Renata (8/5): Location ottima - Location ottima e casa spaziosa. Host molto rapido nel rispondere e disponibile. Ha soddisfatto una richiesta di pulizia extra in tempi molto rapidi Purtroppo essendo una casa al piano terra e piuttosto vecchia si sentiva molto odore di umido e la casa non risultava in generale pulitissima. Comunque l'host è stato pronto nel risolvere

Klaus-peter (9/5): We had a great stay in this flat-recommended - Paolo did really a great job. In advance, lots of information, the keys were placed in a safe wit pin code, all explained in very detail as text and video in advance of arrival-never seen this before. I do not understand criticism on the weak mobile connection. For calls it is okay, for all other things there is a suitable WiFi connection available in the flat. The flat itself is very clean and perfectly located just a few minutes to walk to the Metro line going to Termini. You are well connected to get to every interesting point in Rome itself and surroundings. WE also could not follow the comments on the flat being too dark. Yes, in a ground floor apartment you have a little less light but in this one we had sufficient light from outside. All in all we had a great stay and we recommend this flat also to our friends. Nothing to be mentioned

Catalin (10/5): Nice apartment close to everything. - Paolo is truly a nice person, promptly and helpful. The apartment was clean, the beds confortable and the facilities as advertised. It is close to metro station Garbatella and to many affordable restaurants and grocery stores. A great spot is I Golosoni, a gelateria with nice staff and great gelato. If I revisit Rome, I will 100% rent this apartment again.
Chaitanya (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is just perfect in this location. Good access to Metro and buses. Excellent kitchen which is a must for Family with Little kids. There is nothing to complain.
