• Grzegorz (8/5): Dobre mieszkanie klasy turystycznej - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko stacji metra i dworca kolejowego. Sklepy spożywcze w okolicy. Ciekawy plac targowy z mnóstwem produktów w dobrych cenach. Bezobsługowe zakwaterowanie. Możliwość pozostawienia bagaży na przechowanie w dniu wylotu.

Δεν είχε καθόλου wifi ...παρά τις προσπάθειες υποτίθεται να λειτουργήσει...επίσης δεν ήταν πολύ καθαρό ...και δεν είχε ούτε μια επιπλέον κουβέρτα αν κάποιος κρυωνε...όπως εγώ..κοιμόμουν με μπουφάν...βέβαια μας αποζημιώσε και δεν μας κράτησε το φόρο ...δηλαδή 6 ευρώ το άτομο τη βραδιά....κάτι ήταν και αυτό...

• Francisco (2/5): - La ubicación es lo único bueno. Una experiencia lamentable. En general, las condiciones de higiene y mantenimiento del piso son más que cuestionables. Había chinches y una de las huéspedes acabo con la pierna llena de picaduras. Al llegar, nadie nos atendió y tardamos bastante tiempo en recibir indicaciones de cómo entrar. El WiFi no funcionó en ningún momento, aunque nuestro "guest" aseguraba que estaba en contacto permanente con el servicio técnico. Un día nos quedamos de puerta afuera porque el teclado se quedó sin batería y cuando por fin atendieron nuestra llamada ya estábamos en una excursión. Para compensar, nos hicieron un descuento ridículo en el impuesto municipal. Si podéis evitar esta opción, reservad cualquier otra por la zona.
• LUIZ TADEU (7/5): Poderia ter sido melhor, se tivéssesmos contato imediato com o proprietário na recepção inicial - Das instalações, localização e facilidade de acessos Não houve nenhum contato com o proprietário na recepção. Isso inviabilizou que entrássemos no prédio e que, lá dentro, identificássemos em que bloco estava o apartamento. Isso nos deixou na calçada por uma hora, até que um morador nos permitiu entrar, mas nem ele sabia onde estaria o apartamento alugado. Apenas duas horas depois é que contatamos alguém no telefone indicado, que nos deu informações sobre o local do apartamento, seu andar, as senhas para acesso às chaves e, finalmente, a entrada no apartamento. O mesmo não ocorreu no dia saída, quando fomos surpreendidos pela campainha, enquanto dormíamos. Saímos às pressas por total falta de mediação quando do check-in.

• Sanderson (4/5): Don't stay here if you are intending on cooking. - Location was good close to the train station. The Kitchen was a big disappointment as it was not well equipped. The best example of this being that the kitchen oven has been replaced by a second washing machine. Lots of furniture changes have also happened with 3 dining room chairs missing.

• Raul (9/5): Buena relacion precio calidad - El piso muy espacioso, tiene un ascensor pequeño y viejo, pero que funciona. Las habitaciones genial, el salon grande pero mal aprovechado, para estar todo el dia fuera no lo usamos. La cocina completa. La bañera no tiene cortina de ducha

• Jeremy (9/5): Perfect apartment in the perfect location - Riccardo personally met us on the street to welcome us. The apartment was in the perfect location for us, just a 5min walk from Termini train station. There's lots to see close by and all the big sites are approx 15-30min walk away. Three bedrooms with three double beds was perfect for our needs. Great value for money (for Rome). A little run down but overall happy with the place.
• Cathleen (5/5): Satisfactory (with unnecessary difficulties) at a good location. - Location was excellent. Poor arrival information. On "mailbox" by exterior door, Napoleone Luxury Apt listed on 3rd floor; Napoleone House NOT listed and on 6th floor. BOOKING.COM listing should indicate the floor on which property is located and also require it to be shown on mailbox outside exterior door. Could not access key in lockbox. Someone in 3rd floor unit contacted a person who let us in. Elevator not always functioning - walking up six floors extra tiring for older travel group after a day of sightseeing.
• Martin (9/5): Superb - Spacious apartment, almost in the center of Rome. Close to the station, to groceries, within walking distance to all the main sights in the city. Although the apartment and its equipment are older, the ratio of the price to the location and the size of the apartment is unbeatable. The owner is communicative, immediately responds to all questions and requests via WhatsApp. He even allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment on the last day of our stay and return the keys in the early evening, as we had to leave Rome in the evening and the other tenants were also due to arrive later in the evening. • Hesenbek (8/5): worth for its price, recommended. - key was in the key box and pincode given by Whatssapp. the host was quick on reply and fix the problem very quick if something wrong with the facilities. the locatrion is perfect, near to almost everything _ just 6-7 minutes walk distance from Termini which is the heart of public transport, 15-20 minutes of walking distance from Colosseum, surronded with bunch of restaurants and shops. There was a big supermarket just 4 minutes walking distance away. The aparrtment is on 5th floor and there is a classic style cute and tiny lift which you have to close the doors manually. The kithcen equipments were quite nice too. Toilet, shower and bathtub were new and practical. Wifi is perfect. The main gate was locked and get in when some neighnours opened the door. Two bedroom by main street side can be a bit noisy in nights, but hey, no problem to sleep after a long and busy day in warm Rome.

• Carmen (7/5): Good - The apartment was spacious…large bedrooms and living area. Ricardo was very responsive and accommodating. The location was not great for sight seeing or getting around town. There were supplies missing that we had to shop for.
• Gergana (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect for a trip to Rome. It's very, very close to Termini station where all the busses to/from the airports stop. Also the building is very quiet. The apartment is very spacious, has all that you need and it's very clean. The communication with the host was easy and he was always available answering questions. Everyrything was good but we needed a few extra blankets, because we were 6 people with only one big blanket on every double bed.
• Megi (8/5): Overall, the place was good value for the money. - The host was extremely communicative and answered my every concern. The location was excellent, close to major train and metro stations and many of Rome's biggest attractions were walking distance away. I also liked the view from my window and the beds were comfortable, so it was an overall good experience. The apartment could've been a little cleaner in some corners and it could've been a bit more aesthetically pleasing - though the latter is a matter of personal preference. Using the door key took a bit of getting used to, but the host helped me through any problems that arose.

• Antonie (8/5): Great value for money, great location and beds. - The location is perfect, close to the central station and to metro stops, and in walking distance from the main tourist sites. The beds are great, we slept well! Has everything you need for a comfortable stay, for a very good price. The kitchen is a bit sparsely equipped, and the laundry machine is old and doesn't do what you want it to do.
