• Victoria (7/5): ubicacion inmejorable - la ubicacion es lo mejor del apartamento, estas cerca de absolutamente todo y esta muy bien comunicado. no tiene mesa para poder comer de mas de 2 personas, por lo que las cenas se nos complicaban siendo 4 y dos de ellos niños pequeños. quizas mejoraria ese aspecto.

• Davide (10/5): Difficile trovare di meglio🔝 - Appartamento silenziosissimo e arredato con gusto. Luci ben studiate. Posizione ottima. Materasso fantastico. Il proprietario Giuseppe disponibilissimo e molto cordiale, efficientissimo nel fare check-in! Abbiamo apprezzato la bottiglia d’acqua in frigo al nostro arrivo, capsule caffè la mattina e un set cortesia ben fornito. È stato un soggiorno da ripetere ogni volta che si tornerà a Roma. Difficile trovare di meglio🔝 Cosa non è piaciuto · Solo una e risolvibile… Mancavano le tazzine per il caffè, cosa rara visto che siamo in Italia😅 Abbiamo dovuto comprare quelle di plastica, non avendo trovato quelle in carta riciclabile. Così abbiamo scoperto un’altra comodità dell’appartamento: un supermercato proprio dietro… Speriamo di trovarle nel nostro prossimo soggiorno a settembre😉
• Albert (9/5): - Hemos estado muy bien y la ubicación es muy buena. El apartamento en sí es muy grande y muy bonito, tiene de todo y está muy bien cuidado. Se está muy a gusto. La zona de cocina, comedor es muy pequeña, más de lo que pueda parecer en las fotos. El apartamento es muy oscuro, muy poca luz natural.

Nos indicó todo lo necesario, nos explicó todo... El apartamento, limpio, amplio y cómodo. Quizá la cocina estaba un poco justa en cuanto a menaje y espacio.

• GAIL (9/5): Great location - Clean,updated. Renovations reveal original wood ceilings built in 1609, which was very cool. Spanish steps around the corner. Trevi Fountain 9 minute walk. Colosseum and Vatican both less then 40 minute walk but so much to see on the way! Many shops and good restaurants in every direction. The only thing I can think of is it Would be nice to have an outside porch or rooftop to relax on.

• Julia (10/5): Zentral gelegene, bestens ausgestattete Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Rom. - Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus an bester Lage, unweit der Spanischen Treppe, mit der Metro, Haltestelle Spagna, problemlos zu erreichen. Zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Die Wohnung selbst besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, in dem sich ein Schlafsofa befindet, und einem Schlafzimmer mit absolut bequemem Doppelbett. Die Betten waren bei Anreise bereits bezogen! Es gibt eine kleine Kochnische (haben wir nicht benutzt), Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher sind vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist grandios! Es ist mit einer geräumigen Regenwasserdusche ausgestattet, es gibt einen Haarfön und grosse Badetücher. Ausser dem WC im Badezimmer gibt es noch ein zweites kleines WC nebenan. Das Apartment ist mit schnellem WLAN und einer perfekt funktionierenden, leisen Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Überhaupt ist es sehr ruhig in der Wohnung. Einziger Kritikpunkt, wenn überhaupt, wäre, dass es kein Tageslicht gibt. Die Unterkunft hat zwar Fenster, die sich auch öffnen lassen, sie gehen aber in den Innenhof hinaus, und der ist ein recht düsterer Schacht ohne Sonne. Uns hat das jedoch überhaupt nicht gestört, da die Vorteile bei weitem überwiegen :-) Auch haben wir uns absolut sicher gefühlt. Die untere Haustüre ist nur mit Zugangscode zu öffnen und die Wohnungstüre ist mit einem massiven Schloss gesichert. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch und freundlich :-) Wir reisten früher an als geplant und überraschten ihn, was jedoch überhaupt kein Problem war. Die Übergabe ging schnell und problemlos. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Apartment als Unterkunft in Rom wählen.
• Meagan (10/5): Fantastic location to start your Rome adventure - If you want to be able to discover Rome on foot, this is the apartment for you. It's in a brilliant location so close to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and walkable to most other major locations. For a young family, it was perfect and the apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and so well presented. We would stay here again.

• Konstantinos (10/5): Highly recommended!! - 2nd time choosing this apartment. The best stay. Excellent location. 3 min. from Spanish Steps and 5 from Fontana. Next to Corso (shopping), coffee and food shops. Supermarket at 100 meters open until late. Very clean and comfortable apartment and very comfortable sofa bed. Espresso machine with capsules also available. Very easy check in-out process. Lovely hot shower, there is also a 2nd small bath. Also 2 air conditioners in addition to central heating. no road noise. The host was very helpful and kind. And most importantly, he allowed us to leave our bags on the 1st day earlier and on the last day we stayed until 16.00 in the apartment and we were not looking for a place to leave our bags. I will definitely choose the same again if I go to Rome again and I highly recommend it. Everything perfect.

Very clean apartment and comfortable bed. No coffee machine, so we had to be creative with coffee. Also there were no regular or paper towels in the kitchen.

Everything was in excellent condition: bed and sofa bed, televisions in each room, kitchen appliances, lovely hot shower with excellent pressure and air conditioning. It was perfectly clean. It was really a comfortable place to go to after a long hot day in the city. And it was a great place to leave to eat a nice meal in the evenings as it is located in a very nice trendy part of Rome. I’d really recommend it! There isn’t a space for the family to eat together. But if you are in Rome to visit the city, then you won’t want to waste time eating in the apartment.
