• Tracey (10/5): It was great to be immersed into local culture and less touristy. Very lovely stay! - Daniel was extremely accommodating for our arrival and departure and did a wonderful job of explaining all the features of the apartment. We also loved the suggestions of local restaurants and day trips. Daniel even provided juices, milk, and breakfast foods, tea, and coffee, and prosecco which was really helpful. We liked everything but the local bus was easy to get to but standing room only every trip.

He was very helpfull in everything and helped my friends to make me bday suprise! And shop is just crooss apartment Maybe bigger sofa at living room :)

• Debra (10/5): Definitely a place for accommodation to consider during your stay. - Communication was fantastic! All our questions were answered immediately and recommendations were spot in on. New Year’s Eve / early morning, was extraordinarily loud and noisy, but all considered it was a one of. No complaints.

Also describing this as downtown made us think it was near Rome attractions when in reality it was in a neighborhood about 30 min outside of the tourist area.

• Aline (10/5): Good place for family - Everything was good the place is a good location Daniele is a very good host and he helped us about many tips. It’s very hard do find a place to park the car.
• Mohammad Sajjad (9/5): Excellent host, spacious apartment and amazing comfort. - The best part was the host. Daniele was not only friendly, he regularly checked on us. He was always prompt and super helpful. The other thing is the apartment is very spacious and very comfortable with air conditioning. Daniele packed amble amount of food for us and we couldn’t finish them even. All the cutleries and ample towels were provided along with a simple itenary for Rome tour It would have been nice to have a washing machine. For long stays it’s necessary and there is no convenient system for laundry around the area. The other thing is the location is one hour away by bus and you have to take multiple Bus to reach the city. But then that’s why the property is bit lower in price than others
• Marta (10/5): Rome is fantastic, and we will come back - Our stay at the apartment was absolutely wonderful! The place is large, spacious, and has air conditioning, which was very much appreciated. Daniela was incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay — he recommended amazing restaurants and supported us at every step of our trip to Rome. It was really kind of him, and we felt truly cared for. The apartment also has two bathrooms, which turned out to be very convenient. Overall, our time in Rome was fantastic, and we will definitely come back to this place again!
• Davorinv (10/5): Exceptional - Liked location, which gives you oportunity to discover Vatican in walking distance and center Rome with bus connection. With tap system use of public transport is realy smooth. Apartment is very big and clean. Retail shop and redtaurants with realy good food only metets away from apartment. Handover proccess was smooth and quick.
• Neil (10/5): A beautiful apartment which was perfect to come back to after a busy day sightseeing. - The property was incredibly spacious and beautifully kept. Having the large balcony was a huge plus. The host provided a well stocked fridge and other breakfast provisions which was an unexpected treat and much appreciated. The location was perfect too with excellent public transport links to the city centre and a supermarket across the road was ideal. The lift was very helpful being in the 6th floor. There was nothing we didn’t like about it.

• Petra (10/5): Recommend it! Enough space for bigger groups than ours. - Accommodation itself is very nice! 3 bedrooms, 1 of them small but with own WC and shower. We travelled as 3-generations of women group, so each of us appreciated having our own privacy. Communication with the owner was great. We were a bit late at arrival with no issue. Shop in front of the flat (not Sunday). Near to public transport station. But calm place, no traffic directly. Refreshments in fridge for breakfast - juice, milk, water, butter. Appreciated. To reduce walking, we used public transport, which was not really reliable.
• Et (9/5): Superb - The host provided us with enough snacks (bread, cake, juice) for the few days we stayed at. Very spacious apartment for the price with comfy beds. There is a supermarket right infront of the place, which made it very easy to stock up on even more food and drinks. This place is a bit remote from the city center, but can't really complaint for the price and also taxis aren't expensive in rome.

The apartment if really nice with beautiful antique furniture. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was ok with packaged danish, boxed juice, coffee, milk and a loaf of bread, butter and jam. Fantastic restaurant almost across the street. The location is away from everything with only bus access to the Metro. Could have used a few more pillows.

• Maia (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was fine, we feel like home. Daniele was super friendly and very pleasent host. Appartment realy is nice to stay. Facilities and environment was according pictures and description. An appartment was not in the center, so as we had not a car and city buses worked not always as scheduled, there was a challange to be at a planed places on a planed time. It would be easier if we had a car or were using taxes.
• Natasha (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment with good local amenities including a supermarket across the road and a very nice restaurant 2 minutes walk. Daniele was super helpful and made us feel very welcome, there were plenty of snacks, coffee and cartons of juice for the kids and even a bottle of vino on the fridge which was a lovely gesture as we were tired from travelling so cracked that open when we arrived. The location was good with transport links, we used busses to get into town, and took thd train to the coast. There is a lovely park just 20 minutes walk from the apartment too, which we spent a lovely afternoon exploring. Would definitely come back here. Everything was perfect.
• Martin (8/5): Comfortable and close to amenities - Nice sized apartment on 6th floor with lift. 2 aircons that helped with the heat of summer. There is a main bathroom with a nice sized shower and a second very small bathroom connected to the smaller 1 bedroom. Nice to have a backup when you are a family. Other 2 bedrooms had loads of space. Nice balcony to enjoy sundowners😀 small kitchen but functional which has enough pots pans etc if you decide to cook in. Convenient supermarket across the road and 5min walk to bus stop. Fantastic pizzeria 100m from apartment block! The breakfast consisted of pre packaged cakes and sweet things - not something we eat at all , never mind for breakfast. But the supermarket across the street is open from 8-8pm which has everything you need . Please also note that you need to pay your city taxes and the 150 Euro deposit in cash on arrival so make sure have enough!
• Zhehua (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is perfect! The host waited us and introduced everything kindly. The apartment is so clean and nice. The bread and juice he prepared was so nice. And he gave us some more useful information around. A super market is just in front of the building. And the restaurant he introduced was so delicious, which is just 200m away. We got the feeling of home indeed. My kid loves the apartment so much, and she draw lots of pictures on guests note book to show her love here. We will definitely choose here again. Nothing!

Nothing went wrong. - The property was perfect for our family of five - Mum and Dad and three boys (15,10 and 9). The communication from Daniele was amazing, he was so helpful and gave us great information about the city and travelling around and the local cuisine. We thought the apartment was an amazing space and the food and drinks supplied by Daniele topped everything off. When your nine year sees he has his own room with his own bathroom, I will remember that smile forever. Definitely recommending this place to family and friends and anyone who will listen when we get back to New Zealand. Thank you again. Nothing in the property we did not like.

• Jan (10/5): A great apartment with a good location for five people. - Food and drinks in the fridge to prepare breakfast. The accommodation corresponds to the description. We went to Pizza e Arrosticini for dinner. V Mad for Beer ( https://www.madforbeer.it) they have Regent Czech beer.

• Conrad (9/5): Amazing accommodation for my first time in Rome. - Daniele, our host, was extremely friendly and helpful. He sent us directions to the house, and even waited for us to arrive to personally hand over the keys. The flat itself was spacious, clean, and was in a quiet area. Daniele gave us a tour, and even left us some breakfast items. Our host was also very responsive and polite. These are only small inconveniences. The sockets don't fit the usual European plugs (I suspect because it is an older socket), so we relied on one extension cable. A little far out from town, so we used public transport. While the metro was fine, Roman buses are not reliable, so we often had to call Taxis instead.
• Andrew (10/5): Fantastic trip would stay again - Great apartment, host was exceptional, baked a cake and gave Prosecco for a birthday and really did everything to make the trip.
• Char (8/5): Nice apartment but doesn't accommodate 6 people. - The host provided pastries, milk, and juice. The apartment was clean and had a lift where you didn't have to pay. It was clean and well decorated. I didn't like the fact that it didn't accommodate 6 people well. There was only one sink for 6 and 2 toilets for 6 people to use. It looks like the host used a room to squeeze 2 full size beds and a rollaway bed for 3 people to sleep. The list showed a washing machine, but there was no washing machine. The host stated that they had to replace 2 machines over the course of 2 years and they just decided not to replace them.

• Jan (10/5): Great stay in Rome - Nice owner, nice place, great location with supermarket and great pizzarier less than 2 minutes away. Easy access to tramp and busses to Rome Centre Breakfast was some dry biscuits, cakes and packaged toast, water and juice at arrival. Could be improved.

• Talita (7/5): The current mark does not reflect the accomodation. - - Kindness of the hosts: Simonetta and Daniele are very kind and helpful. I arrived ~20 minutes after the scheduled time and it was not a problem; I also checked out 15 minutes before the regular check out time and again, everything went fine. - Accomodation: everything was very clean, impecable towels and sheets (smelling really good); the place is larger than average for the price charged. - Location: there is a supermarket right in front of the building; some very good restaurants nearby. In my opinion, the current mark of the property (9.4) does not reflect the real situation. There are many things worth of mentioning to advice the future guests: - Accomodation: (1) the Booking advertisement gives the impression that the apartment will be fully available to the guests, but this is actually not the case. Once I arrived, Daniele showed me the three bedrooms available, but emphasized that one of them "were not for us". This one was very wide, with a double bed, but instead, one of us had to be placed in a very tine auxiliary room (we were in two people that wanted to sleep in separate rooms). (2) There is one large toilet and a second one which is also very small (with no sink). (3) The temperature of the shower keeps varying (too hot - too cold). (4) The guests offer very low quality soap and shampoo - very different from a hotel, to give an overall idea. - Breakfast: the booking advertisement says that the guests offer an "italian breakfast". I am not italian, so it is hard to contest it, but the food was very scarce. There was some options of things to drink (tee, coffee, juice and milk), toasts, two slices of cake and two sweet croissants - everything industrialized. In our case, it was necessary to have breakfast outside. - Location: (1) this is a very important point. The builduing is located in the top of a steep street, so keep it in mind if you are carrying lots of suitcases or have acessibility issues. (2) the nearest bus stop is ~7 min walking from the building, an buses in Rome are not very precise in time and availability. It is difficult to reach the center of the city depending on the situation. (2) We tried to take a taxi on a saturday night and it mas literally impossible. The neighborhood is apart from the center and the offer of taxis is very limited. Taxi apps also do not work there. - Security deposit: The information is somehow hidden at the Booking advertisement.
• Jim (10/5): Good spacious apartment with all amenities required for a great stay - Large spacious family apartment with all amenities required for a comfortable stay. Beds were comfy, there is 2 bathrooms and toilets, and a light breakfast supplied. Supermarket across the road and cafe also close by. Simonetta is a great host. Not much to not like. Possibly distance from city centre although we had a car so didn't bother us. There is also a bus stop nearby.

• Pawel (9/5): Superb - clean apartment, much space, not touristic area the breakfast is not a real breakfast - some longterm dry food, some tee/coffee/juice not sufficient for the duration of the stay and the number of inhabiltants. As there is a grocery on the opposite site of the street, it makes probably more sense for the owner to skip this option. Short windows for check-in / check-out (the owners do not live on the spot).
