• Agnès (5/5): Un logement très bien situé pour visiter Rome mais une qualité d'hébergement médiocre pour le prix. - A notre arrivée tardive vers 22h30 et malgré ce qui était convenu, il n'y avait personne pour nous accueillir. Heureusement qu'une femme fumait une cigarette à l'entrée de l'immeuble pour que nous puissions accéder à l'intérieur et ainsi récupérer les clés placés dans une boîte à clés. La propreté et la vétusté du logement laisse à désirer: des moisissures sur les rideaux, des ustensiles de cuisine usagés qui ne donnent pas envie de cuisiner, une vaisselle qui n'était pas propre, aucun torchon pour faire la vaisselle, une douche bouchée dès le début, une cuvette de toilettes non fixée, une poignée de porte de salle de bain qui se décroche de l'intérieur, des couettes jaunies, des lits qui grincent, un ménage très superficiel. De plus, la ventilation est très bruyante tout comme la rue très passante (et en travaux actuellement) en raison du manque d'isolation des fenêtres. Au préalable, le paiement du logement a été très compliqué car notre hôte a exigé de débiter l'intégralité du montant de réservation malgré ses engagements de 50% du montant sur Booking pour des raisons de facturation. Les conditions ne correspondaient donc pas à l'annonce et la propriétaire s'est montrée inflexible malgré la médiation via booking.

• Francisco (2/5): Un horror sucio, dejado y viejo. - Lo mejor, la ubicación. Muy cerca del Vaticano El apartamento es un horror. Viejo, sucio y muy descuidado, nada que ver con las fotos. Por otro lado, otra cosa que nos chocó mucho. En el apartamento habia dinero de los anteriores huespedes. La propietaria nos dijo que lo guardasemos que acudiria un dia a por ellos. Se presentó sin avisar (no estabamos dentro) y, con todo el descaro del mundo accedió dentro del apartamento a por el dinero...sin avisar, sin pedir permiso. Tal vez sea un choque cultural, pero en España sería impensable e ilegal esto. Con todas nuestras pertenencias, maletas y objetos...en general, viejo y sucio, decadente, horroroso. • MASSIMO (10/5): Ottima struttura a 2 passi dalla metro - Appartamento con 2 camere da letto molto grandi e in generale casa accogliente e ben fornita di tutto il necessario. Posizione strategica per visitare la zona di San Pietro in quanto la stazione della metro Ottaviano è situata a 20 metri dall’ingresso della casa. Consigliato 👍

• marta (10/5): Super consigliato - Tutto. Posizione ottima, sopra la metro ottaviano. Casa grande, pulita e calda. All’interno tutto quel che serve e anche di più. L’host super disponibile a risolvere immediatamente un piccolo problema col piano cottura.

• Mirela (2/5): - Near the metro, shops, and restaurants. Very dirty: dirty floor, dirty dishes, mold and limescale in the bathroom, ventilation and air conditioner full of dust, small mattress. No microwave as shown in the pictures. Bad experience.

• Ali (8/5): Overall, was a good place to stay in with a friendly host and great location. - Host is very nice and helpful. Great location, next to metro station that takes you to all important stations. There are resturants and mini markets next to the house. I would advise getting more blocking window curtains that blocks the view as the house in a little bit above the street floor. the extra covers can use some extra cleaning.

• Vaily (3/5): Not a great experience - Location was good, with metro and few eateries just round the corner. The host was really nice and helpful and went out of her way to help. Unfortunately the apartment was not up to the standands. Bathroom got clogged wirh 1st shower which was not pleasant, Claudia did however comeover and got this fixed Fridge was not functioning. Both beds along with pillows and mattresses were very dirty. Pots and Pans were very old The entire place needs an update
• Martin (7/5): Nice location, space and comfy beds - but a bit warm - With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms this place was quite big for Rome I think. I liked that all 6 beds provided were proper beds of good quality. The location is super with a metro stop just 100 m away and more restaurants than you'll ever be able to go to :-) The aircon was overworked, sadly. We never got below 24 degrees in the bedroom and no aircon in the hall/kitchen. Not so good on warm days. Also, the kitchen was on the one hand well equipped but lacked some super basic stuff like cutting boards and bigger knives for bread, veggies, etc. Also, we were unlucky that the metro stop was shut for maintenance on our second day (but the busses works well to and let's you see more stuff on the way, so okay all in all).

• Mia (8/5): Very good - Property right next to a metro station, and not far a walk from Vatican City. Had washing machine and cooking facilities. In a secure apartment block. Owner very friendly when meeting us at property, also sent us lots of recommendations and kept in contact throughout stay.

• Siobhan (5/5): Ok but not great. - Location was great. The owner was so sweet and kind. Uncomfortable bed. Hot water lasts for one shower (3-5 mins max). Very loud outside. 20 euro for extra blankets. Sofa bed folded in on itself. Side of fridge panel falling off. Wi-Fi in and out. Only one set of towels given for a 4 night stay.
• Wade (8/5): Very good - Claudia the hostess was fabulous! She answered any questions quickly and was always just a text away, she couldn't have been more helpful, she was lovely. The location of the apartment was excellent for exploring the city. Everywhere was within walking distance, which we loved, but there is also a metro station just outside the door and a supermarket and McDonald's across the road. There are lots of lovely cafes around for coffee and gelato. The apartment had a small kitchen which was sufficient, this is why we booked as we like to make our own meals. Claudia had left toilet roll, washing up liquid and a bottle of water, which were all very much appreciated, so kind of her. The shower is very small and the warm water runs out quite quickly, but it was still sufficient. There is no microwave as shown in the photos, and there is no light in the kitchen or bedroom other than plug-in lamps. This was fine, just not what I expected.
• Abimbola (10/5): A paradise in Rome😀 - Oh boy, where do we even begin? This property is like a treasure chest of delights! The host must have a magic wand because they thought of everything under the sun. We had a whale of a time, feeling like we were right at home, and the cherry on top? The location was spot-on! Nothing! We had a phenomenal stay!
• Holly (1/5): Great Location but poor amenities - Location was great, right at Ottaviano metro station and bus station across the street. Nice restaurant next door and had a clothes washer. No toaster oven/microwave as pictured and listed. Broken brooms (x2), broken folding chair, extra hot plate only had 3 feet so it was crooked, pans were extremely worn out/scratched, the blanket didn't fit the bed, duvet didn't have a cover and was yellow, only 3 forks, hot water was good for 1/2 a shower, and place was far too small for 4 people.

• Karlygash (10/5): Exceptional - Great place to stay. Comfortable. Clean. The property has washer, kitchen stuff, kettle, hairdryer and A/C. Just believe me, if you are from Canada, you will apriciate A/C in here. Easy check in and check out process. Great location. About 10 minutes to Vatican museum. Lots of stores , restaurants around here, even gelateria is right by the corner. We got great suggestions from the Claudia (landlord). At the fist day right after arriving were so hungry, she was so kind to us and gave us some recommendations where to eat or buy some stuff. Strongly recommend the place.

A very large apartment, two big rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room We got in the apartment and the air condition was on from the owner which was perfect for us because that day was really hot 🥵!! We appreciated it . Tv in every room , bathrooms with everything. The beds were big and comfortable. It was only one night stay but I recommend it . Ottaviano metro station just in the corner . Vatican just 3-4 blocks away on foot . May be a sofa in the kitchen it would be nice if you want to sit before going to the bedroom… but not something absolutely necessary.

The house is very well located, only 5 minutes from the Vatican and 1 minute from the metro station and bus stop, which also makes it feel very safe. The sheets and blankets are damp and the shower space is too small, especially on the first night when the second of us took a shower there was no hot water soon and we had to take a cold shower.

• Dimitrios (1/5): No sleep - Lowest quality of bed, pillows and blanket / Noisy apartment - 1. We would like a bigger bed, better pillows, better bed mattress. The mattress and the pillows were the worst we ever had. We could not sleep. the only night we slept was the day we visited Vatican museum because we were exhausted. 2. The room had high % humidity. 3. The room was cold room and the blanket was too small for 2 people. 4. The apartment was next to a street and it was very noisy. We couldn't sleep as we heard the conversations of passers-by and traffic noise P.S. Value for money --> 0/10

• Juan (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located in a very nice zone, really close to metro stations and bus stops. It has supermarkets nearby and the Vatican is just at 500 meters distance. About the apartment, it is a nice space with many commodities, designed more for two people (the kitchen has stuff for two). You have to understand that when you take an apartment is very different than staying in a hotel. So you won't have cleaning service every day, and there are some things that you need to adapt to your routine so you won't feel wrong about it. I loved to be able to wash my clothes and to cook. About the host, Claudia is a very kind girl, who have me many recommendations to have a good stay in Rome. Everyday she was asking about us and if we were comfortable. In general, it is a great place The air conditioning was a bit noisy, and you have to watch it because it gathers water in a bucket and if you are not aware of this the bucket will be overfilled.
