• Gloria (9/5): - La ubicación, centro de Roma. Comunicación con la dueña perfecta. Cama súper cómoda. Utensilios de cocina, cafe y gel de ducha (se agradece). La almohada muy fina, a mis cervicales no le gusto nada 😅

L’appartamento è piccolo ed essenziale ma c’è tutto il necessario e il check in è semplicissimo grazie alla disponibilità della proprietaria. Dovessi tornare a Roma sceglierei questa soluzione tutte le volte! Niente

• Ivana (10/5): - El lugar es perfecto súper cómodo, Marina como anfitriona excelente. La ubicación es única, gracias a ella caminamos todo Roma sin ningún inconveniente. Cerca de todo para disfrutarlo de noche también. Tenía calefacción, ya que a la noche es más frío en primavera. Cama super cómoda para recomponerse. Es mucho más lindo en persona que en fotos.
• Jesus (9/5): Céntrico y bien comunicado. - La ubicación que nos ha permitido ir andando a muchos lugares, con una parada de bus y supermercados muy cerca. Sugerimos la insonorización de la ventana, ya que se escuchan las conversaciones nocturnas y los ruidos de madrugada.

• Guillaume (8/5): Super emplacement - Bonne communication avec Marina Appartement très fonctionnel au deuxième étage Lit confortable et bien fourni en coussins Tv, chauffage électrique machine à café table pour le petit déjeuner cuisine fonctionnelle et équipée du nécessaire pour 2 personnes Ce n'était pas très propre La douche est très petite, je passais tout juste par les portes coulissantes ( qui est gros?) Le vrai problème c'est le vieux châssis simple vitrage qui à cause du bruit de la rue m'a empêché de dormir correctement et je suis épuisé par cette semaine de vacances

We were able to store our luggage early when we arrived which saved us a lot of hassle! Would highly recommend this accomodation and would gladly stay again :)

Marina , molto disponibile e comunicativa, mi ha lasciato la casa anche la domenica perché non aveva ospiti e io un problema di salute Grazie ancora

• Barbara (10/5): Cudowny pobyt w Rzymie - Marina jest bardzo miła, w ciągłym kontakcie. Mieszkanie jest małe, ale są tu najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy. Łóżko bardzo wygodne, czysto. Wszędzie blisko! Było cudownie, gorąco polecam. ❤️ Brak. :)

The WiFi stopped working for me and she was able to get it fixed the next day. It was my friend’s first time out of the country and she loved the authentic experience staying in an apartment like a local and the coffee machine!

Shampooing et savon à disposition Nous avions choisi ce logement pour sa climatisation, or celle-ci fonctionne mal et est extrêmement bruyante. Impossible de la laisser allumée. Heureusement qu’il y avait un ventilateur. Le logement est sombre car fenêtre très en hauteur et il nous a vraiment manqué un four à micro-ondes pour éviter le restaurant midi et soir. De plus l’appartement avait du avoir des travaux car les murs et le sol était blanc de plâtre

I had actually locked my case inside the room by accident before leaving for my flight and the lady drove an hour out of her way in the early morning to let me back in. I can’t be more complimentary about how kind that is. It was lovely, I would certainly recommend it to solo travellers or customer.

• Werner (9/5): Perfekte Ort für City Tour - Die Lage war perfekt, direkt in der Altstadt, jedoch in eine etwas ruhigere Seitenstraße. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin war jede Zeit erreichbar inkl. Tips für Restaurants. Kleine Einschränkung: die Klimaanlage war sehr alt (laut / wenig power)
• Ivanlabel (9/5): Una estancia Ideal en Roma - La ubicación es perfecta para moverte por el centro de Roma sin utilizar el transporte, en 25 minutos máximo llegas a los sitios turísticos más alejados, bajar y tener enfrente el castillo Sant Angelo es un privilegio . La casa es pequeña pero tiene de todo para el día a día. La dueña muy atenta a cualquier cosas que necesites, le pedimos una cosa y enseguida nos lo hizo llegar. Sin dudarlo si vuelvo a Roma elegiré Marina. Por ponerle un pero que al ser céntrico se escuchan ruidos de vehículos al pasar pero es lo que tiene. La maquina del aire no va todo lo bien que debería pero para eso está también el ventilador porque en verano hace muuuucho calor.

• Matthew (9/5): Nice apartment, good location for easy transport to anywhere - Nice apartment right off the main road, access to lots of bus lines to take you anywhere in Rome. Communication with the owner was easy, and she recommended a great restaurant with true Roman food and character. Close to the river, and the Vatican not far away.

The apartment itself is small but very convenient with all the amenities. The streets are not noisy nor messy. The householder is very friendly and pleasant.
• William (9/5): An lovely apartment in a truly excellent location at a reasonable price, with a great host. - The host is great, and very accomodating - she gave us some recommended resturants. The location of this place is truly excellent - only 15 mins walk to basically everything you need. Local shops (groceries) are within 5 mins walk, as are decent resturants, gelateria and the 64 bus stop is within 2 mins walk. There is a taxi rank not far, next to the Pam grocerty shop. The place is situated about 5 mins walk from Castel St Angelo, 10 mins from the Vatican, and about 35 mins walk from the Colusseum (or the bus will take you there no problem!). The apartment was clean and pleasant, and the bed was comfy. The shower was hot. There was a fridge and hairdryer, and towels provided. There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the property, or that made our stay negative. I guess the cons to the booking would be the noise at night - the apartment is so well situated that it is busy outside at night - but this area has been busy for two thousand years - take some ear plugs if this bothers you (I did reading other reviews). I guess another downside is the size of the apartment, but again, this is because of the location, and it's a classic Rome sized apartment, nothing the host can change! The shower is smallish European sized, so if you are fat you may struggle, but it was fine for us. The kitchenette was small but if you're on holiday it's not like you'll be preparing elaborate meals anyways.

• Christina (3/5): It’s good for a short stay when you are busy all day and just come back to sleep, long stays not so much - Great location The bed was ok but their was no top sheet and the blanket cover was scratchy. The pillows were thin and I found it difficult to sleep. The loud hum from the refrigerator and the lamp in the bedroom also kept me awake. There was poor lighting in the bedroom so it’s difficult if you need to read or use a computer.

• William (4/5): There are much better - The location was fine, close enough to walk to the Vatican and some other sites, near enough to main bus route. The room wasn't 'dirty', but rather very worn and felt unclean. The bathroom and shower had moldy black grout throughout, we didn't dare try to turn on the bathroom fan. Bedding barely covered the bed. Had a small portable ac unit that was so noisy it kept waking us up. At least it worked. Wifi never worked the 3 days we were there, contacted the host who told us to unplug it and make sure we typed in the password, after that never heard back from her. We wouldn't stay again.

It was clean and more spacious then it looked in the photos. It gives a very authentic experience of staying in an old town appartment. I can't emphasize how much I liked it. Will definitely be back!

• David (10/5): Exceptional - The location is just amazing. Bus connections to the Termini station are just around the corner, and you have the Coliseum and the Vatican Museums just 20 min away. This neighborhood is very safe with lots of shops, restaurants and bars in all the streets. The Appartment is very clean, and confortable. The kitchen is small but equipped enough for basic needs. The bathroom was clean and nice, no complaints from us. We particularly loved the small window with a view to the street down below.

• Daniel (10/5): A must stay for Roma - The location of this apartment is incredible, when you turn the corner you see Castel Sant'Angelo! Maria was an amazing host and very helpful. She made the trip that little bit more special. If you walk up the street deeper into town the road is full with restaurants and bars. There is an incredible atmosphere and the places we ate were amazing. Didn't have one bad meal and all the staff were friendly! Would highly recommend to anyone. Nothing, the whole experience was amazing.
