Comfy beds and flat is surrounded by good public transport but also within walking distance to many attractions too. We would definitely return. Everything was good and just as described

• sandra (10/5): Un séjour très agréable dans un très beau quartier avec tous à proximité ! - Appartement très fonctionnel, très propre et spacieux, au pied de petites ruelles très sympathique et bien animés avec des restaurants, boutiques, bars... à proximité de tous les monuments, nous avons tous fait à pied ! un positionnement idéal. Je ne regrette absolument pas d'avoir réservé ce logement. Si je dois revenir à Rome, sans hésitation je réserve de nouveau ce logement ! Booking ne m'a jamais transmis le code afin de pouvoir récupérer les clés et rentrer dans le logement. Heureusement que la propriétaire a était très réactif.

• Martina (10/5): - La settimana che abbiamo trascorso al Trastevere pretty home ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa. L’appartamento è accogliente, luminoso e curato nei dettagli: si vede che chi lo gestisce lo fa con attenzione e amore. La posizione è perfetta nel cuore di Trastevere, a pochi passi da tutto, ma in una piazza tranquilla dove si riesce comunque a riposare bene la notte. La pulizia è impeccabile e abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la cucina ben attrezzata, oltre che la gentilezza e la professionalità con cui Veronica ha gestito il check-in. Insomma, è stato un piccolo angolo di serenità nel cuore di Roma. Torneremo volentieri e lo consigliamo a chiunque voglia vivere Trastevere con autenticità e comfort.

• anyberg (8/5): En lägenhet perfekt för några dagar i Rom. - Perfekt läge med alla "stora" sevärdheter på bekvämt gångavstånd. Bagageförvaring och super market alldeles runt hörnet. Ligger precis intill flera områden med otaliga restauranger. Vår värd Luca var väldigt serviceminded och flexibel (vi kunde checka in lite tidigare än planerat). Glas och temuggar måste kompletteras.

• Elena (9/5): Para repetir. - La ubicación perfecta, transporte público cercano, supermercado y guardamaletas al lado, zona con restaurantes y vidilla. Aire acondicionado en salón y habitación. El apartamento es perfecto para pasar unos días en Roma y Luca, que fue el que nos recibió, fue un encanto. Merece la pena. Echamos en falta algún cuchillo de sierra, pelapatatas y un cuchillo de cocina en condiciones mejores.

• David (2/5): We would not stay there again nor recommend it. - Short walking distance to many attractions. It was very noisy at night, which made it difficult to sleep. The kitchen cutlery and appliances were not clean (photos attached). The towels were poor quality (rough to the touch).

The street is a little bit noisy at night. Windows must be closed for quiet.

Staff were responsive It is very old and not well appointed. No air conditioning, one towel per person for 5 nights, a tiny shower with broken tiles - I could not physically wash my hair for the whole stay.

• Sandra (7/5): Overall a lovely stay - Nice size property. Very clean. Greeted on time by host to gain entry. Comfortable beds. Central Trastevere location with lots of lovely restaurants and bars nearby. However this comes at a cost as the apartment is very very noisy very late into the night and early hours. Listed as 2 bedroom when actually it is one bedroom and the living room is used as bedroom. Fortunately there is a separate small kitchen for communal space. Key entrance to apartment is very temperamental and at times took a while to get through the door. The charge of €25 euro late check in after 20:00 hours.
• Matteo (6/5): Pleasant - LOCATION, despite some noise in the evening. I found it pricy given the apartment conditions. The apartment/bathroom clearly needs renovations. We were four guests + one 2y child. The kitchen is quite small as a living area. The child bed was actually an extra single bed. We were only given one key, while we could have used an extra one (and we asked for it). We could not update the number of guests through Booking.com (from originally 2 to 4+one child) and we were asked to pay an extra cash at the check-in (they had informed us in advance though).
• Dalibor (10/5): Lovely apartment in perfect location - Everything was great. Location is perfect close to all attractions and not to loud at night. Kitchen was magnificent it had everything you can think off. Would recommend to friends and family. Basically nothing as I am big fella bathroom could have more space but it is good enough nice and clean.

• Jo (8/5): Terrific location - The location is stunning, right in Piazza San Cosimato, with the market right outside the window, all the local shopping and restaurants you could want, a great local gelateria (Otaleg) and only about fifteen minutes of interesting walk from the Pantheon. It's pretty accessible, there's an elevator and only one step into the building from the street, The kitchen is well equipped and great, and had an oven that works well. The cleaning lady came once a week and took out the trash and cleaned, she came when we were told she would and she did a good job. The chairs are terrible, all of them, spindly, uncomfortable, awful to sit on. Getting anything done at the computer was almost impossible. Why put TVs in all the rooms and not think at all about the need for actually using a laptop? The decor was bland and saccharine -- posters saying "Live Love Laugh" etc. But the neighbourhood made up for a lot.
