• Taralyn (10/5): Fabulous apartment, excellent location and wonderful host! - Our family of 4 loved staying in this apartment! It was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and a beautiful patio. The location was perfect coming by train. There are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket within a 5 min walk, and we could easily walk or transit to the major sights in Rome. Giuseppe was a wonderful host and we would love to stay again.

• Linda (10/5): Quiet haven within close proximity of all the city has to offer. - I could have lived there! The apartment is very spacious and is very comfortable and quiet within a courtyard and with a private patio. After living out of suitcases for over a month in hotel rooms, it was so nice to spread out and enjoy the space. It was about 15 min walk from the main train station, and a 20 min walk from the colosseum, with a supermarket and metro station all within 10 minute walk. Giuseppe made sure we had everything we needed and was only ever a text message away. Nothing we didn’t like except our stay wasn’t long enough.

• Anabel (8/5): - It is not a modern house but they have everything you need. The house is comfortable enough to stay in. The owner is very accomodating and very attentive to everything. The metro is 10 mins. walk from the place and at most 15 mins. walk from the central station. We are satisfied to sum it up..😊

• OAK SUN (8/5): - 넓고도 넓어요. 부엌에 가재도구가 잘 갖춰있어 식사준비가 쉬웠어요. 우리가 도착할 때 주세페가 마중도 나오고, 가방도 들어주는 친절을 베풀어줬어요. 거의 모든 곳을 걸어서 갈 수 있어서 좋았어요. 걷고 또 걷고. 걷는 데 만만한 곳에 위치해 있답니다. 딱히 개선점은 없었지만, 로마 구시가지라서 옛 건물이 갖는 낡은 점은 어쩔 수 없었던 듯합니다. 첫날 샤워할 때 뜻하지 않게 냉수샤워한 것 말고는. 따뜻햐 물은 세 명이 하기에 알밎습니다. 냉장고가 고장이 나서 사 둔 고기가 상하기도 했군요.

• Jeffrey (10/5): We'll return! - We appreciated the attention we received from our host. He was very helpful in providing us with directions and made a number of very helpful suggestions regarding area & transportation. Our accommodations were marvelous. We felt comfortable and at home with the furnishings and the anemities also. The beds were really nice!! We were challenged by the lack of hot water in the morning but I think someone may have touched the switch we were warned against touching ;)

Esta en un lugar donde hay varios restaurants y de los monumentos a solo 30 minutos caminando. No hay micro o bus que nos lleve del terminal de tren al hostal, entonces nos toco caminar 20 minutos con mochilas pesadas.

Absolutely perfect for families. - House was super easy to access, was really really spacious, the beds were very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. We love the decorations in the house too. The kitchen had literally everything a kitchen could have, even a lovely stovetop espresso WITH coffee which I used in the morning. The location was an inner courtyard of the building which meant that it was very private, safe and quiet. It was also close enough to everything that we were able to walk to almost everything around Rome. Also, having a literal temple right outside the house was very cool. Loved it. Thank you Guiseppe!!! Nothing.

• Carol (9/5): We had a very busy 2 days in Rome and really enjoyed it - Giuesspe the host was excellent and provided lots of insightful information that assisted us in Rome. There was a few lovely restaurants nearby. Location was very central near the station. A lovely old world feel to the apartment and air conditioning was a great bonus

Was helpful with tips of locations to nearby sights and amenities. Walking distance to the train station. Large accomodation, suitable for a family. Kitchen facilities were great! Beds were a bit firm but that’s personal taste.

• Christopher (6/5): Some good qualities but terrible beds... - - Good wifi. - Quiet internal flat with courtyard. - Convenient location. - Enough kitchen supplies, laundry liquid and toilet paper to start with until you get your own. - Easy access and check-in. - Spacious. - Good heating. - Lots of utensils, crockery and dishes, spare towels. - The main thing was that all beds were uncomfortable and with poor quality bedding. For us, though this apartment felt well kit out for the stay, nothing made up for poor sleep when we had limited time to enjoy Rome. - The only toilet being inside the bathroom was inconvenient for 4. - No TV. Though not a big deal as we were busy seeing sights, but it's strange for the price to not have the option when we were resting.
• Grzegorz (10/5): Very good apartment - Apartment on the ground floor in the center of Rome, in an old charming building, which adds charm. 3 rooms, a hall, a large patio with a table and chairs, a classic bathroom with an additional room with a washbasin and a washing machine, and a very well-equipped kitchen. In one word, like at home. Without frills and unnecessary luxury. Very good contact with a very nice owner. Possibility to leave luggage. We even managed to check in early. Close to the metro station, shops, market hall and Termini railway station. I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a good rest in Rome.

Yes it’s a walk from the train station , but so is everything else ( one day we walked 20k steps in Rome ) I wish it was little cooler. There were fans in each room but with the summer heat it was still quite warm ! Harder to sleep at night.

The rooms were so spacious and communication with Giuseppe and then Flavia was a pleasure, such lovely hosts. So helpful and accomodating. Giuseppe so kindly let us leave our luggage at the property all day on the day of checkout, which made our movements so much easier. The location is quite close to the Colosseum and walking distance to many other attractions. Nothing
• Aygun (10/5): Large apartment in a nice neighbourhood, and close to the city center. - I may say there's nothing we didn't like. We shared this property with close family and we all loved the property. Bedrooms are large, there's a table outside which is fantastic for breakfast and a late night drink. The Kitchen is small, but you have every amenity available to use. It was very clean, lots of beddings, and extra towels etc available also. Hot water is 70l, but it is generally more than enough for even a large family as we never experienced any problem. Location; there are two quite good restaurants just on the corner, and also couple of coffee shops. Walking to Old town (everything is old and historic in Rome indeed) is just 15-20 minute walk. There's a grocery store in the street behind which is 200-300m away. Nothing, I may say there's nothing I can say that we really didn't like.
• Wimangsa (10/5): Perfect apartment made a magical stay in rome - The apartment is like staying in a typical roman family home. Very very comfortable with huge space and all the extra touches to make for a city center holiday in beautiful rome. The host Guissepe provided all the info needed and was at hand at the drop of a hat. Location is perfect and we navigated around using metro system so easily nearest stop just over 5 mins walk. Lots of places to eat very close if you choose too at great value for money. But apartment more than set up for large family meals if u wish to cook for yourself. There is local supermarket also few mins walk. You also have the bonus of a very large outdoor private courtyard and really after a hot day walking around rome it was glourious to get back and enjoy all the comforts of home.
