• Fatma (1/5): Great location, but disappointing cleanliness. - The location was excellent and very convenient for visiting the main attractions in Rome. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property was very poor. The apartment did not feel properly cleaned and this negatively affected our stay. Hygiene standards should definitely be improved.
• marco (4/5): Servizio dell' host al cellulare e al numero fisso inesistente per 24 ore! - La posizione e gli spazi dell appartamento sono molto buoni Un totale disservizio da parte dell host per il check in all ns arrivo non hanno risposto dalle ore 14 del ns arrivo alle 9 del giorno successivo, ne via messaggio ne al cellulare,scandaloso!male anche le pulizie al ns arrivo visto che quando siamo arrivati alle ore 15 c'erano ancora le signore delle pulizie per altri 40 minuti...per la cronaca fuori pioveva

It was unclear that I also needed to download the vikey app along with the codes but it was sorted out swiftly and all worked out fine.

• Maria (10/5): Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of Rome - Very nice apartment in the heart of Rome. I loved the willingness of the staff to help like allowing us to keep our luggage in after check out. Nothing of importance. Just add some towels in the kitchen.

• DAVID (9/5): ALOJAMIENTO CÉNTRICO Y LIMPIO, PERFECTO - La ubicación es excelente en todo el centro de Roma y al lado de la calle comercial. El trámite con las llaves del apartamento es telemático pero fácil y la anfitriona está disponible en todo momento. Repetiríamos sin duda. Por poner solo una pega, nos avisaron de que vendría el técnico de la caldera y cuando volvimos al alojamiento el hombre debió de dejar la caldera apagada. Nos costó encontrar el problema y estuvimos unas horas con bastante frio en la casa hasta que lo pudimos solucionar, ya que los radiadores no estaban funcionando.

• Sara (10/5): Our favorite place to stay in Florence! - We LOVED everything about this place. We were in awe upon arrival. The apartment is so much bigger than it looks in photos. We had so much space and loved coming back here for breaks in between the day or after a long day. It is in/around the Oltrarno neighbourhood, which we loved exploring. There is no shortage of amazing cafes, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The apartment was big, clean, modern and equipped with everything. We never felt short of anything while we were here - they even thought to leave us with extra pillows and blankets! The team were so responsive and made sure we had the best stay. We will definitely be back! Nothing!

• Károly (7/5): Nagyon jó, egy kicsivel több figyelmet kellene fordítani a felszereltségre - Szuper, központi elhelyezkedés, tágas, kényelmes apartman, bejutás a leírtaknak megfelelően. A két fürdőszoba nagyon hasznos volt így, hogy négyen voltunk. Nem volt konyharuha és edény csepegtető, az elmosott tányérokat a tűzhelyre kellett pakolni. Nem volt elég törülköző. Nem volt wifi, hiába írtam első nap, senki nem válaszolt 3 napig, amíg ott tartózkodtunk.

• Didar Selin (8/5): Keyifliydi - Konumu harika, oldukça geniş bizim gibi kalabalık gruplar için ideal. Merkezde gece geç saate kadar da dolaşsanız yürüyerek otele geri dönmeniz mümkün. Yatağın nevresimi yoktu sadece sararmış yorgan ve altına ince beyaz bir örtü koyulmuştu. Bazı yastık kılıflarında lekeler vardı. Evin bazı yerleri ise biraz aceleyle temizlenmiş gibiydi.
• LUIS (1/5): Apartamento no apto para alquiler. - Ubicación La puerta del portal no abría con el código que nos dieron ni con la app para abrir en remoto. Apartamento extremadamente sucio, insalubre, ropa de cama manchada, arrugada, paredes sucias, tapicería de los sofás sucias, suelo sucio, baños sucios, la televisión del salón no funcionaba. Experiencia muy mala.
• Nima (9/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung war toll. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet und man konnte sie anständig nutzen. Die Wohnung hat einen schönen, ordentlichen Eindruck gemacht. Sie ist sehr groß, somit hat man genug Privatsphäre auch wenn man mit einer größeren Gruppe unterwegs ist. Die zwei Bäder sind nebeneinander und sind ansprechend und sauber. Jeder Raum hat eine Klima und einen Ventilator. Wir hatten bei der Anreise Probleme mit dem Vikey-Schlüsselsystem. Die Tür unten hat sich nicht öffnen lassen. Trotz der späten Uhrzeit konnten wir einen Mitarbeiter der Firma problemlos erreichen, dieser hat uns die Tür remote geöffnet. Falls die Tür also nicht aufgeht, nicht zögern und direkt anrufen. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wände der Wohnung könnten neue Farbe gebrauchen, sie sind etwas dreckig. Das wertet den ganzen look der Wohnung leicht ab.

• Clare (8/5): Perfect for family with teenagers - Location is superb. Waking distance to all attractions (30 minute walk to Vatican and Colessum). 10 minutes to Trevi fountain. Busy area with shops and restaurants. Large apartment. Apartment is tired in places but for space for a family of five plus location it was ideal.

• AHMED (1/5): I had always good experiences booking through you, this time wasn’t. - Was clean. I received a message from the in charged person once i arrived at Rome airport telling me that the property i booked will not be available due to water&electricity cut off and they gave me two options: 1- Cancel the reservation without cancellation fees. 2- Accept other property in different area away from Spanish Steps . This property has only 2 bedrooms whereas the property I booked has 3 bedrooms and 5 beds. I was in a situation that forced me to accept because I can’t easily find accommodation for me and family at this time in Rome due to high tourism season. I was told that the price will be the same of that of the originally booked property !!!!!!!!. On our check out day (6 July) a representative of the in charge lady came to us at 11:00 AM, requesting us to leave immediately!!!!! That was very stressful experience for me.
• Gregory (7/5): - Location was absolutely fantastic. It needed a little TLC. Kitchen had no tea towel/s, there was a pod coffee machine but no pods. Cleaner came unannounced which was concerning. The Vikey check in and lock system to enter the apartment was way too cumbersome to operate and very unpredictable!

The apartment is very spacious and has all the amenities one might need, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. Two showers and two toilets were great for our family! As mentioned before the virtual check in is annoying and does not always work. Additionally, the communication with the host was a bit slow to my opinion…

• Stephen (10/5): Large, clean home in the heart of Rome. - Very big home in the central part of the city. Easy in/out once you figured out the procedure. I used the email link to open the doors and not the Vikey app. Close to everything. We did not use public transport to anywhere except the airport taxi. They provide a puck coffee maker with a Nespresso store conveniently right across the narrow street. This is where you want to be in Rome Just to put something here it would have been nice to have a roll of paper towels and some shower soap.

The bed covers/duvets could have been more modern. The apartment was clean, but still could have been even better (the shower cabins could have been cleaned more thoroughly)

And our location perfect! - The location was perfect - easy walking to all - shopping, restaurants, Spanish Steps etc. the apartment on the third floor overlooked the ‘street’ - hung with Christmas lights -great atmosphere - and not over crowded! For me almost the best location in Rome. Perfect! A little difficulty initially getting into the building when we arrived - contacting Vickey was impossible! Fortunately a person entering the building trusted we were genuine occupants and let us in! Once into the building we were able to locate our apartment, use our code and access the property!
• Scully (10/5): I will most likely stay here again. - The location was excellent. There is no hotel desk or anywhere to store luggage until check-in time.

I couldn’t get the Vikey app to open the doors but the key and code worked fine. I didn’t remember the listing saying I would have to walk several blocks to dump the trash.

• Tina (10/5): Great place for a Rome trip - The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Rome. All the main sights are within walking distance. The apartment is very modern, clean and well-equipped. The online check-in and virtual key works perfectly and gives you all the flexibility you need.

I did not like that you had to walk through one bedroom to get to the other Bedroom . Also when i went in to my Front Bedroom and pulled the curtains the pole fell down from 20ft and hit me on the head . i text the owner to say what happen i could have been Badly hunt at no time did any one come to see if i was ok. The pole was put back up after a few days. when we was out .

• Peter (9/5): Location Location Location - The location was absolutely perfect. We were just steps away from the Spanish Steps. There were several good restaurants in the area. We were able to comfortably walk to Trevi Fountain and even the Coliseum. We were also very close to a subway station. The restrooms were clean and everything was easy to use. Everything went as planned for our trip and staying in a very central location was a key to that.

Property was decent for the location as well as our groups expectations. There is a safe that doesn't work and it's not part of the accommodation. Wifi is spotty and has bad signal for the most of our stay.

• Joseph (8/5): Central but pricy apartment for large families - Central location within walking distance of the major sites. Large enough to accommodate an extended family of seven for three nights. The flat was priced competitively with budget hotels, but an extremely expensive stay. This may be due in part to high season. IKEA Kirche not suitable for preparing anything other than breakfast.

• Doc (7/5): This property had a convenient location for seeing a good portion of Rome's treasures. - The property was just about what was advertised. It had a convenient location for people who don't mind walking. The restaurants near the property were good and plentiful, we really enjoyed the variety of traditional Italian food. The golf cart tour from MyBestTour was a highlight of our trip, with pick up and drop off at this property (Kristina was an excellent guide/driver.) The use of the Vikey application made entry more difficult than it needed to be. Almost exclusively we used the one key provided and the door code. The Candy stove top did not operate, we even tried instructions from the internet, however, it didn't turn on. The toilet flush panel in one bathroom fell off the wall. We notified the owners of this issue. The dishes were not complete, no larger water glasses. There were very limited cleaning supplies. There was an instruction manual for the property online, that didn't have the correct appliances, and no instructions about things like disposing of trash. The common/dining area was too small for 6 persons, especially the eating space. The kitchen had one electrical outlet for 3 appliances, annoying. The location was not convenient when one needs a Taxi.
• Jo (8/5): Very good location and apartment for a stay visiting the sights of Rome - Location was perfect for our 4 day visit to Rome, many shops restaurants and sights within walking distance. The apartment was clean and comfortable for us and our family There was an issue with the keys and wifi connection, which made it a little challenging initially, however the host acted quickly and helpfully to resolve the situation and compensated us for the time we lost from our holiday.

• Sonja (6/5): Pleasant - the location was very good, enough space in the apartment, nice decoration, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living room was nice. the host was not easy to contact; the apartment was not ready and prepared for 6, conform to our reservation. noise from the outside street. not very well isolated, led lights in the main bedroom that kept on in the night and give little light, damaged curtains not repaired

The actual location was perfect with a real positive vide just out side the front door The rooms could been a bit cleaner to be honest. lots of dusty areas. Beds lacked decent covered a and we had to use couch pillows as bed pillows were very uncomfortable. our group anyway !! This was not a big issue for us as much as the electronic door lock which had to reset every time we came in and out. It was very frustrating and also found the wifi was very weak so a few cheap boosters the apartment would really help there 💙 we give these opinions not to upset any one but as positive feedback because we would definitely like to come back and stay…..
