• Aldža (8/5): - Iespēja pagatavot ēdienu , pietiekoši telpas atpūtai , internets , laba atrašanās vieta - tuvu apskates objektiem , metro stacijām . Saimnieks Alex laipns , jauks cilvēks ! Notika kanalizācijas remonti pie mājas , nepatīkama smaka . Dzīvoklī viss dzirdams kas notiek ārpusē un kāpņu telpā , vāja skaņas izolācija .

• Khachatryan (10/5): - The apartment was very beautiful and comfortable. We stayed as a group of 5 and had plenty of space. It is just a 2-minute walk from the metro, and the apartment had everything we needed. Special thanks to the host, Alex — we arrived later than planned, and he kindly waited for us for about 2 hours. He also helped us and explained how to easily reach the main attractions of Rome. We were very satisfied with our stay. The only downside was that the shower cabin was very small.🤭

• Kajsa (10/5): We would definitely recommend staying here! - We stayed in Alex's studio apartment in Rome as a group of five (two adults and three teenagers). The apartment was in good condition and very well equipped, with a kitchen that had everything we needed (we mainly prepared breakfast at home). The bathroom was nice, although the shower had a slightly low ceiling. The apartment offered three separate sleeping areas, comfortably accommodating up to six people. Alex, our host, was extremely helpful and friendly. He even went out of his way to send back items we had forgotten in the apartment after our departure. The only minor downside was that it was a bit noisy towards the entrance and the stairwell.

• Ronny (8/5): As described but a little smaller than expected - Property was as advertised and described which is what suited our needs It is a little smaller than it looks. Certainly has all the amenities and bed configurations as described but it is small and has the WORLDS smallest shower

• Anca (9/5): Very nice apartment close so the center. - Good location, close to the center. Approximately 15 minutes walk to Colosseum. Some good restaurants to eat very close to the apartment. Very comfortable beds, heating working perfectly. We were allowed to leave our luggage after the check-out time, it was very helpful to us due to late hour of our plane. Everything was fine, except that we received only one small recipient with shower soap for the entire stay, for 4 persons. Not enough for the first day :). However we went to the supermarket and bought, but for the price paid we expected to have at least basics.

• Ying (10/5): Perfect location. Comfy home. Great host. - Alex is such helpful person. He allowed early check in. It’s of great help after our 16hrs long flight. The places he recommended are good choices, from breakfast till dinner. He also help in suggesting alternative transport when train not available. Showering cubicles are a little small as compared with where we are from. I supposeit is quite standard in Europe.

• Jozef (9/5): Superb - Friendly host, clean and trouble free accommodation with good location, would chose again. As mentioned by other reviews, tiny shower that could be a problem for taller/larger person. Only after seeing it I realised that I've not seen it in the pictures describing the property - would be nice to include it so that people could make informed decision. Taller people need to be careful as stairs are close to walls with low ceiling, but you adjust very quickly after you bump your head first time. Window shutter was not working, so the room was dark - host aware on this and fixing it. We didn't mind as we left the room early and returned late night.
• Funnysora (9/5): Great host; Impressive space utilization of a cute, unique and cozy apt! - I decided to book this apt because from the photos I find the whole layout unique, cute and cozy and I like that it's wooden flooring. And indeed it's a very well designed house making full use of limited space and the ceiling space, pretty impressive. I especially appreciate the integrated washer and dryer because we were traveling for 2 weeks with kids, so being able to wash clothes allows us to travel lighter. Host is wonderful, very fast in response to questions and very accommodating to the changes in check in time. He also explained the transit lines and the various attractions to visit. The apt is located inside the alley away from main road, so it's fairly quiet and not much road noise which works well for light sleepers. Location wise, it's one stop from Termini by metro, or about 15mins walk. Convenient enough for us! As many of the reviews mentioned, shower is tiny (no shower gels etc provided, but not an issue for us since we always bring some in case), and there are indeed many steps in the apt, so might not be suitable for elderly travelers who can't deal with climbing up and down and of cos people with mobility issues. And for taller people (like 5'9" or more) you just have to be a little more careful when getting up to the second level, as I had bumped my head on the concrete ceiling about twice. Reason being on the other bedroom, the position of the stairs is somehow on the edge of where the ceiling arched, so it's easy to bump if you are not careful. Would be nice to offer a few more comfy spare pillows :)

• Gonzalo (8/5): Great customer service, friendly check in made us feel welcomed in Rome - Lovely place with an upstairs double loft. Location was really close to the Metro and about a 15 minute walk to Termini Station. 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. Lots of food / cafe / bar options in the area. Check in process was great. Lack of soap, body wash. Shower was extremely small, maybe for short petite persons only. I stand 5’11 and nearly touched ceiling. Hot water was on and off, leading to cold showers on the last day.
