• Maroš (6/5): Pomer cena výkon fajn. - Vynikájuca lokalita. Všade sme sa vedeli dostať pešo. Raňajký také skromnejšie ( káva a brioška ). Hluk z blízkej vlakovej stanice. Slabé odvetrávanie v kúpelni a následné zápach z vlhkosti a viditeľná pleseň. Chýba im viditeľný nadpis pred bránou. Konkrétny vchod ubytovania sme ich až po spoločnom telefonáte.

• Letizia (3/5): Poco consigliato - Purtroppo l’esperienza in questo hotel è stata molto negativa. Appena entrati in stanza siamo stati accolti da una puzza fortissima e insopportabile proveniente dalla doccia, probabilmente legata al calcare o alla scarsa manutenzione. Controllando meglio abbiamo trovato peli nella doccia e sul letto, e dietro la doccia c’era immondizia accumulata, una cosa davvero inaccettabile. Abbiamo subito chiamato il proprietario, che ci ha cambiato stanza, ma pretendendo 30€ in più, cosa che trovo assolutamente assurda visto che il cambio è avvenuto per problemi igienici evidenti. Come “compensazione” ci è stata offerta solo la colazione in camera, gesto che non giustifica minimamente la situazione. La seconda stanza era più grande e sicuramente meno sporca e con meno odori, ma comunque non pulita a dovere, con ragnatele e segni evidenti di scarsa cura. Nel complesso, livello di igiene molto basso e gestione poco corretta del problema. Esperienza deludente, non consigliato.

• Larisa-Monica (7/5): A fost ok. - Mi-a plăcut locația fiind doar la 30 minute pe jos de colosseum a fost relativ ok, în apropiere de restaurante și Carrefour. A fost curat, a fost primitor a fost ok. Nu mi-a plăcut faptul ca erau urme de mucegai in baie și pe perioada cand am stat acolo am avut niste vecini groaznici (persoane care au fost cazate tot la ei gen și eram aproape ușă în ușă) adică ascultau muzica si urlau la miezul nopții. Am sunat in prima noapte pe proprietar cumva atunci pe moment au încheiat muzica și au făcut liniște dar următoarele nopții tot la fel au făcut cu muzica și cu urlete. Dar în rest a fost ok

• Truecip (4/5): Se dovessi prenotare nuovamente, non lo farei più qui. - La posizione è ottima, il bar di fronte fa delle buonissime colazioni, il palazzo sembra tranquillo e protetto da inferriate, all'interno lo spiazzo dove si accede ai palazzi è pieno di verde. Unica cosa veramente positiva, il personale dell'accettazione che ci ha assistito e accompagnato in camera. La camera è un posto per accoppiarsi, funge benissimo per questo scopo. Appena entri si trova subito un insegna che si accende al passaggio e poi si va alla camera. Si percorre un piccolo corridoio che porta a una camera media, con specchi ovunque, per osservare l'atto notturno (o giornaliero) in da multiple angolazioni. C'è anche un palo per pole dance, che se qualcuno/a lo sa usare può divertirsi. Per l'accesso alla struttura, non sapevamo come fare in quanto non è arrivata nessuna istruzione, abbiamo provato a chiamare, citofonare la camera, e infine alla 2 chiamata ci hanno risposto e detto dove citofonare. Il soffione della doccia con un sacchetto nero per nascondere le perdite d'acqua e la doccia pericolosissima rialzata di 20/30 cm, pericolosa non a salire ma a scendere, che non avendo qualcosa di antiscivolo all'interno incute un po timore quando si deve uscire. Pulsantiera di luci a led che non si sa cosa comanda in quanto probabilmente bruciate situata alla fine del corridoio principale. Lo specchio sopra il letto ha delle curve strane, quindi vedrete voi stessi o il partner allungati o allargati stile casa degli specchi del luna park. Il riscaldamento (antiestetico) fornito da un finto camino preso in un negozio orientale, (c'era anche un condizionatore, ma in camera non vi era il telecomando, quindi non sappiamo se funzioni o se scalda), che dopo tot tempo si spegne, ma che almeno scalda. I soffitti del bagno che sono palesemente da ufficio degli anni 90, pannelli bianchi quadrati per intenderci.

No one responded and provided check in instructions, it was easy to find address but there was no sign of the hotel itself. No one knew where was the hotel and door was locked, we were waiting almost an hour and only after reception representative accidentally saw us we were able to check in. Provided room was old and closet almost fell, the window was fastened, and overall not super clean room.

• Felix (6/5): Per la mia esperienza, appena sufficiente - La posizione sicuramente fa da padrona, é a 2 passi da tutto ciò che ti può servire. Reperire qualcuno all’arrivo è un impresa, Il costo del parcheggio dichiarato é errato ma ben superiore,le luci della camera non funzionavano, il condizionatore non funzionava,il phon non funzionava, se si apriva il rubinetto del bidet se così si può chiamare si allagava il bagno, la cucina non aveva nemmeno la metà degli utensili dichiarati e quelli presenti non ispiravano molta fiducia nell’utilizzo, la pulizia del bagno un po scarsa, se non amate soffritti d’aglio non fa per voi credo che tutti i vicini di appartamento ci facciano anche colazione.

• Karolína (8/5): - Líbila se nám dopravní dostupnost, ochota personálu, čistota, společná kuchyňka. Celkově byl pobyt až na pár maličkostí příjemný. Matrace byla pro nás dosti nepohodlná, ale každému vyhovuje něco jiného. Bohužel naši sousedi byli dost hluční a pokoje nejsou dostatečně odhlučněné, takže jsem první tři noci vážně trpěla.

Il miscelatore della doccia sporco e rotto, tenuto insieme da nastro isolante. Sul soffione superiore c'erano le bustine di sapone consumato chissà da quale epoca.

• Dmytro (5/5): Overall, good quality-to-price ratio. It's a fine option for city explorers or romantic nighs. - Temptation Room. In general, the room is quite cozy. There is a big bed, daily cleaning, and cheerful personnel at the reception and among the cleaning staff. The location is quite good. The Colosseum and Forum Romanum are within a 30-minute walking distance. The Metro Pyramid, as well as the two train stations Roma Ostiense and Porta San Paolo, are within a 10-minute walk. From here, you can reach Fiumicino Airport or Lido Ostia (beach shore), and Ostia Antica (quie big park with ruins of antic port city). The air conditioner works, and hot water is available. They provide some sweet snacks each day, like small croissants, cookies, and juices. Breakfast is served at a small café just 5 minutes away. It consists of one cup of coffee and a croissant, which is quite good. Of course, it is not a typical breakfast for adults, so be prepared to cook on your own or use nearby restaurants for a more substantial meal. There is a kitchen with pans and pots, and a huge fridge. The bathroom with shower is inside the room, they provide some shampoos and soap, so it is ok. Decoration of the room is with ceramic tiles on he floor and the wall, mirrors on the wall and on the ceiling, some led color lights. There is a dancing pole in the room if someone wants to practice. The location is in a residential block near a train station, so be prepared to hear some trains. This isn't an issue at night, as there are only a few trains passing by, but for those who seek total quiet, this might be a downside. The sound insulation between rooms is poor, so you can hear everything happening in the neighboring room. The kitchen is quite poorly equipped; there is no salt, no kettle, no forks, and only two spoons. They definitely need to add more utensils. The kitchen is shared with the neighboring room, and there is no air conditioning in the kitchen. Some cockroaches were spotted in the kitchen, but this might be an issue with the entire building. The window in the room is covered with colored foil, so there is no natural daylight, making the room quite dark. The bathroom fixtures need attention, as the regulators sometimes fall off, the top showerhead splashes water outside the cabin, and the cabin door is not properly fixed. Although the room is cleaned daily, the bathroom requires more attention, especially to remove calcification. The stools are unsteady, so they need fixing as well. There are no clothes hangers in the room, and in general, there is no place to hang clothes except on the canopy bed frame.
• Matea (10/5): Great stay - The room was clean and chilled to a pleasant temperature for our arrival. There's a common space with some utensils and a refridgerator. The location is fantastic - a lot of sights you can reach by foot, but distanced just enough from the center of the city so the prices in the restaurants and shops are more than reasonable. The elevator leading to the room is barely for two persons and feels like it's about to break down. I would recommend taking stairs to the 4th floor.
• Anastasiia (1/5): Horrible and unacceptable attitude towards guests. - Nothing. I do not recommend dealing with this place at all. Terrible, the worst place. The staff doesn't help with any issues at all. They simply don't care about the guests. Communication with the staff is the same. Just "sorry" and no offer to resolve the check-in problem. Horrible and unacceptable attitude towards guests. After requesting a refund and canceling, they intentionally canceled the request to keep the money.

• Laura (8/5): Very good - The location is near a few restaurants, minimarket and close to public transport The fact that it's not quite as described. It's basically a block of flats so when you arrive don't look for a hotel you have to call for someone to come and pick you up and you are basically renting a room in a shared flat. Breakfast it's not served in the building it's served in a bar vis a vis the building and all what you get it's a croissant and a cup of tea or coffee nothing else. Otherwise quite clean and comfortable. Walls are not sound proof at all you can very well hear your neighbours and the trains as close to the train railway. Staff very nice though.
