• Marek (10/5): Nasz pobyt był krótki ale intensywny, jesteśmy zadowoleni że tyle udało się zwiedzić . - Bardzo przestronne mieszkanie w super lokalizacji. Bardzo blisko sklep spożywczy czynny 24h. Bardzo słychać przejeżdżające tramwaje , jest głośno .

• Solamito (3/5): - Nous avons aimé très peu de choses dans cet appartement, voir rien… Dès notre arrivée, des gros travaux ont lieu devant l’immeuble, dans un appartement sans doubles vitrages…impossible de dormir !!! C’est juste impossible ; pas d’eau chaude à notre arrivée, odeurs insupportables des salles de bain…nous contactons le numéro de l’agence, ils envoient un technicien le lendemain qui reste dans l’appartement de 11h à 18h…conclusion: de l’eau chaude mais aucune pression dans les douches; les odeurs persistent pendant tout notre séjour!! malheureusement, il faut des gros travaux dans cet appartement, le salon n’est pas de tout accueillant, des chaises pas de tout confortables dans le salon…ménage très moyen dans l’appartement; nous avons été très décues de cet appartement, jamais on va recommander un tel appartement dans une plus belles villes de monde; je précise que nous étions 5 femmes entre 35 et 40 ans…

High ceilings, comfy beds, a cute kitchen and breakfast nook, dining room - all of it make you feel at home the tea kettle could be updated
• Burgos (3/5): Not worth it for the money furniture is outdated and dirty view is nice but accommodations were not good - The view was the only thing that was nice Very old furniture dirty, bathroom, smell like sewer. We were not allowed to turn the heaters on the house.

• Doug Gorry (10/5): Wow! Our home from home in the middle of Rome. - Wow! What a gorgeous apartment in such an amazing location, literally across the road from the iconic Colosseum. Our friendly host met us to guide us to our apartment and handover the keys. The apartment is secure, spacious and comfortable - our home from home in the middle of Rome. There are plenty of quality restaurants, cafe's and cocktail bars near to the apartment, and it is only a short walk to many historic attractions. Rome was safe and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again given the opportunity. Minor issue with hot water was quickly resolved (within 30 mins) by a friendly maintenance man. Allowed us another half hour lay in bed, before getting a refreshing hot shower!

• Catriona (10/5): - Location was obviously amazing, 5 min walk from metro, tram right outside the door too. Modern apartment, absolutely stunning. Emanuel helped us check in and was very professional. We didn't have hot water however we were partially reimbursed for this. Everything else in the apartment made up for it.

Spacious apartment with floor to ceiling windows, we loved staying here and - Awesome location, right across the street from the Colosseum! The host was very friendly and met us at the apartment to show us everything. The place was amazing, high ceiling with floor to ceiling windows, 3 bedrooms, living area, dining room & full kitchen. We will definitely love to stay here again! Nothing, everything was perfect!

• Victor (10/5): Unforgettable stay right in front of the Colosseum with excellent hosts and everything we needed. - Perfect location: Literally in front of the Colosseum, everything was within walking distance—cafes, restaurants, and historic sites. Excellent hosts: The hosts were welcoming, attentive, and made our stay very comfortable. Fully equipped apartment: All amenities were available, including a nice AC, which was much appreciated during the hot summer. Comfortable and convenient: The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for our stay in Rome. Summary: Amazing stay with a perfect location, excellent hosts, and all necessary amenities.
• Raoul (10/5): When in Rome for the first time, this is the place to stay! Can't beat the views. Highly recommend! - Location, location, location! The views from the Flat were stunning! You were literally across the street from the Colosseum. Check-in with Fede was flawless. He explained how everything works in each room of the Flat and even sent us his restaurant recommendations broken down by area of the city. Communications with the host company were top notch. This property has all the amenities, and our family enjoyed staying here. It truly became our "home" while in Rome. The Flat could have been a little cleaner. Recommend hand towels in the kitchen to assist with cleaning dishes. These are very minor details and didn't detract from our stay.

• Ukeusz (9/5): Superb - Very good situated in the front of Colosseum with an spectacular view , cant get better. Lot of space if you are travelling with a group so you have some privacy during your stay. Restaurants and shops within 100m . Carrefour express just around the corner open 24/7. There is also an scoter rental 50m from the apartment. The Hop off buss stop is 400m from the apartment. Cabs immediately at the door . Good experience for hedonists and convience lovers:)

Everything was extremely dirty from top to bottom and bathrooms and even glasses and dishes 2. ⁠broken toilet and didn’t inform 3. ⁠broken hazard furnitures and electric lamps didn’t fix and didn’t inform 4. ⁠sofa was horrendous didn’t match the price we pay and from the picture advertised (but this issue we have to endured for the entire period) 5. ⁠some section of the apartment were out of order feel like we were living in a construction site, very dusty and very ugly 6. ⁠big ball of hair found in the shower However, we appreciated your team that you have sent a group of maintainers & cleaners the next day but that didn’t take away our first impression and all the cleaning we HAD TO DO OURSELVES from the 1st night after 5 hours long trip from Venice This apartment was suppose to be luxury experience since we paid €4100 and we felt that it was not worth the price at all

• Dino (7/5): Spacious Property, close proximity to tourist places but certainly need major renovation in the internal/ interior - Location is very good, close to lots of tourist places Outdated property, not too clean (pantry, utensils, closets are dusty) maybe for sometimes there were no guests ? Heather not working, only rely on AC heather which is not warm enough during the night Dishwasher did not work and had to contact property manager to fix it the next day. Bathrooms glass door is fragile and bedroom door could not be closed

The primary bathroom smells like sewage. Not sure if that is typical or not.. the place was very clean - I don't want to give a bad impression, but the smell was rather off putting...

• Colin (10/5): Fantasy Rome - Stunning location. To able to sit at breakfast looking at the Colosseum was surreal. Lovely apartment, I felt like I was in a classic film. High ceilings, high windows, it was beautifully airy and light. On a practical note, it was convenient for Colosseo on Metro Linea B, and there was a 24hr Carrefour less than 100m away, only drawback is they don't sell alcohol after 10pm. The drainage from the wash handbasin in the bathroom was slow. I couldn't find a tea towel. Everything else was catered for wonderfully and so completely which makes me wonder if I just couldn't find it. There was nothing significant to dislike. I would go back again in a heartbeat.

Lovely large windows and an interesting style in the apartments. There is a grocery store open 24/7 in the neighboring building. Sometimes the electricity would go out due to overload. But we figured out how to turn it back on.
• Abigail (10/5): This property allowed for a comfy, unforgettable stay. 10/10 - Location was perfect as it is literally across from the Colosseum. Flat was very spacious for a group of 7 and could comfortably fit more. The property was clean and tidy and host was kid enough to offer some tips and recommendation. 10/10. Property also has a lift which is amazing for anyone with disabilities Wish the top bathroom had a vent to allow some air flow, but wasn't to much of a bother.
