• Anna (1/5): Τελευταία ώρα μείναμε χωρίς κατάλυμα .Δεν φρόντισαν να μας βρουν άλλο. - Ταξιδέψαμε από Ελλάδα και φτάσαμε 8:00 το πρωί Ρώμη .Στις 10:00 μας έστειλαν μνμ ότι το δωμάτιο γέμισε νερό.Μετά από λίγη ώρα μας επιβεβαίωσε ότι είναι όλα καλά και μεσημέρι πλέον κουρασμένοι μας έστειλαν email εκ νέου ότι τελικά δεν μπορούμε να πάμε στο δωμάτιο.
• Fernando (6/5): - El emplazamiento. 1. Lavadora con tapa rota. 2. No tiene armario cerrado y se cocina en el mismo espacio. 3. No hay extracción de humos. 4. El encendido de la vitro no funcionaba bien. 5. El menaje de cocina era deficitario.

• FM VSD (9/5): Idéalement situé entre Vatican et le Castel Sant Angelo quartier très vivant avec toutes commodités - Bel Immeuble Situé en RDC à côté du hall d'entrée, la porte du sas à fermeture automatique claquait trop bruyamment à chaque passage de résidents.
• Marty (4/5): - L'emplacement La grande difficulté à obtenir les codes d'accès à l'appartement à 23h. Nous avons failli dormir à l'extérieur à l'étranger. Booking doit revoir cette organisation.la réservation était réglée depuis des semaines
• Sabina (1/5): - Pessimo. A fine gennaio non c’erano i riscaldamenti ma solo un piccolissimo termo ventilatore. Alle mie lamentele hanno comprato un’altra piccola stufetta insufficiente per scaldare l’intera casa di 90 metri quadri. Inoltre si poteva accendere o luna o l’altra perché saltava la corrente. Non potevo nemmeno accendere contemporaneamente microonde e stufa. Insomma una condizione pessima. Vi sconsiglio vivamente di fare un soggiorno in questo appartamento.

• Virginie (5/5): - Les points positifs sont l’emplacement et les restaurants/commerces de proximité. Il n’y avait pas de protections sur le matelas et les oreillers (coussins). Le matelas et les oreillers étaient tachés( tâches que doivent dater…). Je m’en suis aperçue qu’en fin de séjour. Appartement en rez de chaussée bruyant et sombre.

• Laura (8/5): Cerca del centro de la ciudad, y sin limpieza Hola Maria 3 6-2 de - Sucio el baño, el compartimento de la ducha con hongos. No había papel higiénico suficiente, tuve que comprar. Sin shampoo, sin jabón individual, y demás amenities. La esponja de la cocina, sucias y vieja. Poco limpia. No había seca plato toalla de papel o de género. Sucio y pocos amenities . Baño con hongos. Papel higiénicos insuficiente, tuve que comprar. Las sábanas insufientes, solo el plumon, sin cubre plumón. La esponja de la cocina sucia y vieja. Cocina sin toalla de papel para secar platos.
• Miriam (9/5): Perfecta ubicación - Ubicación perfecta, podría decir que llegas a todos los puntos de interés andando. cama cómoda Unas almohadas hubieran mejorado mucho el descanso. Durante la estancia (6 noches) no se nos ofreció cambio de toallas ni más papel higiénico ( que teníamos una unidad por persona de ambas cosas )

• Stefano (9/5): Ottima location per un soggiorno di qualche giorno a Roma - La posizione era ottima ed il quartiere tranquillo, pieno di ristoranti e bar, a pochi minuti dalla fermata della metro "Lepanto". Ottimo punto di appoggio dal quale visitare Roma, con host molto disponibile ed appartamento confortevole. L'unico aspetto migliorabile è la scarsa insonorizzazione dell'appartamento, sia verso l'esterno, ma soprattutto verso il corridoio d'ingresso interno ed i relativi portoni.
• Ariadna (6/5): Bona localització - El que més ens ha agradat del lloc clarament és la seva situació. Es troba en un barri tranquil on hi ha molts restaurants i llocs per pendre alguna cosa. Així mateix, està molt ven contectat amb línies de metro i bus. També es pot arribar fàcilment a llocs d'interès a peu. També hem estat contents amb l'atesa de l'amfitriona que ens ha preguntat en tot moment com anava l'estada i disposada a tot. El lloc és petit, la cuina deixa una mica que desitjar. L'amfitriona ens va comentar que no endollessim gaires coses a la vegada perquè podria saltar el diferencial. Així mateix, el bany és petit i la dutxa és bastant incòmode a l'hora d'accedir-hi.
• Merle (8/5): - Eine sehr nette praktische Unterkunft in einem Haus mit dem Flair der Jahrhundertwende, fast schon authentisch. Ich fühlte mich sofort zuhause. Claudia ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei einem Problem im Bad hat sie sich sofort um den Hydrauliker bemüht. Übrigens sind die Türen nicht so laut, es sind einfach schöne alte große Tore, die eben ins Schloss fallen. Bei mir zu Hause schlagen die Türen viel lauter! Logischerweise, wenn man Parterre wohnt, kann man nachts das Fenster natürlich nicht offenstehen lassen.

• Ana (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is spacious and tidy, located in a great area – a quiet neighborhood, yet within walking distance of the main attractions. The metro station is just a few hundred meters away, making it very easy to get around. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby with a great selection of food. Claudia was an excellent host – very helpful and kind. Definitely recommended!
• Onurcan (10/5): Our stay was lovely — great location, smooth check-in, and a very kind and helpful host. - The location was absolutely perfect — very central and easy to reach everywhere we wanted to go. Claudia, our host, was incredibly kind and attentive. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and shortly after we arrived, she came by personally to welcome us and explain everything in detail. She also gave us great local tips on where to eat and what to see, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommended! The shower cabin was quite small, but I understand that this is common in many places in Rome, so it didn’t significantly affect our experience.

• Santiago (10/5): Cozy space in the heart of the city that felt like our little home in no time. - Very easy to access. Close to metro, groceries, restaurants and attractions. Has a fully functional kitchen and clothing washing machine. Extremely high ceiling. Absolutely everything you need for a stay of whatever length. The shower head in the shower does not stay up. The bidet was not functional. Outside noise is very obvious. We didn’t mind these parts but did take note of them.

• Vladislav (5/5): Great location. But I can't recommend this apartment. - Very good location. Quiet area, few tourists. 15 minutes walk to the Vatican. 30 minutes walk to the main attractions of Rome. Close to the metro. Very bad bathroom. Everything is moldy. The bathroom door does not close properly. The shower door closes with great difficulty, it is almost broken. There was no soap. The water tap in the sink is very inconvenient. The owners clearly do not care about the convenience of their guests.

• Harry (10/5): Exceptional - The location is amazing, only about 10 minutes from St Peter’s Square and the Vatican Museum, easy to navigate to other main attractions in the city too. The room itself it’s spacious and comfortable and the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating

• Deborah (5/5): Too loud, impossible to get a good rest. Terrible bathroom odour , shower dangerous - Location, close to the metro station. Claudia the host was nice and attentive, good communication It’s on the ground floor, close to the main building door which meant we heard it being slammed 2-3 minutes . It’s a heavy old door, it was impossible for us to get any sleep, we ended up buying earplugs and we are not light sleepers. I wouldn’t stay here again because of that, it was too noisy but I know it’s not Claudia’s or anyone fault, I should have read previews reviews. The BATHROOM smelled pretty bad, there’s no cabinet for your toiletries, nothing inside the shower as well. The shower door doesn’t close either so we had a puddle each time we used it . The shower cord was also broken and we cut ourselves too. I mean this could be fixable buying some cheap items at a Chinese store, but to me it just shows lack of caring and just wanting to keep the money.

• James (7/5): Enjoyed my stay, used Lime bike to get around. Quiet neighbourhood with some good restaurants. - Close to the tube station, easy to get into the property. No fault of the owner, when it rained the drains smelt awful. The building needs to get the drains sorted out.

• Louise (10/5): perfect location and great price for exploring Rome - great location. you can easily walk to all the main landmarks if you wanted but the metro is only a couple minutes away. there’s also bus stops nearby shower is small but good pressure and temperature. didn’t affect the stay at all and would stay again

• Hoda (6/5): Pleasant - It has a good location. Close to supermarkets. Safe neighborhood. The electrical stove didn't work in the 2 last days. The electricity went regularly and I had to use the electricity panel out of home to fix it, at least once a day! Also, the bathroom smelled very bad. Last, but not least! we had to pay 42 euros extra for a city tax that wasn't included in the booking price. Next time, I'll look for a place that doesn't have extra fees.
