• Martina (10/5): Amazing apartment to visit Rome - The location is so great to visit Rome! Close to the Colosseum and very well furnished. Nice for not-so-big groups. The host was very helpful and kind, the kitchen had many facilities and some breakfast courtesy groceries, which was amazing, since we arrived very late. There's also a supermarket nearby, definitely a plus. If we had to go back to Rome again, for sure we'll go there again Water came out really slowly in the shower, and for small kids.. the bed "upstairs", in the loft, is dangerous. I do advise to consider that detail to all families. Moreover, you find the bathroom going through this specific bedroom, which may be uncomfortable if you need more privacy. For us it was ok anyway :)
• Abel (9/5): Great just great area is awesome and the best part colosseum minutes away! - The location is great! Pretty much can walk everywhere and the area is just so convenient it has everything , and let’s not forget the colosseum it’s literally minutes away just wonderful. Only thing is the heater did let stay longer than 90 minutes, you can restart but when you are trying to sleep it gets a bit colder but it is not terrible either. Also a second spare of keys would be great just in case someone wants to stay behind.
• Влада (1/5): - Ничего , мой отдых был испорчен владельцем этих аппаратов… Не селитесь в этих аппаратах, если не хотите что бы вам при выселении вынесли мозг, что вы сняли постельное белье на котором вы спали и сложили на пол возле ванной , а еще хуже если вы полотенцем вытрете лицо и на нем останутся следы от макияжа… Она с вас потребует 70 евро за уборку … Я просто в шоке, я заплатила 600 евро за апартаменты что бы мне по факту эта персона выносила мозг за полотенца и постельное белье, она не заинтересована в вас что бы вы вернулись, она переживает за то что её полотенечко было испачкано, подумайте 100 раз прежде чем селиться там… За 20 лет путешествий это впервые такое, Я снимала и апартаменты и отели и никто ни разу мне не предъявлял таких претензий…Ну разве если вы вдруг сняли апартаменты что бы скромно посидеть и почитать книгу, а ну да и если вы не пользуетесь косметикой - то вам это место подойдёт..
• Catherine (8/5): Very good - The apartment was well appointed in a great location. The second bedroom. The bed was on a platform reached by wooden stairs with no bannister. No room to stand up and could only just sit up. Also entry to bathroom was through this room.

• Angela (8/5): Lovely apartment, fantastic location. Wonderful helpful host. - The location was incredible. Literally the Colosseum was at the end of the street. Surrounded by restaurants and bars. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The apartment was very cluttered, with lots of knick knacks and unnecessary clutter on the benches. A big clean out and making it more minimal, would make it feel alot more spacious and usable. I would recommend getting rid of half the stuff, particularly all the extra ornaments in the kitchen and bathroom.

• Rachael (10/5): Wonderful apartment in the heart of Rome. - This is an exceptional apartment in the heart of Rome. Although it is very close to the Colosseum, the distance of one block means you are away from the crowds and noise (which are a LOT). There is a bar across the road from the apartment but it did not disturb us with the windows shut (and air-con on). The apartment is big, decorated and maintained with love, and spotlessly clean. The owner has clearly put time, thought and expense into making it homely rather than just collecting the cheapest soft furnishings. This is one booking.com apartment for which the real experience even the photos. There is a large double-bedroom; a sofa-bed in the living room; and a smaller double-bed which is elevated in a third room. The latter can get stuffy at night as there is no air-conditioning in that room - the sofabed is a better bet for summer as the room is the largest and the air-conditioning works best (and quietly) here. All the beds were new and comfortable. There is a galley kitchen attached to the living room and a bathroom with shower.The washing machine is small as is the washing line (outside a window over the courtyard) but was a live-saver in the heatwave to turnover quickly sweaty clothes. We were five (three generations) and it was plenty big enough for us to relax in the afternoons when it was too hot to go outside. There were 2 tvs with dozens of channels and wifi. The owner met us on arrival and explained the apartment and gave us some local tips. She was available throughout our stay to respond to any issues (there was only one which was "user error"!). She has thought of everything! Every time I wondered, "is there a...", I would find it there. There are plenty cleaning supplies, a first-aid kit, loads of towels, toiletries... she even left us juice, coffee, milk, toast and artisinal jam for our breakfast. I would never recommend Rome in July or August but we had to travel for work in this period. However, if you need to go in the middle of a heatwave, stay here! Actually, stay here any time of year!

The apartment is clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. I especially appreciated the welcome food and drinks provided. Highly recommend for a perfect Roman getaway! N/A
• Lara (10/5): This apartment and location are excellent! - This accomodation had it all! Amazing location close to cafes and restaurants, on the doorstep of the Colosseum. Everything was handy. Only a short drive or a bout 20 minutes walk to Rome Termini. The room was so well equipped, the hosts have thought of everything. Thank you for a great stay. The sofa bed (as the extra bed) was not very comfortable.

• Mihai (10/5): Everything was near perfect. No complaints. - Beautiful house, with all the amenities you would want and also inkinds! Great host and very responsive and communicative. One of the best locations, in center, but also on a quiet street. Just a bit loud in some nights, because of the irish pub in front. Irish pub in front is a bit noisy late at night. Not sure if disturbing neighbors is a normal thing in Italy, but in other countries noise should be kept inside the restaurants.

• Cassandra (10/5): Perfect apartment, felt like home! - The location of this apartment was perfect. So close to many restaurants and a 24 hour market. Just around the corner from a taxi stand. The apartment is clean and well-appointed with TONS of towels! The neighborhood is residential but the apartment was across from a pub. There must have been a great match on TV because we heard some cheering one night, but it was not bothersome at all. The treats awaiting us upon arrival were a pleasant surprise! The host Manuela thought of everything to make this apartment feel like home. There is a street lamp that shines directly into the front bedroom. So either ask the host how to operate the shutters or bring an eye mask for sleeping :)
• Anonymous (4/5): Great location, inadequate value - Location is close to Coliseum and easy to get to other places by walk Air conditioning not working in the rooms, mosquitos and there were not enough blankets so didn’t get good sleep the 2 nights we stayed there, not good value for the money

• Ingrid (9/5): Amazing location, very comfortable! - The location was fantastic! Close to the Coloseum and the Metro as well as restaurants. The master bedroom needs blinds as the streetlight is very bright.

• Guy (9/5): Superb - Excellent location. Enough space for a family of 5 (3 children). Manuela was super helpful and always happy to help and answer questions. Can be noisy at night as it is located at the first floor and located in a busy area.
• Maarten (6/5): Convenient location but way too warm in summer due to insufficient airconditioning. - nice location, very close to Colosseum and nice restaurants and in a building with lots of character only airconditioning in 1 room that had to be turned off during the night! 1 fan for the other 2 rooms. which was not enough. The walls are so thick it keeps the heat. We didn’t sleep well.
