• Diana (3/5): Proximity to city centre with the cost of an old, dark apartment with and an unfair host - “ + “ *the proximitu to city centre *the surroundings: beautiful streets, groeceries nearby “ - “ *the owners attitude: upon arrival, she kept me and my family waiting 1,5 h in front of the property, with all our luggage, not answering the phone anymore after a short phonecall when I explained to her I cannot pay cash, but through bank transfer. until booking.com sent me the updated resevation after long phone calls with them, and while I did not have the necessary wi fi to acces my bank accounts, she did not allow us to enter the property for which I have alteady paid the innitial ammount. this age difference of my kids in the reservation was due to an error in the booking app (which bookeing aknoledged) which hidered the recognition of the children s age. alltgough I agreed with booking (following their written advice), an evening before arrival, to paying the amount difference w/o any comments, at the property, when she heard Ichooce a bank transfer, not cash payment, she reacted as described above. * the bedroom had no natural light as it was in a basement so that we could not open any windows, we did not know whether it was night or day. * the 3 desumidifiers in the apt collected every single day 3 litres of water each, due to the high umidity in the apt * the temperature was also very low in the apt as we are talking about a basement. * the switches on the electric panel were constantly turning off once opening more than 1 electric appliance in the apt. So if I was showering in the basement bathroom and my husband prepared a coffee in the kitchen s electic stove, I remained w/o light while showering * for the city tax (120Eur) she requested to leave the money on the table on the last day w/o mentioning any receipt. Thus I have called booking.com and requested an invoice from her.

• Rachel (9/5): Perfect stay for a short family (5,7yo kids) stay - The host was exceptional in her warm welcome, guidance and general hospitality. The bed was super comfy for both me and my kids on the sofa bed. The apartment is really very spacious and modern - more than photos show and the location is absolutely spectacular. The flat is quiet. I could easily cook meals every night for the family as well. It’s not a 5* hotel, but the value for money is exceptional.

Погано вентильоване (інтенсивний запах плісляви,підвалу,сирості) Дуже холодне,сире (при хорошій теплій погоді) Вхід в приміщення через кухню-студію(рівень підвалу),нижче поверхом-туалет і душ,ще нижче поверхом-спальня ,в якій немає вікна,ще більше холодно і волого. При включенні кондиціонера і непотужної побутової техніки (чайник) -проблеми з електропостачанням (зникає електрика і світло)і гость повинен це відновлювати самостійно,вийшовши з апартаментів до електричного щитка і я включала його під дощем протягом 40 хв 6 разів Це було дуже небезпечно. Ми боялися користуватися феном,телевізором,мікрохвильовкою у звязку з вище вказаним. Природнього освітлення(денного світла)практично немає,тому що в цих апартаментає є тільки 1 маленьке віконце на найвищому рівні в кухні,що виходить і двір ресторану,де дуже шумно відпочивають клієнти до глибокої ночі Поряд з цим віконцем стоїть сміттєвий бак ресторану. Ми не проживали в цих апартаментах(було заброньовано і проплачено 2 ночі) Змушені були у звязку з небезпекою для життя і здоров'я витратити час і кошти на пошук іншого місця перебування Орендодавець нам кошти не повернувнув,незважаючи на наше прохання Відпочинок був зіпсований PS В booking в описі апартаментів не вказано,шо приміщення розташоване в підвалі

• Vanessa (9/5): Fantastic Location - Location was fantastic walking distance to all the Main Attractions Rome has to offer. Anna was a wonderful host giving us information on places to eat and visit The Apartment was split over 3 levels Very funky but not that practical for older people.
• Sheri (9/5): This APARTMENT was close to anything you needed or wanted to see!! - The apartment was beautiful! The beds were comfy, the floors could have been cleaner, but just wear socks around the house!!🤪 It had basic amenities, shampoo, soap, conditioner. There were two separate wi-fi codes and internet was fine. The washing machine was small, worked great, but bring your own detergent if you need to wash! There is a drying rack, but it is humid in the apartment so use the fan provided to help drying along! Obviously this was an important part of our stay as we’d been traveling for 3 weeks and we’re re-wearing clothes! I would consider it a two bedroom, 2 bathroom place! There are stairs leading into the apartment and within the apartment. The apartment was modern and nicely decorated. My husband used the coffee making amenities with no complaints! The toilets and showers were in good working order- *Note the lower level bathroom is a tub, but it has a shower handle and works just The HUMIDITY!! But honestly we loved the apartment, the location, and our host Anna! This apartment completely met our needs for our 4 night stay! Very central to walk anywhere in Rome!
