• Nicola (10/5): Exceptional - Our host was very welcoming on arrival and shared lots of tips on how to get around. The apartment was in an excellent location with everything we needed. The photos of the apartment were accurate.
• Matthew (8/5): Pleasant place to stay - Location was great as the Termini station was opposite the road and the transport in Rome is cheap and simple. Can be a tad noisy at night with buses coming and going but with the windows shut this was massively reduced. Dory who met us on arrival was pleasant and shared a wealth of knowledge of the local area, best & cheapest shops etc.. It wasn’t to much of an issue but the tv didn’t work.
• Jan (7/5): Usual experience, airbnb type, not hotel - The lady was helpful, we encountered a problem with stuck door lock, she organized a repairman in satisfactory time. The rooms are spatious, air condition works well. Location just next to big bus and train station and still in walking distance to many tourist atractions like Colloseum. Nice view to the refreshing inner block garden, full of plants and green. Kitchen well equipped. Matkets and groceries are near. The streets in neighbourhood are not nice, they're quite smelly and noisy (tourists, night life, near bus station). Space in wardrobes is partially filled with accomodation utilities, but should be ok for not numerous travelers. It also feels a little bit worn. The mattresses are quite soft, I prefer harder, but this is a thing of personal preference. Shower head and hose worn off, needs replacing, and feels a bit shabby.

• Stephan (2/5): Disappointing. - Unfortunately we were very disappointed because pictures are not showing the reality of the condition of the apartment. Positive was the very friendly and helpful housekeeper. 😊 The apartment was not clean, walls had mould firmation, window did not shut. Therfore it was very noisy from the street. The prize was far too high for the poor condition.
