• beatriz (8/5): Apartamento para 9 personas - Estuvimos 9 personas en el apartamento, es amplio (en una habitación durmieron 5, en el salón 2 y otras 2 en la otra habitación). Cerca del metro y de autobuses que te llevan a las zonas turísticas en pocas paradas. Limpio y silencioso. La anfitriona nos recibió en persona para entregarnos las llaves y dejó cosas para el desayuno. Buena red WiFi. Sólo tenía un baño. Sillón cama incómodo.

• Dawid (4/5): - Podział na 2 sypialnie i dużą kuchnię z kanapą i stołem. Niestety ale w mieszkaniu były pluskwy. Oczywiście obsługa spisała się dobrze i zakończyła nasz pobyt ale zmuszeni byliśmy zmienić obiekt w trakcie wypoczynku, w Rzymie co nie było takie proste.
• Franziska (9/5): High recommendation! - The host Olga expected us, helped us entering and explained everything. She was very kind and helpful. The size of the flat was perfect for us (4 adults, 3 kids). We loved the design of the flat. It was great to have a little coffee machine :) the flat was clean and there was everything we needed. The flat was on the first floor and there was an elevator. The location was perfect, in walking distance to the Colosseum and just a few minutes from the metro station. Unfortunately, there was only one bathroom/toilet which was a bit problematic being 7 people :) but we knew that in advance.

• Iván (4/5): Buena ubicación pero con fallos - La ubicación no estaba mal y la zona no era problemática La cama que hay en la cocina era horrorosa. Muy incomoda. El microondas y la cafetera no funcionaban o lo hacían por momentos.

Olga od początku zaangażowana, wysłala bardzo dokładne instrukcje jak trafić do lokalu oraz odpowiadała szybko na wszystkie pytania. Lokal czysty i przestronny, lokalizacja znakomita. Blisko do metra, do dworca termini tez mozna dojść w 25 minut. Dodatkowo po przybyciu czekała na nas woda, wino i jedzenie dla wszystkich. Bardzo dziękujemy Olga, to był znakomity pobyt.

• Pascal (8/5): - La seule chose que nous n'avons pas apprécié est l'accueil du concierge de l'établissement qui est désagréable avec toute personne qui loue et qui interdit l'arrêt de qui que ce soit avec une valise dans le hall d'entrée, même si c'est à l'écart du trafic entrant et sortant.

• Julie (8/5): Great Location - I will not complain, because they went above and beyond to help us get set up, even leave our luggage early. It was a miscommunication, but it worked out great. There is a lovely park right in front of you. Great food/gelato short/safe feeling walk away. The subway spits you out right there (if you are brave enough to take the Metro now-a-days), it is difficult to figure out directions at first, but we made it. Bedding options are amazing for a larger group. We had the apartment- a large bedroom with a queen (very comfortable) and a pull out couch. Second bedroom with a queen. Then the kitchen has a queen pull out option. Kitchen was well equipped. And bathroom was cutsey. If you are disturbed by noise, which I imagine is the case anywhere in the inner city area here is rough. The air could have been a little bit better, but it was cool at night so we opened the windows which had wonderful shutters. I think all European places have dark grout, in the bathrooms and the US version of CLEAN is not what you find in Europe, simply because they are all old buildings-but that is what makes it unusual and special. Get whatsapp! None of us had it, so we were delayed in contacting the lady over the check-in.s

The manager Olga was exceptionally great in her job, very courteous, professional and responsive. Would have been perfect if there was another restroom/toilette specially for a big family.

• Rohit (10/5): Excellent apartment at a very accessible convenient location - Excellent location. The apartment had most amenities required. Host was responsive to most of the questions. The lay out and the feel of the apartment was very homely, comfortable and appealing
• Whitefuzztravel (9/5): Beautiful, Comfortable Place in Rome - The apartments were beautiful and comfortable for our family of eight. It was all very clean as well. We only stayed one night so can't give a long term review, but the location is not great for seeing the main historic sites of Rome by foot. Metro or taxis would be necessary, but would then be pretty accessible. Only other things were minor issues, like the plethora of keys not being clearly explained on check-in and some confusion on the tourist tax (which I think will be corrected after speaking with the host). It really is a beautiful place and we would have liked to stay there longer.

• Karen.f. (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very large, quite comfortable, and the bathroom is very big and all was very clean. Alexa met us at the apartment, she is very friendly and was helpful throughout our stay. The kitchen is very handy and we were able to make some meals at the apartment. It is slightly out of the main centre of Rome, but very close to metro links that will get you to all the main sights. The plus side to being outside the main streets is that there are many local shops and family run trattorias that serve delicious food and are very reasonably priced. There is also a cake shop/cafeteria a few blocks away, Café Italia, that is definitely worth a visit. A big thank you also to Alexa for allowing us to leave our luggage by the apartment on our last day so we could enjoy the city before our flight home. Nothing that would stop me from returning. The only thing to keep in mind is that the kitchen equipment is a bit limited, there was no dishcloth and very few utensils other than forks, knives, cups and plates. We managed to make some basic meals though and there is a kettle, coffee machine, microwave and an oven available.

It is approx. 15 minute walk to the coliseum but great transport links near by. Staff lovely. Nothing really, it was very well catered and loads of room for a big group of us.

• Gulnar (8/5): Overall comfortable for short stays. Enjoyed Rome. - Location was great; v close to San Giovanni tube station, which is on the A line and most attractions are on the A line. Close to the supermarket + nice restaurants. Basic starters were provided e.g. some toast, jam, coffee, water and a bottle of wine to welcome the guests. We also appreciated that the shower gel, shampoo and hand wash was provided. There was some oil, salt and pepper in the cupboard - we weren't there long enough to cook so didn't get to try out the cooker etc. Very good air-conditioning as well. V spacious and secure flat, there are four doors before you enter your flat. Plenty of linen was provided which is a bonus. Double bed was comfortable. The third bed was a single sofa bed. 'What could be better' : 1. The bedroom window did not open, so that made the room and that end of the flat very dark. But adequate lights etc available. 'To be aware of': 1. The flat is close to the main road - so there is ambulance sirens/cars/bikes noise all night - ear plugs worked for me but perhaps not for everyone. 2. There are mosquitos in Rome, so come prepared. 3. The flat has no lounge - well equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and shower, bedroom and walk type wardrobe type side room.
• Semanti (9/5): Superb - The cleanliness is top level. Very spacious apartment with all the necessary things that one expects. I stayed with my parents for 3 nights and perfect place to stay with friends or family. Highly recommended! The caretaker of the building is unfriendly and stopped one of my parent who had a leg issue from accessing the lift once in 3 days. Also he didn't reply to our Hellos and never bothered to reply back, but he did greet the other residents of the building. But such people exist everywhere so just he is to be just ignored!
• Vee (8/5): Very good - The host went out of the way to help us and even store our luggage for a few days prior to our arrival. Very nice neighborhood and gives you a flavor of the real Italian life living in the midst of it all.

We waited f - The property is ok The environment outside is 　ok, but let us feel non-safe. There are thieves following you one the way to the aportment, once to leave the subway station.

• Carlie (8/5): Overall the location was good but wouldn't want to have walked late a night. - The space, although the bathroom and kitchen were huge but am pleased there wasn't 3 of us to share the bedroom and only 2 as 3 would have been quite cramped. The graffiti on the outside of the building itself and also surrounding buildings was a little offputting.

We wandered around the area and came back an hour later and it still wasn’t ready. We were all exhausted we ended up going in the apartment and the cleaning lady was cleaning around us to finish up.

• Rozeta (10/5): Perfect place 👌 - Apartment was very big and comfortable 😌 You have everything you need in the neighborhood, metro station, restaurants, markets, park. Only 2 km to Colloseum where you can take Sightseeing bus. Staff was very nice and allow us to put our luggage few hours before check-in time and also after check out time. I recommend this place. No comment. We liked everything that was offered.

The host left a nice welcome basket for us. Napkins or paper towels would have been useful. There were no dish towels to dry our dishes. The one dish rag needed a cleaning.

• Roberto (9/5): Great option! - The location is great; walking distance to main touristic attractions and the metro. The place is quite big (more than I expected) which was a nice surprise. There was a little situation with a sink (it was clogged upon arrival, thankfully not completely). We notified and got a response yet it wasn't fixed while we were there. If the stay had been longer it may have been an issue.
• Camelia (9/5): Superb - All in all a good stay, location is excellent in a green and quiet area, walking distance to Colloseum and center. Well equipped kitchen, large rooms. Nicely decorated. Metro station nearby to reach the Vatican (if no strike :) Excellent osteria very close (on a side street), cannot recall the name, need reservation. The house was mainly heated with the AC, which after 2 days stopped working. We informed the landlord, but no response whatsoever was given.

Location perfect, close to the main train station, metro, bus and tram station. Couple of restaurants in the street and grocery store in 5 min walking distance + bakery and homemade Italian meals. Apartment very clean, full of space, nicely and comfy furnished. We even received some nice food for the breakfast. We had a great stay. I fully recommend!
