Meach (5/5): Wouldn't stay again - Just to keep it brief. The communication beforehand should have been better. People travel from all over the world to come here and to not have the exact address or directions on how to reach the place really started our trip off in Rome on a bad note. You have to understand that people may not have wifi to receive messages while they are traveling. Receiving instructions at least the day before would have been a huge help. We had to walk up 2 massive flights of steps with very heavy luggage because we'd been traveling Europe for 3 weeks. Had we been told the exact address the day before, that could have all been avoided. To top it off, the smell of the apartment coming from the pipes was at times unbearable, so we had to keep the windows open and the bathroom door closed at all times. To top it off, before our departure we received a WhatsApp message asking us to leave what I think they called a tourist tax of 80 dollars in cash which is not even supposed to be collected according to the agent I spoke with at Booking.com and plus we spent all of our Euros on the last day anyway. I only rated it as high as I did because even though the whole debacle happened with both miscommunications, the lady that checked us in was very sweet, and the location was good once we figured it out, also the wifi was great but not worth the smell. We are what you'd call high volume travelers and 9 times out of 10 my reviews are pretty high but this one is a no for me.
Badan (1/5): Bad - I needed an invoice and the property didn't want to emit one. I ask the property for that sevral times, booking to. Simply they are making tax evasion!
