• Olena (10/5): - Очень удачное расположение. Рядом вокзал Termini, станция метро. Несколько автобусных остановок в шаговой доступности. Легко и быстро добираться до всех достопримечательностей. Квартира очень уютная, с оригинальной меблировкой под старину. Очень высокие потолки, в квартире прохладно в жару. Кровати удобные. Постельное белье и полотенца- белоснежные. В ванная комната современная, есть все необходимое. Мы отдыхали неделю, чувствуя себя как дома. Хозяин отзывчивый, доброжелательный, быстро отвечает на сообщения. Предоставил подробную инструкцию, как найти квартиру и ключи. Помог нам с поздним заселением, когда наш автобус опоздал. Благодарны ему и с удовольствием приедем ещё. В маленькой комнате не работает розетка.

• Alexander (4/5): Disappointing - the manager and the cleanliness of the place. the location is also very good and easily accessible to the city centre. The facility is not a 3 room apartment but a 2 room apartment. the information on the website is misleading which was a deliberate act. it is important for the facility to tell the truth and also for booking.com to inspect the facility before advertising to the public. the air conditioner can only be found in the main bed room and nowhere else. we are paying for something that does not exist. the manage although assisted to calmed us.

• Jedličková (6/5): Lower score due to possible fraud action - Otherwise would be 8 - We received all information at WhatApp. There are kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom with doublebed and 1 tiny 2bed room. Furniture is old but very nice - have its atmosphere. Kitchen is equipped well. Super location. Prior our stay we were asked in booking.com conversation to visit web site via given link. On that web site, which looked like booking.com, there was a request to provide bank card information - just for some legal issues. The owner never explained this request. Beside this - we did not provide such information, since the payment goes via booking.com itself - we were satisfied

• Aida (9/5): The location and host are absolutely excellent ,the metro is in a walking distance ,you can actually - The location and host are absolutely excellent ,the metro is in a walking distance ,you can actually walk to the main central sites if you fancy a beautiful walk .nice groceries ,cafes ,restaurants ,Ukrainian shop !!were 5 minutes away,for children there is a nice playground next to.the place itself is very cosy and homely ,it might need a bit of renovation ,but we prefer the character of it ,the feel of Italian touch rather than a bland ikea bought furniture and interior items . The only thing we struggled slightly with keeping temperature in the shower warm .

Would definitely book it again :) - - The host was very nice and responsive - The apartment was very warm and cozy and we had no issues with the water (FYI the heater was turned off when we arrived, there's a cupboard in the kitchen where you can find it and turn it on. The thermostat is also next to it and you can adjust the temperature as you please, but we left it on the default program and had no complaints) - Great transportation options (even though it's close enough to the center to have lots of attractions reachable by foot) - The location is excellent! You have everything you need nearby in terms of stores, food or souvernir shops(for restaurants you must try Restorante Pizzeria Andrea Via Castelfidardo, 30!!!) These didn`t bother us at all but just as an FYI: The third room has no windows The apartment is old and it shows, if you're expecting newly renovated over the top accomodations, maybe this is not for you :)

• Viesturs (5/5): Passable - The location is very good - main sightseeing is within 2km range. Also good grocery in the neighborhood. No opinion on public transportation since we like to walk by ourselves. 1. Problems with hot water (the heating boiler needs to be replaced - it often turned off due to technical problems and sometimes when we tried to restart it, the safety valve worked. It was good that we had a man of knowledge, who knew how to properly restart. However, the lessor’s technical staff tried to help.). 2. Worn-out furniture. 3. Also had a minor communication problems. The woman that welcomed us spoke only Italian, and we manged to communicate with a help of google translator. However she was very nice and helpful.

• Orts (8/5): Chill place with a very friendly host! - Very friendly host, nice apartment and close to the train station! It's about 10-15 min walk to the city centre, but this means that the neighborhood is more chill and calm. The check-in and out went very good. I recommend this place!
