• Olesia (1/5): - ничего НИКОГДА! я была во многих апартаментах в риме и в целом по миру, но такого ужаса я никогда не встречала. квартира очень старая и грязная абсолютно везде. грязь на замках и ручках, на скатерти, а в лампе просто паутина. когда я написала об этом владельцу он просто сказал что уборщица видимо не заметила, даже не попытавшись как-то решить проблему. более того на меня упал огромный тяжелый кусок потолка при попытке открыть балкон при отсутствии даже малейших усилий. квартира буквально трещит по швам и небезопасна для жизни. при качестве этой квартиры после нашего уезда хозяин квартиры написал мне огромные количество как личных так и расистских оскорблений за то что мы не выбросили несколько пустых упаковок от еды. все вышеперечисленные мною факторы хозяин сопроводил оскорблениями и обвинениями

• Matteo (4/5): Pessimo proprietario - Nulla di eccezzionale Non mi è piaciuto che arrivati alle 18:30, dopo che i codici avrebbero gia dovuto mandarmeli prima delle 17 visto che il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno è arrivato alle 14:30, il proprietario ha deciso di non rispondere ai messaggi per piu di mezz ora facendoci attendere fuori alla porta e alla risposta dopo tutto questo tempo si è giustificato dicendo che gli era caduto il telefono in un tombino senza nemmeno scusarsi
• Baraah (5/5): For a long stay, no! And zero value of money - I booked this place for 40 nights!! And couldn't stay even one night. But the landlord moved me to another place. It was better—though not the best option, considering what I paid for the lack of tools, an old washing machine, an old AC, poor service, and no elevator on the 4th floor—but definitely an improvement over this studio apartment! I give 5 out of 10 because he was helpful afterwards and assisted me in solving the issues, and the view from the balcony is really nice and because his mother is a very nice and helpful woman who lives in the same building. With this money, you could book a better option I wish the landlord would put more effort into maintaining his studio apartments because he would benefit from it. - The old kitchen and bathroom are damp, poorly ventilated, and have a very bad smell. Daily cleaning isn't the main issue—it's that the place needs proper maintenance. - The kitchen tools are stuck, and containers with food residue, making one feel disgusted at the thought of cooking or using them again. - The bedroom furniture is very old. It has dampness and mould, and even if the covers are changed, it will absorb the smell of the old furniture and bed. - The sofa and cushions have never been cleaned or had the cover changed
• frhat (1/5): - The owner of the apartment is a bad person. I forgot my key inside the apartment, the door was locked and there was no way to open it from the outside. He refused to help and open the door, I slept outside for a day and a half. He took extra money from me for taxes. The apartment is disgusting. Shower is cold as ice. Broken furniture. Noisy bed. Dead air conditioner. Staying there is suffering, suffering, suffering.

• Владимир (6/5): Might b better for the demanded price - The location is good: not far away from metro station, lots of stores and cafes around The bed wasn’t comfortable, the soccer gym right under the windows was too loud and full of ppl playing ball non stop from 8 am till 22 pm except Saturday. The check-in and check out hours weren’t too convenient: first we had to walk with our stuff all the day round after the early arrival to wait till the check-in time, second we had to reschedule our stay leaving prior to the last paid night because otherwise we would have to find the place to wait the whole day till the late flight after the early check-out. The price for widening up check-in/check-out hours is almost same as the entire day and it’s not too attractive.

• Zaneta (1/5): The worst nightmare - There was nothing to like The host disappeared on the arrival date and didn’t provide the check in information upon arrival which he had months and weeks to send to me. I had to find a hotel to stay the night as he only replied past 3am! Said his booking app wasn’t working which is not a valid excuse! The refund was given without city tax so technically I paid twice as I paid the hotel too! Avoid this place!
• Alisa (4/5): Disappointing - The location was okay about 30 mins by 2 metro and 1 bus from center. For the money we knew what we were getting into, big bed, big balcony, kitchenette, the neighborhood was pretty quiet with the exception of ambulances cause there is a hospital close by. Everything was dusty (especially the fan). The toilet seat was fully broken off but placed back to seem like it’s fine. One of the kitchen chairs was broken, the kitchen supplies were dirty, there were no clean sponges to clean the dishes only ones that look like they were used for months without disposal. WiFi sucked 70% of the time. The host required that we pay the city tax before we got the access codes and due to the tax deductions on Paypall we were 1.5 euro short and he demanded that we pay it or else we wouldn’t get the codes. Very petty and unreasonable. Also the bed frame was so dirty (pics included)
• Nicolas (1/5): NOT RECOMEND to visit Rome. Try something closest to the city. - Flat is ok Owner is rude, not helpful at all. We could check in 30 minutes later because he was unresponsive. And check in was at 17:00 so late enough. Can’t leave your luggage there. LOCATION. Awful to visit Rome. At least 1 hour from the city and with a 15 minutes walk to the closest metro station in a not nice neighbourhood. All the ammenities(salt, coffe, etc) were wet and moldy. We stayed in the room “grey” and doesn’t have any lo d of balcony. Just a window with an ugly view.

• Mohamad (3/5): Not Again!! - My stay at this apartment left much to be desired. The AC was more like a fan, providing little relief from the heat. The pillows were disappointingly flat, offering no comfort. Noise from neighboring apartments disrupted any chance of a peaceful night's sleep. The utensil space was unclean, and the outdated furniture added to the overall discomfort. These issues greatly affected my experience, and I hope the management takes steps to improve these aspects for future guests.

• Pat_berlin (6/5): Pleasant - nicely equipped apartment, enough space and a small kitchen area. communication with host: advance payment of city tax was required, which ended up a difficult task. after I paid, the host notified about a recently increased tax and fees... messages were very "demanding". laundry machine old and smelly. quite noisy (thin wall to neighbouring apartment)
• Martina (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location. Quiet neighborhood, I was afraid about the school near but if the balcony doors are closed its no bother. Fresh towels and sheets, provides with soap, shampoo, body wash, balsamic vinegar and other every day necessities. The flat pillows, it would be good if there were two per person and the blinds to the balcony not opening completely.

• Polina (8/5): Solid 8! - Comfy bed, all the necessary things are there. U can easily go to the Rome city center by a subway. to pay the city tax separately
• Chris (8/5): Comfortable 4 day stay on Rome - Checking was very easy, and we had good communication with the host. It was a nice one bedroom apartment, comfortable, spatious, quiet, and clean. There was around 500m to a metro station with a quick and easy commute to the centre of Rome. There was also a number of grocery and fruit shops just around the corner. We enjoyed our stay there. On the downside, the bed pillows were a bit flat, and the sheer curtains in the bedroom didn't give too much privacy. One annoying thing was that shutters from the kitchen were set too low, making access to the balcony uncomfortable. However, these were small things, easy to overlook.

• Mason (9/5): Excellent stay for a couple very very well priced. - Very comfortable for a couple to stay, good facilities, right next to a supermarket, only 10 min walk to green line metro, very comfortable stay. Host is very responsive.

• Luana (5/5): Passable - The house was nice, but it is already quite worn out It is well located as it is close to the metro and the supermarket The extractor does not work and does not help to remove the smell of food that remains in the house. The bed made a lot of noise and we woke up several times because of it. the shower has no pressure and the hot water runs out quickly.
• Dace (1/5): very unpleasant - Nothing to be happy about. Quallity of apartments was very poor. Apartments in very bad condition, there was mold in all rooms, also in bedroom. Walls dirty, bathroom dirty, furniture worn out. kitchen also very dirty, especially the shelf where the dishes were. There were only one glass, one spoon. No soup in bathroom. In toilet water was draining very loudly, also it you could hear very clearly everithing from other apartments including water running in toilets multiple times at night. our stay was very unpleasant, would not recomend.

• Amani (7/5): 3 nights at Rome - Appartement verry clean and well located, check out and check-in went verry smoothly and we didn't have any issue regarding flat access, equipments are ok and the neighborhood calm and friendly,. Would recommend for few days in Rome visit The bed was uncomfortable I think that the price is bit high compared to the quality proposed
