provide foam ear plugs. Thankfully I brought my own wax ones. Couldn't have slept otherwise. Bathroom needs updating. Shower is shockingly small. My husband is 195cm and I'm 180cm...... We could barely manage to get in and out.
- Pavisic (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sandra (10/5): Enjoyable, convenient and fun location - Location is amazing, really comfortable bed Nothing really
- Heimo (5/5): Would surely not return here - Location in Trastevere next to restaurants was good. Ear plugs on the house were ok for solving the noise problem. This room is a street level commercial space converted in a short stay studio apartment. "New studio" turned out to be a humid space with worn out floor material and WC from the 80's. There is no separate bedroom as advertised. Room is separated from the street by two doors and small windows above the doors that have no noise insulation at all. It seemed that two different parties were supposed to communicate with us via two different channels and the other party forgot to communicate. Be careful with cars and scooters when exiting the room.
- Ola (8/5): Very good - Very friendly and helpful host, there was no problem with check in or check out. Amazing localization in the centre of beautiful Trastevere, close to many gems of Rome and surrounded by great restaurants. In the apartment there was everything we needed for our stay, and the place itself was as described. Not very comfy bed can be a problem for people with back problems.
- Claire (10/5): Amazing location. - The location was amazing. The apartment had everything you could need for a short stay. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Due to the central location there was noise at night. We did expect this and the owner provided earplugs.
- Rachel (6/5): Great location but too noisy - Tami was lovely and meet us at the room. Have us lots of great tips and suggestions on where to eat and drink. Great location, surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. Looks as though a storage space has been converted into a “apartment”. The main and only door opens literally onto the road with a restaurant opposite the door. I had read comments about noise but had no idea it would be that loud. We would wake up to people sitting on the door step talking outside. Earplugs sadly did not help. The bathroom is very small and shower tiny. When ever we tried to cook anything (breakfast mainly) we would trip the power as it was not designed to have several elements on working at once.
- Martin (10/5): The best part of Roma. - This apartment is located in the best area of Roma for good food, night life and easy access to everything Roma has to offer.
The apartment is a good size for the area. The bed is very comfortable and has everything you need for a visit.
The area is safe but the apartment has good security features.
The host was easy to communicate with and met us on arrival to show us through the apartment and explain the local area. Nothing. The area can be a little noisy on a Friday and Saturday night but nothing that would stop us from staying here again.
- Hamid (8/5): Very good - My stay at this Trastevere studio in Rome had its pros and cons.
Positives:
Prime Location: Right in the heart of Trastevere with easy access to restaurants and nightlife.
Clean and Well-Maintained: The apartment was spotless and well-kept. Negatives:
Noise: Due to its central location, noise from the lively neighborhood can be bothersome, especially at night. Not the best choice for light sleepers.
- Ingrid (9/5): Superb -
- Julius (8/5): Very good -
- Georgia (9/5): Beautiful - Great location, best cafe, restaurants and bars around, which can be noisy during late - am, but the host does supply ear plugs. The room is very spacious and comfy.
- Katherine (8/5): Very good - Great location. Very friendly and accomodating host. Hairdryer was not available despite it advertised as being available. Toilet seat was broken.
- Shlomo (9/5): lovely location for a weekend in Rome - comfortable and clean - the location is really great, but full of parties on weekends (didn't hear the noise from inside). they were also very nice and accomodating to make our stay wonderful not a lot of natural sunlight
- Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Randy (10/5): Exceptional - The location was fantastic. The neighborhood is very fun there are things going on night and day. It is not easy to find so a host was standing by the door to greet us. There are bars and restaurants within arms reach so there was a little noise. It did not bother me at all. My wife needs cold air and the AC was good. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. We walked in to see a nice gift sitting on the table. I would for sure stay there again.
- Valeria (8/5): Very very grateful for the hosts and their help. - The host was amazing. We were met at the property and handed over the keys. The host waited for us after very long train delays and was very helpful and patient. As well as providing all the needed information about Rome and areas around.
The apartment located in a great area. A lot of great restaurants everywhere It is a very busy area, so if you are there especially during Friday/Saturday night it will be loud. If you want a secluded place during the weekend that might not be the right choice
- Bregje (8/5): Nice apartment in a great neighbourhood - The daughter of the owner came to the apartment to give us the keys. From the street you immediately walk into the apartment (there is no hallway or anything). The owner told us it could get a little loud at night, but she put earplugs on the nightstand which was considerate. The noise didn't really bother us, except for a few nights when it seemed like people where drinking outside our door. For most nights it was fine. The bed was really comfortable and the couch and the TV (which had Netflix) were also really nice.
The neighbourhood is amazing, would definitely recommend this when you want to be in a lively neighbourhood full of cute restaurants and bars. There are also different supermarkets nearby where you can get your groceries. The host gave us a lot of recommendations by Whatsapp, which was nice.
Next to the apartment there is also a place where you can store your luggage (20 euros a day, but you could also book it for a few hours).
The shower was a little small but the water pressure was great. The kitchen could have used some more equipment like smaller bowls for yogurt and a better cutting knife.
- Davis (10/5): thanks for a terrific stay - location was perfect could use a bit more linen and bed pillows for third bed
- Simona (7/5): Best location & great value for money! - PROs:
- Location: amazing! In the heart of Trastevere, you can’t get more central than that in the area.
- Amenities: everything was provided, except earplugs (although mentioned in other comments).
- Everything works (wifi, shower). We didn’t use the kitchen.
Overall, great value for money! I would come back for the weekend. CONs:
- Location: if you’re a light sleeper and you intend to rest, that’s not the place. Being literally in the street, you can hear everything happening outside, from people drinking to garbage collection.
- Humidity: the place could definitely use an air purifier and humidifier.
- Bed & pillows: a bit worn out, as well as the linen and the towels.
- Clean, but not spotless. We found several hair and dust.
PS: remember to bring cash to pay the city tax.
- Manon (6/5): Pleasant -
- William (9/5): We had a very good stay and the apartment was very good value for money, in a great location. - We had a great stay in Rome again. The property is in a great location in Trastevere easy to get to the bridges across the river and extremely close to lots of good restaurants and bars. Everything in the property worked fine, Shower worked good , bed was comfortable and pillows were good so we slept very well. WIFI worked good and fast and here was a big TV which worked great but we did not watch much TV so I cannot say anything about the channels. The hosts were helpfull so eveything went very easy and we were very pleased with the property and our stay. As I said the property is in a great location step out of the door and you are in the heart of Trastevere so there would of course be some noise at the weekend. The noise level was not too bad when in the apartment and it did not bother us we slept good,
- Peter (10/5): Lovely place to stay. Good value for money! Well located. Excellent owners. We had a lovely holiday! -
- Luca (9/5): Superb -
- Lotta (10/5): The studio was beautiful, close to everything in the lovely Trastevere. Hosts very gentle and helpfu -
- Jay (9/5): Perfext area, if you are a moderate walker, you can walk everywhere. - Great area. Grocery store, restaurant and shopping nearby. Although the night life was busy in area around the corner, we slept soundly. We were able to walk to every popular attraction and the Vatican. it was difficult to find the exact door that had graffiti. in fact the area had been mostly graffitied. But honestly after the first day - we only saw the beautiful of the area.
- Andrew (7/5): Enjoyed the lively location and access to sights - location to restaurants and night life and access to bus routes and sights could be noisy at night
- Vicky (10/5): Amazing location, fantastic well appointed studio stay - The studio was fantastically well appointed. Comminication from the host was excellent and the area was perfect. Couldn't have asked for more. On arrival we were warned that it could get quite noisy at night and earplugs were kindly provided. Actually it was nothing above the expected level of hubbub in a central location and we didn't need the earplugs.
