• Miriam (10/5): - Ubytovanie splnilo očakávanie. Ubytovanie bolo v historickej budove. Ubytovanie je v uzkom centre mesta, v pešej vzdialenosti od hlavných atrakcií. Príjemné, čisté ubytovanie. Personál bol veľmi milý, pomohli s organizovaní dopravy i odložení kufrov po check oute, nakolko náš let bol vo večernych hodinach.

• Vasso (9/5): Definitely would return! - The studio is very well located near metro and train station but in Rome these are not needed since the city is beautiful by walking. It is good enough for four people with a very well equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom. Stefano was very kind and helpful even before our arrival and always available if we needed anything. His wife Francesca was very kind and sweet giving us a great welcome upon our arrival :) What we would recommend is some more toiletry products especially when the guests are four girls :)

He contacted us few days before just to hear us and makes us feel safe and confortable, even before us coming there. He was warm and kind, we cozld asketski him for anything! • cristina (9/5): Buen apartamento. - Un sitio más o menos cerca del centro, andando tiene un paseito,el apartamento genial, amplio, cuidado, limpio, tiene para el que quiera hacerse de comer, frigorifico, etc... El que lo gestiona se pone en contacto contigo desde el primer momento. Por poner una pega, el ruido de la calle, es una calle concurrida y el apartamento está poco insonorizado, además de la vecina de arriba que no se si vive en tacones todo el día. El sofa cama era un poco incomodo para mis hijos.

La cama super cómoda, esta muy bien ubicado a minutos del coliseo y unas cuadras de termini. Solo porque ducharse terminaba con el piso todo mojado, capaz estaría bueno incluir un secador de piso y algún trapo .

• Jean-marc et Sandrine (8/5): appartement agréable - appartement très propre, lumineux accès facile au 1er étage avec ascenseur l'emplacement décrit n'est pas forcément celui signalé sur booking car le propriétaire a plusieurs appartements. Le nôtre était situé à 10 min de la gare, pratique quand on est à pied avec une valise le bruit environnant, le bruit des canalisations du voisin. Il faut des bouchons d'oreille pour dormir. la cabine de douche est à refaire, un peu vieillotte et petite.

• Stefano (8/5): Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. - Ottima posizione per visitare il lato est di Roma. La casa e riscaldata/raffreddata tramite pompe di calore e climatizzatore, il nostro soggiorno è stato in gennaio, ma non abbiamo avuto nessun problema con il freddo. L'appartamento in cui stavamo aveva due televisori, uno in camera da letto e l'altro nel salotto/cucina dove dormivano i miei figli. Gli armadi sono capienti e l'appartamento è arredato in stile moderno. La gestione del recupero delle chiavi, ma c'è da dire a discolpa del proprietario che era il 1 gennaio!

A heat pump to maintain perfect temperature. Perfect central location - so many galleries, sculptures and churches within walking distance. All the basics in a shop just opposite. The electric plates in the hob, I never really got them to heat up properly. A very small issue - there is a microwave.

Może wrócimy. - Najbardziej podobało nam się położenie obiektu, chociaż trochę głośno, gdzie po kilkunastu godzinach pobytu byliśmy doskonale zorientowani w okolicy. Jesteśmy niezadowoleni z opłaty miejskiej (klimatycznej), która jest niewspółmiernie wysoka w stosunku do ceny za studio, a przecież całodzienne wyżywienie i inne rozrywki kupowaliśmy na miejscu. Stąd też wpływają podatki do miasta. Więcej środków do higieny osobistej, bo 6 sześć saszetek na trzy osoby, na osiem dni to zdecydowanie za mało.

It met our needs. We booked this apartment based also on the reviews for Stefano and indeed he is really great. I didn't like the fact that it was noisy. The view is directly to the street so I could hear all the cars and also the neighbors from upstairs.

La atención y rapidez de respuesta por parte de Stefano ha sido increíble. 100% recomendable si vas a Roma. Por poner un pero...algo de ruido por la noche al ser una avenida principal.

We stayed in apartment no. 3, which is very spacious, with good light and everything you need. The host, Stefano, is a great guy. He was very prompt and helpful. • Mikaela (9/5): Great stay in Rome! - We really enjoyed our stay in Rome. The location was great—very close to the train station and the Colosseum. It was a bit of a walk to some of the other downtown sites, but still manageable. The apartment was comfortable and even provided a cot for my little one, which was much appreciated. The apartment was a private room within a larger apartment, which was a little confusing at first when checking in, but easy to figure out thanks to the host’s detailed guide with pictures. It made the process smooth and stress-free.

• Wiktoria (6/5): - Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry i szybki, umożliwił nam wcześniejsze samodzielne zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Największym plusem studio była lokalizacja; blisko do Koloseum, Pantheonu, fontanny di Trevi, dworca Termini, a nawet do Watykanu, poza tym dużo restauracji w pobliżu i sklepów. W mieszkaniu czekały na nas świeże ręczniki i pościel. Fajnym udogodnieniem była woda pitna prosto z kranu. W mieszkaniu jest specyficzny zapach. Klimatyzacja jest, ale działa niewystarczająco i wygląda jakby potrzebowała konserwacji/czyszczenia. Przy sofie brakowało chociaż jednego stolika nocnego na odłożenie telefonu, tym bardziej że po obu stronach sofy jest dostęp do gniazdek. Dodatkowo za sofą znaleźliśmy dużego robala. W łazience woda ciepła raz była, a raz jej nie było, problemem były też drzwi prysznicowe które się nie domykały.

Kullanmadık ama odada yemek yapmak için imkan var. 4 kişilik iki odalı sanmıştık, ancak ortadan perde ile ayrılmış tek bir oda var. Perdenin bir tarafında çift kişilik rahat bir yatak, diğer tarafında ise açılınca çift kişilik yatak olan rahatsız bir kanepe var. Odada hiç sehpa yok, kanepede yatanın gözlüğünü telefonunu koyacağı birşey de yok. Banyo ve tuvalet bölümünde askılık yok, malzemenizi yere koyarsınız. TV kanalları sadece İtalyan kanalları, klima bakıma ihtiyacı var ve yetersiz kalıyor. Odada rutubet kokusu da var. Sıcak su sıkıntı olabiliyor, zaman zaman tazyik çok düşük.
• Tracy (8/5): Loved the convenience to everywhere and coziness of the accommodations. - It was very close to the major forms of public transportation and it had everything we needed and a little more. Wish it offered a little more privacy than a little loft like maybe a moveable privacy screen for a place that offers to accommodate up to 4 or five adults. Felt like check in could’ve been a little easier like with a lockbox code for the key instead of having to call by phone. Getting phone service silken you’re traveling internationally is not all that easy to do.

Ideal para familia, la heladera y la cocina se aprecia para poder hacer algunas comidas rapidas y ahorrar algunos euros, sobre todo al mediodia que el calor del verano te mantiene adentro del departamento. El sistema de aire acondicionado anda de maravillas asique pasamos la estadia en roma con ese calor intenso, sin problemas.

• Chandrasekaran (1/5): It was a horrible stay. I will not recommend for a family. We paid ~$1200 for 4 days. In fact, it is worth only $100 per - It is at a prime location. We didn’t like a lot of things. It is a studio apartment. Suitable for 2 people. Definitely it is not for a family of 4. Sofa bed is very bad. We got the body pain. Also, hot water stopped when 4th person was about to take the shower. So we had to use it wisely for the 4th person to use the hot water for the rest of the stay. There is no cleaning service. I had to ask for the new towels on the 3rd day. For a family of 4, we got 1 big and 1 small towel on the 3rd day. I was asked to check out at 10AM. I had to remind the owner that the checkout on booking.com shows 10:30AM. There was shampoo pockets but no conditioner and no body wash. A/C was also horrible. A/C unit isn’t the right fit for the house.

• Karen (9/5): Great 6 days in Rome - The size of the place was great for a family trip. The place was really well maintained. The location was excellent! The shower water was unpredictable. Sometimes it's hot and then it turns cold.
• Raspin (10/5): Exceptional - Such a lovely apartment in and ideal location. walking distance to so many of the sites to see in rome. Stefano is a fantastic host and really helps you. There is off the street parking for a vehicle if you was to wanting to drive in rome like we did. It was relatively inexpensive and was a 3 minute walk to the apartment. Honestly couldn't of wished for more.
• Denise (10/5): Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. - It was a great location within walking distance from Rome Termini station. Convenient to many restaurants and shopping.
• Natalia (8/5): Very good - The apartment is in a perfect location which allows you to walk everywhere. Stefano was really kind and always happy to help. The couch mattress is a bit uncomfortable and noisy. Also, some mornings the hot water did not work properly.

• Magdalena (8/5): Perfect for a short city break - The studio was nice and clean, comfy bed, free tea, coffee, toiletries. A walking distance to many main attractions, bus stops, train station, metro etc. Stefano is a very nice host, responds to messages quickly and allowed us early check-in. The studio is in the courtyard but facing the main street so it is quite noisy. You can hear the public transport, especially the ambulances all night.

• Jeanae (10/5): Fantastic property with clean room & private bathroom that centrally located to all the things to see while being cl - It was a very large space & centrally located to all the sights we wanted to see. And it was only a 10-15 min walk from Roma Termini station. It has a very large entry & courtyard that was wonderful. The owner was friendly & helpful. Nothing.

• Iryna (10/5): Best location to visit Rome - It's in a perfect location - very close to lots of sights. The apartment is fantastic, cute, clean, with a patio, a lot of books. A host was amazing, very helpful. Also it's very close to subway and different stores and restaurants.
