• guthke (9/5): Geniale Lage, unbezahlbare Dachterasse und nicht 0815. - Genial gelegen. Freundlicher Kontakt. Nicht unbedingt zum gross Kochen geeignet, aber tolle Lokale rings herum. Unser Sohn (10)wollte nach Rom ziehen. Ja in der Dusche müffelt es etwas, aber dafür lustig eingerichtet und eine grossartige Dachterasse. Tip top Gerne wieder :) Siehe oben. Es war toll.

• Nicola (7/5): - Location was perfect for what we needed and communication between owners was great, kind & efficient. The property has all you need but for us, it is looking tired in many places, needs updating, furniture, doorways, skirting etc, very worn in places. On arrival, we kicked our shoes off to unpack, and after an hour, our socks were black! Not sure when the floor was last cleaned, so we had yo clean before we did anything else! Neighbouring guests were noisy, banging inner apartment doors and you can hear people talking through the walls! So sadly, wouldn't return. Otherwise, the owner was very kind and helpful.
• Rhonda (1/5): - We didn't stay there due to the stairs to get to the apartment. I didn't like that there was not refund for the apartment that was not suitable for our needs.
• Yvonne (10/5): - Uns hat es super gefallen, die Wohnung ist perfekt für bis zu 3 Personen und die Terrasse habe ich geliebt. Die Lage ist perfekt, tolle Gegend, Bus usw., gute Restaurants. Ich würde gerne wieder hier übernachten wenn ich wieder in Rom bin.
• Birgit (9/5): Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Die steile schmale Treppe war für uns kein Problem. - Die Lage der Wohnung und die Terrasse. Unkompliziertes Einchecken. Das Flair des alten Hauses. Wie von anderen Gästen beschrieben, ist der Geruch im Bad gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber lüften hilft. Da es nur Herdplatten ohne Ofen gibt, wäre ein Toaster oder eine Mikrowelle mit Ofen schön.
• Hajk (7/5): It was okay but I was not impressed - Good location, easy communication with the host The mattress in the living room was terrible. There was no coffee in the apartment. Bad smell from the bathroom.
• Julieta Denise (10/5): - La excelente ubicación que tiene el departamento. Super céntrico y cómodo para llegar a los lugares más importantes de Roma. Está muy bien equipado (tiene secador de pelo, cocina electrica, utencillos, cafetera, microondas, etc). Cuenta con dos aires acondicionados (frío/calor). Uno en la habitación y otro en la sala principal. Es muy bonito estéticamente y cómodo! Hermosas vistas. Lo recomendaría sin dudar. Las fotos que aparecen en la publicación son tal cual la realidad. Está ubicado en un tercer piso por escalera, pero ya lo sabíamos...

• Isabella Maria (10/5): Apartamento simples e excelente localização - O apartamento comportou 3 pessoas confortavelmente e era muito bem equipado com utensílios de cozinha e até ferro de passar roupa. A localização é excelente: entre o Castelo de Sant'Angelo e a Piazza Navona. A noite íamos a Fontana di Trevi e Pantheon e voltávamos a pé em 9 min. A rua também é cheia de restaurantes mais locais e intimistas, fora da confusão da área turística. O apartamento é no 3 andar e as escadas são muito estreitas, mas como nossas malas eram pequenas não nos afetou e valeu a pena.

• Lorena (8/5): Bien - La ubicación, y lo limpio que estaba. Las escaleras que eran muy angostas y que ha estado los cuadro días lloviendo y se cuela el agua desde la terraza al subir las escaleras. Además las puestas de la ducha no cierran bien, saliéndose el agua. El piso no disponía de una fregona para poder secar el suelo, tuvimos que hacer con varias toallas, durante 4 días.

• Petronella (4/5): Van basis faciliteiten mag verwacht worden dat, huurprijs hoog of laag, dit goed en verzorgd is. - de locatie van de accomodatie. dichtbij Vaticaanstad. dat was ok. het feit dat in de slaapkamer een bed stond en ook in de huiskamer, die met een deur gescheiden was. De hygiene in de keuken. De deurtjes waren afgebladderd aan de onderkant. De binnenkant was smoezelig. De eerste benodigheden waren niet aanwezig; een zakje (oplos)koffie, een zakje thee, peper en zout, was er niet. Nee, de verhuurder is geen boodschappenbezorger, maar is wel een stukje service. Het niet in orde zijn van de badkamer: toegang: de deurposten stonden los. Douchedeuren die niet goed sluiten waardoor water over de vloer loopt. De huiskamer: het bed zit niet goed in elkaar. Een raam met luiken die niet goed open en dicht ging wegens het ontbreken van een handgreep. De verwarming was onduidelijk hoe de ruimten te verwarmen met de airco. Losse kacheltjes werkten niet. Geen kluisje aanwezig voor kostbare spullen, ondanks de instructie dat die er wel zou zijn. Geen stang in de kledingkast (met hangertjes) waar een jas en kleding netjes op kan hangen. Een lekkend dak in het trapportaal waardoor de trappen ondergelopen waren met water.
• Marco (8/5): Excelente localização, apartamento lindo. - Espaço muito bom, o terraço é muito bonito e agradável O banheiro tinha um cheiro de esgoto durante vários momentos da estadia e o box do chuveiro deixava muita água cair fora dele. Acho que o cheiro ruim vinha justamente do ralo do chuveiro.

Lokalizacja warta tej ceny. - Rewelacyjna lokalizacja w centrum i w zabytkowej klimatycznej dzielnicy, taras na dachu z pięknym widokiem, duża wygodna łazienka Do zmiany rozkładane łóżko w salonie - bardzo niewygodne, drzwi do łazienki z trudem się zamykały, wyposażenie kuchni minimalistyczne (1 garnek).

• Cyrille (9/5): Excellente visite de Rome grâce à un logement idéalement placé - L’emplacement très central permet de visiter facilement Rome. L’appartement est fonctionnel, propre et joliment décoré. L’accès au logement et à la terrasse peuvent être compliqués pour des personnes à mobilité réduite compte tenu de l’étroitesse de l’escalier. Des odeurs remontent également des canalisations de la salle de bain

• Igor (10/5): Mali apartman na izvrsnoj lokaciji - Simpatičan, čist i uredan mali funkcionalni stančić na izuzetno dobroj lokaciji otkuda je sve blizu, tako da praktički nema potrebe za javnim prijevozom. Bila je lijepa i mala zajednička terasa na krovu, savršena za jutarnju kavu.
• Raúl (9/5): - El departamento está muy bien. Cómodo, bien equipado, buen baño y buena ducha. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. El wifi tiene buena señal. La cama y el colchón están muy bien. La ubicación es un detalle importante. Muy bien,!!!! Estás a 15/20 min a pie de todos los lugares que un turista quiere ver en Roma. Sabíamos que era un tercer piso por escaleras. Las escaleras son muy angostas y empinadas y eso hace que el acceso sea bastante incómodo y más si estás con valijas. No lo recomiendo para personas mayores o con movilidad reducida. Es lo único que no me gustó.

Alcune rifiniture della struttura e alcuni servizi: 2 prese della luce non funzionanti - scarico lentissimo del lavandino in bagno - ciambella del water non di misura - chiusura del vetro della doccia .
• Emin (9/5): Rahat ve sorunsuz bir konaklama oldu. - Konumu çok iyiydi,Roma’yı yürüyerek gezdik.Temizliği iyiydi.Yakınında hem market hem restoranlar var.Otobüs duraklarına yürüme mesafesinde. Merdivenlerin dar olması büyük bavul taşımada zorladı ama konumunun güzelliğinden dolayı göz ardı edilebilir.

There does not seem to be a plan for this to be addressed - Quality of mattress in living room pull out couch makes it hard to sleep - Restroom door unable to be shut - Extremely narrow staircase makes it hard for older people to get to the apartment and terrace

All as described, well designed, lots of storage, quiet street. Lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. Narrow steep stairs may be problem for some, not for us.

• Terri (10/5): A great little apartment. I'd be happy to stay here again. - Small but perfectly formed. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. The host has thought of everything, from a coffee pot to a tiny clip for the tea towel. The apartment is very clean, too. The location was ideal for a first visit to Rome. The steps up the roof terrace are rickety and narrow.

• Robin (9/5): Cute apartment! Convenient location, stayed for 3 days. - Loved the location. It was great to be able to walk everywhere and still was a quiet neighborhood. Pretty touristy area but not a big deal. Didn’t love that the only bathroom was in the bedroom, but it was fine. Also couldn’t figure out how to start the electric stove and the percolator wouldn’t work for us.

• Barbara (7/5): Okay place - Good location, close enough to most of the sites we wanted to see. Nice rooftop terrace with a view! The place is small, suitable for 1 or 2 people - not 3. The kitchen offers very limited tools: one burnt pot and one unappetizing old fry pan. Limited hot water for shower - not enough for 3. I had difficulty finding the garbage drop off. Her cleaning lady came to show us how to use the gas stove and took the garbage.

• Ida (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect breakfast cafes nearby, both classic Italian once and a book cafe for rainy days. Location was amazing, just the perfect balance of liveliness and calm. The flat was well planned and light. Lovely terrace! Can't think of anything :-)

• Cristina (8/5): Cosy small apartment next to Piazza Navona - Superbly located, right next to the Ponte Vecchio and 5 minutes away from Piazza Navona, this apartment has everything you can need for a short stay in Rome. I think 3 people might be a bit cramped, but for two it was just right. Comfy and nicely decorated; we went in December and the heating worked perfectly too. The bathroom smelled funny, a bit like humidity, but other than that everything was fine.
• Tatiana (9/5): Superb - An amazing little apartment, very clean, very central. Everything is provided: clean sheets, shampoo, towels. There is a proper tiny kitchen there with tea and coffee, with dishes, very comfortable. Internet works, check-in is easy as well as the check-out. Communication easy. Amazing view. We've been here already in April and booked now for the second time. I saw little improvements like the hosts painted some walls fresh. Thank you so much for the hosting.

• Mihai (10/5): Exceptional - Central location was extremely convenient and helpful. The building and the area was pleasantly quiet during the nights. Everything was clean and in order. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Nothing in particular.
• Karolkochan (6/5): Pleasant - Great location assuming you want to visit the Vatican and objects like Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, etc. The bedroom was good and comfortable. Two pairs of keys, which is rare to have. There was a weird and unpleasant smell in the bathroom (the reason might be the sewing system in general and not the owner's fault, but still, it's there). The staircase to the apartment is very narrow, so climbing up is uncomfortable, especially with big luggage.
• Maretha (10/5): Lovely stay - I loved the location. It was within walking distance from most of the sights. Lots of restaurants to choose from and also a few supermarkets really close. 3 flights of stairs 😁, but it was ok
• Gergely (7/5): Fantastic location and helpful host, but more focus would be needed on the little things (see desc). - Location is absolutely perfect, host was communicative and helpful, the place is well equipped with appliances. One of the AC's seemingly wasn't cleaned for a long time, no soap in the bathroom, only 2 rolls of the lowest quality toilet paper for 6 nights... Fridge is loud.

• Sinead (8/5): Great place to stay over the weekend to get around and see the sites. - The location was great and the decor in the unit was really fun, plus the balcony was big bonus! There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom, maybe the plumbing. We experienced this quite a bit in Italy so not sure if may not be an issue specific to the accommodation.
