• Nikolina (10/5): A wonderful experience staying in Rome... - We arrived after midnight and it was crucial for us that the key was waiting for us in a box with a code. The terrace is spacious and pleasant for outdoor living, but the best thing about this apartment is its location - just a few hundred meters from St. Peter's Square. There are shops, restaurants and souvenir shops in the alley, and around the corner is a train (St. Peter's Station) that takes you to Fiumicino Airport - with a short transfer to Trastavere - and there is also a convenient place to leave your luggage (Radical storage, Piazza di Santa Maria alle Fornaci 21-22). Ms. Simona was helpful with information, the accommodation is highly recommended. I would come there again if I were to go to Rome. A small suggestion: There were six of us, so I would just recommend having a few more towel hangers in the bathroom.

• Nicola (8/5): Ottimo appartamento in buonissima posizione - Buonissima posizione a 5 minuti da San Pietro, appartamento pulito e con tanti servizi. La proprietaria è molto disponibile e ci ha dato molte buone indicazioni, sopportando anche alcune nostre imbarazzanti domande dovute al fatto che non avevamo capito dove cercare. Difetti non ne ho trovati. L unica cosa a cui stare attenti è che la porta di ingresso ha qualche problema a chiudersi dall interno. O, forse, non abbiamo capito noi come funzionava

• David (7/5): - Odlična lokacija 5 minut od Vatikana. Tudi do središča si se lahko odpravil peš. Dokaj udobne postelje. Nekoliko neroden dostop do apartmaja. Pipe in prha (ročna in fiksna) v kopalnici slabo pretočni. Aparat za expreso ni deloval.

Byliśmy w 6 osób i apartament spełnił w zupełności nasze wymagania - mieliśmy do dyspozycji 2 sypialnie i salon, gdzie była rozkładana sofa. Istotne jest, że wszystkie pokoje miały klimatyzację i że apartament był czysty. W okolicy jest sporo kafejek/restauracji, gdzie można zjeść bardzo smaczne śniadanie i obiad.

Letti scomodissimi Piccole cose che però potrebbero fare la differenza…

• Garrett (9/5): A perfect location to visit St. Peter’s Basilica - This is a beautiful little place for a trip to the Eternal City. Literally a 5 minute walk to St. Peter’s Square. Restaurants and shop close by as well as public transport. Taxi Rank located around the corner. The apartment was well maintained and had the essential facilities that you would expect which included air conditioning units in each of the Rooms. The place was spotlessly clean. The Host was fantastic and was really informative and very friendly. There apartment was on the top floor just off the roof terrace and there was no lift which made it difficult with lots of baggage and young children. It was inconvenient but didn’t really impact us that negatively.

The apartment location is absolutely marvellous, very close to the basilica and centre of Rome. Great restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment is spacious enough to accommodate a family of 6, each room with a working AC. Definitely great value for money in the centre of Rome. The bed in the living room was a bit uncomfortable and squeaky but it didn't matter after the whole day of exploring the city and being super tired.

The furniture and decor are really nice. All the appliance that you might need are there. Simona is supernice and helpful and check-in/out experience really smooth. The area has a variety of cafes and restaurants, is close to all the important destination (including San Pietro just next door) and yet not packed with tourists. I really regret it was too cold in the evenings to enjoy the awesome terrace. I highly recommend! Nothing really to complain about. Like in most Mediterranean apartments, the tile floor can get a little chilly at night but the aircon works fine to counter this.

The broken toilet seat and coffee machine ( mentioned in other reviews) still not addressed. The clothes rack at the front door was already full of wet sheets on arrival. All in all if location is all that matters to you this place will suit.

The sun terrace was very nice also. Simona was very attentive and provided us with excellent information. The water pressure in the shower but I genuinely think that's an issue all over Europe

• Diana (1/5): Horrible service, host is rude and unprofessional, they never answere to the phone, they late reply to your messages. Pe - The property was close to Vatican which is in a good location The property was very old and the appliances and doors were wear and tear, the key of the toilet got broken in 2 pieces with one piece remaining in the lock and my partner remained in the toilet for several hours in the middle of the night. There is not an emergency number from the host as every time we have tried to call them they do not answer. We had to unlock the door to get my partner that has health conditions and a minimal ripe was caused to the lock. The day after the host showed no empathy, accused us to have caused damage to the property, threatened us to put us on the street, advised that they do not answer to the phone 24 hours and they advised that we had to call firefighters, so let my partner for the rest of the night in the toilet. On top of this they asked for $250 euros compensation for the broken door. This door didn’t had a security way to open it from outside, if someone had to take a medication or heart attack could have died. There are so many reviews for the property about the key of the toilet malfunctioning and they haven’t taken any action to fix it. This was our first time in Rome, we come from Australia and really we have a bitter taste from this experience, our holiday was ruined because of the stress caused. It was a horrible stay, mostly because of the service.

• Nitin (9/5): very comfortable and 3 separate rooms for sleeping worked out for our family of 4 (3 are girls!) - very close to Vatican and train station; couple of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Vatican also walking distance - good location if you want to be at the Sunday AM mass. a bit far from other Rome attractions like Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, etc. but a 10€ cab ride should fix that.

Apartment is in a very good location next to the vatican, all the main attractions can be reached on foot or by bus no.64 wich stops in front of the house. In the neighborhood there is everything you need, including a grocery store and very nice restaurants. would recommend replacing the coffee machine :)
