• Barbara (9/5): gute Lage, freundliche Host - Barbara ist eine sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Host. Die Antworten kamen immer sehr rasch und waren hilfreich. Gepäck konnte schon vor Check in deponiert werden und auch nach Check out. Gute Lage mit nahem ÖV Anschluss. Ruhige Gegend mit Restaurants in der Umgebung. Grosse Wohnung. Für lärmempfindliche Menschen: Der Geräuschpegel draussen ist niedrig, aber in der Wohnung über dem Apartment sind Hunde, welche man hört. Wir hatten 2x kein warmes Wasser zum duschen, Barbara war aber rasch verfügbar, um das Problem zu lösen. Danke. Eher dunkles Apartment, da nur wenig Milchglasfenster.
• Przemysław (10/5): a spacious, clean, and perfectly located apartment with a great host - I had a wonderful stay at this apartment — everything was perfect. The place was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days. The location is excellent, especially if you’re planning to take part in events like the Rome Marathon, as access to transport is very convenient. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient, which made the whole experience even better.

Location is in walking distance from Colosseum. Host is really welcoming and helpful. Nothing it was all good we enjoyed our stay.

La anfitriona nos atendió amablemente en todo momento. Tiene todo lo necesario para el aseo personal, además de cosas básicas en la cocina. En cuanto a la ubicación, está al lado del Circo Massimo, y hay bares cerca para desayunar, almorzar y cenar. Es una zona muy tranquila. Tiene una estación de metro en la esquina. • Noah (10/5): Couldn’t have asked for better. - Excellent stay for a party of 4. The property was in a nice neighborhood down the street from the circus Maximus (<5 min walk). Plenty of shops nearby (groceries, cafes, patio dining, gelato shops). It was less than 30 min from the coliseum, the Palestine hill, the forum, and the baths of Caracalla. Even though it was close to a major thoroughfare, it was very quiet. The apartment was on ground floor, so there was no need to cary luggage up flights of stairs. Host was very accommodating. My party wished to enjoy one last morning in Rome and she offered to keep our luggage for us after we checked out. Property was clean and had every amenity we could want: complementary toiletries, kitchen stocked with coffee, tea, olive oil, spices, etc., a washer/dryer, and AC. It was far from the northern parts of the city. It was more than an hour and a half walk to the Vatican and the north district of Rome city center (shopping district). Was more expensive than I wanted, but that is to be expected in the fact that it was Rome city center. Overall though, good value.

Apartment situated very close to all sightseeings you can reach all of them on foot but also metro station Circo Massimo is in 2 minutes. Secondly, very friendly and professional staff, Barbara is amazing !!!Finally size and comfort of the apartment are in very high level. If we visit Rome again we certainly stay here! There were coffee pods, bathroom essentials, slippers and sweets. Barbara was a really great host, easily contactable and fast in responding. The apartment is a very big space, fresh/clean, and stocked with everything you might need! Amazing location, only a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum. Lots of restaurants at the end of the street with great food and a grocery store too. I highly recommend this apartment.

Central to everything with a metro stop less than 10 mins walk and the Colosseum about 15 mins on foot, off of a grand boulevard (Viale Aventino) that features numerous coffee shops, bars and restaurants; yet the neighborhood is green and quiet.

The s would be our first choice in accommodati - The location was perfect and the hosts were so accommodating, friendly and very helpful. The apartment is close to all amenities and we found it perfect for my wife and I and 2 adult sons. We could not really say we disliked anything about the apartment.
