• Lysbeth (8/5): A lovely stay, we loved the area - We loved the location close to many restaurants. Apartment soundproof from street noises. Spacious for the 3 of us. You can spend a day exploring Trastevere with churches, fountains and a walk up the hill for the view. Reasonable walk to tram and buses to the centre historic area and lovely to come back into Trastevere after a busy day. Main bedroom was comfortable, sofa bed and bed in loft uncomfortable although we slept after each tiring day and if these were improved it would be without fault

• Patricia (9/5): Super endroit dans un quartier vivant - Séjour à la Residenza Paola à Rome Franchement, super expérience dans ce vieux bâtiment typique en plein cœur du Trastevere. Le charme est là, et le quartier est juste incroyable avec plein de petits restos hyper sympas Auto check-in simple et efficace, entrée autonome sans prise de tête L’appart en lui-même est très propre, la cuisine a tout le nécessaire, la literie de la chambre principale est confortable. Le deuxième lit est un divan lit qui reste confort pour ce type de couchage. Très sympa aussi pour le petit-déj dans un café à 2 rues : de base café + viennoiserie, mais possibilité de compléter avec plein d’options sucrées/salées À savoir : quartier très animé donc assez bruyant le soir… mais on le savait et avec des bouchons d’oreilles, ça passe . En résumé : super spot pour profiter de Rome à fond, surtout si vous aimez l’ambiance vivante du Trastevere Je recommande ! Petit point à améliorer: de nouveaux oreillers Et peut être prévoir une bouteille d eau pour l arrivée

• ToniVLC (7/5): Bien ubicado pero un poco ruidoso - La ubicación es buena. Estas a máximo 30minutos caminando de los principales puntos turísticos de Roma. La zona del Trastevere es muy bonita y llena de restaurantes. El sofá-cama es muy incómodo.Creo que sería mejor convertir ese salón en una hanitacion normal con una cama. Lqs habitaciones dan a una calle con mucho ruido, ya sea de las terrazas de los bares o de los camiones de basura y de cuando montan las terrazas.
• Steffie (9/5): We had a very great stay here, loved it! - We had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and the location of the apartment was great. Trastevere is such a nice neighbourhood. The rooms were clean, but the entire apartment smelled like sewage pipes coming from the bathrooms.

• Mularczyk (7/5): - Lokalizacja super. Dla osób ceniących ciszę - nie polecam. Bardzo wygodne łóżko i duża przestrzeń. Bardzo komfortowe dwie łazienki. Parasolki do dyspozycji. Mnóstwo restauracji wszelakiego rodzaju dookoła. Mocno odczuwalny zapach z kanalizacji w Łazienkach, który rozprzestrzeniał się na mieszkanie. Bardzo mała ilość papieru toaletowego jak na długość pobytu. Brak kawy, herbaty.

• Eleni (4/5): - It had two bathrooms The apartment was not cleaned up when we got there so we took the apartment two hours after the check in. The neibourhood was too noisy and we couldn’t sleep at night. Lastly the host did not send us the cleaning refund as he promised, when we send a message for the last day we never got a response and in the check out the cleaning lady came 5 minutes earlier
• Jacqueline (8/5): Rocky start to the stay - Great location in the heart of Trastevere. The apartment had not been cleaned from the previous occupants upon our arrival. We had communicated with the host about dropping our bags off before check in as we had arrived on an early morning flight into Rome and we did as instructed. Upon our arrival at check in time the apartment hadn’t been cleaned. We contacted the host again and someone was there promptly but it was still another hour plus wait until we could check in properly. Very frustrating after a long flight and a long day!

• Maria (10/5): - Η τοποθεσια ηταν ιδανική. Μεσα σε μια απο τις πιο πολυσυχναστες και γραφικες περιοχες της Ρωμη το trastevere με ολα τα σημαντικα αξιοθέατα πολυ κοντα μας. Δεν χρειαστηκαμε κανενα μεσο και ευκολη προσβαση στο Fiumicino airport. Το σπιτι ηταν άψογο, καθαρο,ανετο οπως φαινοταν και στις φωτογραφιες. Το μονο που θα μπορουσα να πω σαν αρνητικο ηταν ο καναπες κρεβάτι που δεν ηταν και τοσο ανετο οπως ενα διπλο κρεβατι. Πολυ μαλακο το στρωμα για τις προτιμησεις μου. Θα το προτιμούσα ομως παλι!

• Daniel (10/5): Fantastic apartment in Trastevere! - The apartment was fantastic! Family of 3 (1 adult & 2 teenage boys) we loved our stay in Rome. The apartment is very central in Trastevere. Busy streets with restaurants and bars. This is definitely the trendy spot to be! We walked from the apartment to all the main tourist spots. 30 min to colosseum and 20 min to the vatican. The host was great, keeping us well informed on how to check in. We did have an issue with a broken shower and window but was fixed the next day. Definitely need to shut window in the evenings as it gets too noisy. The beds were comfortable and the apartment very clean. I would definitely return if I came back to Rome.
• Ian (9/5): Great apartment in a very vibrant location. - Well sized property located in the heart of the Trastevere region. Very close to bars and restaurants. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Phone reception occasionally made accessing the property a little frustrating as access was via a mobile phone app.
• Paul (3/5): Mould in the bathroom… - There were a number of damaged or broken fittings in the apartment: - both lamp shades in master bedroom - towel rack in en-suite - tap fitting in main bathroom - shower fitting in main bathroom - TV didn’t work There was also mould on the walls in the main bathroom. A number of pictures were also tilted and turned on the walls, making the whole space look even more thrown together. I don’t need to tell you that this shows a complete lack of care in your management of a property that is advertised at a premium price.

One of the towels was torn up when we tried to use it after taking a shower. Owner needs to make sure towels aren't too worn out/ old. Need to replace.

• Niya (10/5): Exceptional - Residenza Paola in Trastevere was amazing. Highly recommend! The location of the apartment was in the heart of Rome, near nice restaurants and bars. The interior of the place was the exactly one as in the photos and all the facilities listed in the description were available. The host was helpful and always asking if we had any difficulties. If you are looking for a place to stay and be able to experience Rome at its fullest, stay there.

Very spacious and clean Toiletries are a joke- they didn’t even provide hand soap. Sheets and pillow felt extremely rough and itchy - may be it was not clean or the quality was very poor. • Crl2024 (10/5): Perfect apartment in a great location - Absolutely loved this apartment - the photos don’t do it justice. It had everything we needed and more for our 4 night stay. A perfect location surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars and within walking distance to all main tourist spots. The host was extremely helpful in answering all questions and very accommodating to our early flight arrival. We were able to leave our bags before the 3pm check in. Felt very safe here and would highly recommend.

One bathroom smelled like sewage, and the other bathroom had mildew on the walls which also smelled bad. The street below was very loud until 2-3am making it hard to sleep.

It was located in very fun neighbourhood which sometimes was loud during the night but for us the night life there was a big advantage. Everything was fine.

• Guluzar (8/5): Perfect location! - Location is perfect. They have sound proof windows and I did not disturb by the noise. Sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. apartment is spacious and have all you need for your time in Rome. It was clean. The linens and towels quality were very low. Linens were clean but with the poor quality you feel like its not clean. they should provide more shampoo and toilet paper. There was not enough of both.

• Naomi (7/5): Wonderful apartment and location but very loud noise pollution - The apartment is very spacious, clean, warm, with a comfortable bed, two bathrooms, and great facilities. The location is also excellent - on a main street in the best neighbourhood in Rome with all of the most famous restaurants within metres away and walking distance to most attractions. We could not sleep at all for 4 days because of the loud and constant noise from the street. The windows seemed as though they were made of paper. Because of the location, with many restaurants and bars right outside the bedroom window, there are party goers making a LOT of noise until 3am (even on weeknights) and then rubbish is collected daily at 5-6am (with loud bangs from the glass bottles being poured into a metal container). Not the fault of the business but one night after midnight the flat upstairs seemed to be re-decorating and dragging heavy furniture around the room which woke us up. There were also only two pillows on the bed so my husband and I weren’t able to use a spare pillow to try to drown out the sound. If you are a light sleeper, do not stay here as even the best quality ear plugs could not drown out the noise from outside.
