• Santiago (9/5): Excelente - Excelente trato de parte de la anfitriona, siempre predispuesta a ayudar y recomendar sitios que visitar. La ubicación es buenísima si querés estar cerca del Vaticano y a pocos minutos del centro. Las camas muy cómodas y la limpieza perfecta, cuentas con todo lo necesario para tener una estupenda estadía. No se nos avisó en ningún momento de la tasa turística que había que dejar en efectivo al momento del check out, considerablemente alta dependiendo la cantidad de días y de personas alojadas.

• Adriana (10/5): - La struttura è a pochi passi dall’Ospedale pediatrico Bambin Gesù, il che la rende un’ ottima soluzione per chi ha familiari in degenza. La posizione è ottima anche per raggiungere le maggiori attrazioni turistiche ed a pochi passi dal Vaticano. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile.

• Magali (9/5): - Appartement très bien placé près du Vatican et de la basilique St Pierre. Nous avons pratiquement visité toute la ville à pied mais les arrêts de bus sont aussi tout proches. Les 3 espaces chambres séparés sont spacieux . Emplacement très calme dans une petite ruelle sans circulation. L'hôte est disponible et très réactive à nos questions. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. L'espace repas est un peu juste pour manger à plus de 4 personnes dans la cuisine. L'eau chaude dans la douche était un peu difficile à régler mais rien de trop gênant non plus.

• Małgorzata (10/5): Polecam wszystkim! - Gospodarz bardzo pomocny i życzliwy. Zameldowanie odbyło się bez problemu. Pani podała wszelkie wskazówki aby pobyt upłynął nam w miłej atmosferze. Załatwiła nam transport na lotnisko. Apartament położony blisko centrum, bardzo dobrze wyposażony: toster, suszarka do włosów, telewizory. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu.
• Emilia (9/5): Nice location near vatican - The location was very good, few minutes walking to the vatican and to public transport. The host was really good, she was very nice and was very concerned that our stay was good. She gave us nice recommendations which made our stay smooth. I really recommend this place. The flat was really nice and clean.
• Nicholas (7/5): Clean comfortable but small. - Location is spot on for getting to see the wonderful sights of Rome. Clean and beds were comfortable including air conditioning. Just was very attentive giving tips about getting around Rome and places to eat out. Overall a very pleasant visit in a traditional Rome house. Vehicle access is tight and I mean tight so if you are in a larger SUV then it takes some negotiating although parking is just a short walk away. Only one bathroom for 3 bedrooms was a challenge but we managed. One bedroom is off a very small kitchen with no door so again not ideal but was okay for a few days. Even a curtain would have provided some privacy. No lounge so people ended up sitting in the very small kitchen. Ideally this is two bedroom and room of kitchen used as a lounge / dining area. Overall it was okay and host was very respectful and friendly.

• Emily (5/5): Good space if you prefer beds over living area - Good location, lots of beds. What would normally be the living room/lounge of the apartment has been converted to a bedroom, and as such there is no 'hangout space' in the apartment, just a table for two in the kitchen. This is clear from the pictures, but worth pointing out. Location is very good if you want to be close to Vatican. There is no air conditioning in one of the bedrooms; only fans are provided. This means that two of the people in our group who were planning to sleep there had to find other accommodations. Also, there is exposed wiring in the bathroom and mold on the wall that is easy to remedy and should be repaired.

• Philip (8/5): Made to feel very welcome. Nice very clean apartment in a great location. - Hosting and communication was outstanding. Met us in person to explain how everything worked. Proactive and extremely helpful. Recommended good local restaurants etc. Great location by the Tiber and Vatican with short walk to the bus stop that gets you into the centre of historic Rome within 15 minutes. Comfortable beds. Good air con in main bedroom which helped keep the whole apartment at a reasonable temperature for sleeping. Relatively quiet at night (100 metres away from traffic) and slept well. The moveable air con unit in the second bedroom was overloading the socket. Reported to owner when we checked out who I’m sure will fix it. Recommend fitting a privacy curtain between the kitchen and second bedroom which has an open doorway. Not a problem if you have younger kids.

• Kimberley (10/5): Great location & excellent value apartment - Great property in a great location - it’s an easy walk to the Vatican and all the other landmark attractions. The hostess was lovely and really helpful from beginning to end, giving us information on the local restaurants and even the local bus times (we were trying to squeeze a lot in!). She was just a text message away and responded promptly. The washing machine & wash pods in the apartment were a great touch, particularly for our group who were relying on Ryanair cabinbag allowance for our clothing supplies. Would happily rebook for future trips.

Lift in the building which is great for older or disabled people. Small balcony with garden view. Little minus for bathroom which was a bit old fashioned and not matching to appartment standard.

Comfortable beds with good sized rooms. Kitchen had good selection of utilities. Whole property was well maintained. Location was very close to the Vatican. A short walk across the bridge took us to the Piazza Navona, Patheon, and Trevi Fountain. Would have liked a bigger balcony but this did not in any way ruin the stay.

• Verlin (9/5): A clean, spacious stay in a great location! - This was a spacious apartment in a great location. The beds were comfortable and there was air conditioning and a fan. There’s an elevator so easy access. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. This is not a complaint about the property, just a heads up for new travelers to Rome. Many streets here are very narrow and steep. Parking is difficult if you’re not in a compact car or if you’re inexperienced at these conditions. Save yourself the headache and park in the parking garage that the host suggests which is just around the corner. It’s a bit expensive but it’s a headache saver and it’s clean, safe, and well run.

• Alexander (2/5): Very unprofessional host. - Walking distance to the Vatican if you dare going uphill. The shower was not functioning properly, as we had to hold the showerhead by hand. Additionally, the apartment was not adequately cleaned. The facility is located on a slight incline, making it unsuitable for elderly or disabled guests. The building is old, and there was construction next door, so be prepared for noise or bring earplugs. We had to cut our stay short due to my mother’s health condition and stayed only 1 night, although we booked 4. While the host initially mentioned the possibility of issuing a voucher for future use, she never followed up. When I reached out after three business days (despite being promised an earlier response), she said she was 'a little stressed by all these messages and calls,' adding, 'You booked a non-refundable rate, and I shouldn’t offer anything. However, I promised a voucher and will check how much, as the apartment wasn’t resold.' This response felt highly unprofessional
• Vinicius (9/5): Superb - Hospitality, support, cleaning, availability. The apartment was well conserved, and the host prepared everything with kindness. In summary, I can classify the apartment as +9. The shower was not working properly, there was not volume of water. It was informed to the host.

I would definitely recommend her place as it is v - The location of the property is at the center of the main tourist spots in Rome. It is very near to the Terrazza Panoramica which was very picturesque. The area is approximately 20 mins to Vatican, Trevi fountain and Pantheon. Ylenia was very responsive and helpful. She contacted me before we arrive, she had some useful tips for transportation, restaurants. She also arranged our transportation going to the airport when she found out that we are leaving early in the morning. She would answer all our queries or concerns on time. Not applicable.

• Nikki (10/5): Great 2 Night Stay In Rome - Lovely apartment with 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and a washing machine. Location was amazing with all the attractions within walking distance. Our host Ylenia was great, she met us on arrival to give us the keys and go through the apartment, she also provided us with some local restaurants to visit. Thank you for an amazing stay, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely recommend to others ☺ Everything was great, the water did take slightly longer than expected to heat up in the shower however we were made aware of the issue and it didn't cause any major issues.

The flat is also very well situated so you don’t get any noise from the street + you can calmly walk back home since the area seems very safe. AC was a life saver in the heat. 10/10. She met us and showed us around. Arranged transport for our party from the airport and have us helpful tips for organizing our visit. We had some difficulties at the start of our trip and she was instrumental in helping us get sorted out. It was a wonderful introduction to an amazing country!

She showed us our apartment and provided us with a tourist map and tips for sightseeing and shopping. She helped us with securing tickets when they appeared sold out and helped us to catch a shuttle for our next destination. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere, from the train station, to the colosseum, to the Spanish steps. All the restaurants near the apartment were amazing and it made it easy for dinner. We loved Rome! Thank you, Ylenia! Nothing!!

• Aguila (10/5): Great location and perfect host! - We really liked that the property was very near the Vatican and the bus stop of the hop on hop off buses. It was very easy to get around Rome. The host Ylenia was very accommodating and thoughtful. We had a late check in as our flight arrived at 9pm in the evening, I asked her if there were any supermarkets near by so we can buy bottled water when we arrive. She instead bought bottled water for us and placed it in the fridge to make sure it was cold by the time we arrived at the property. And I really appreciated that she responds right away for any questions or concerns I had and she makes it a point to address them the best she can. She really made our stay in Rome a pleasant one. The property is located up hill with a narrow road so a bit difficult for a big taxi/ car to drop you off or pick you up.
