- Dörte (8/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Trastevere - Tolle Lage im alten Viertel, freundlicher Kontakt. Terrasse sehr reizvoll. Erstaunlich leise trotz des Lärms auf der belebten Piazza di St. Maria, Leider kein Fahrstuhl (allerdings bekannt), auch in der Wohnung noch Treppen, sehr kleines 2. Bad, Küchenausstattung grenzwertig: zu wenig Geschirr für 4 Personen, kein Geschirrtuch (auf wiederholte Bitte wurden 2 Gästehandtücher gebracht), keine Kehrschaufel, die schöne Bank auf der Terrasse leider nicht nutzbar (Sitzfläche gebrochen)

- Kerry (9/5): Great spacious apartment in a fabulous location - The location of this property is great, right in the middle of Trastevere with great bars and restaurants We managed to get round the City walking everywhere. The apartment is large on split levels. The terrace is a great bonus too The apartment is at the top of the building so there a number of steps. However we knew this before and didn’t bother us at all.

- Christine (8/5): Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere - Location with roof terrace overlooking the main piazza was perfect. Host was readily and easily available and responsive. Missed wherever it was advertised as a 5th floor walk-up - travel light! Ants in the upper master bathroom, and upper master bathroom tub did not drain well.
- Irma (9/5): Overall, we loved staying here and would love stay here again in the future. - Excellent location with restaurants and shops within walking distance. The terrace and living room have great views of Piazza di Santa Maria. Lots of natural light. It was a comfortable place to stay for our group of four. There is big window in the upstairs shower wall that does not provide much privacy. Apartment located on the 4th floor with no lift. Not a problem for us but can be for those with mobility issues.

- Mark (9/5): We had an amazing stay. This place is all about location! - We loved the location right in the heart of Trastevere. The beds were very comfortable. The big window in the master bedroom is amazing. The four flights of stairs is no joke. But the outdoor terrace totally makes it worth it. The washing machine is unusable.
- Karin (6/5): Not amazing - The location is great with plenty of choices regarding restaurants and cafes. The apartment is only renovated to the minimum and therefore does not deserve the title "amazing". Some windows don't open and the shower in one bathroom was mouldy.
- Margaret (9/5): Amazing apartment on lively, picturesque piazza. - The property was beautifully decorated, clean and centrally located. The beds and linens were comfortable. Everything was as described and we were very pleased. Would definitely recommend. Very noisy at night being on the square. Would not recommend using the living room for sleeping, but both bedrooms are in the back and quiet.

The location was perfect: walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The bar close by was very loud until 2 am every night. Earplugs helped.

- Yara (7/5): The location of the apartment allowed us to be well-connected but the overall condition of the apartment was below expec - Location Facilities are old and some need maintenance like door locks and handles. The room downstairs is too tight to fit three beds. We could barely move inside. The fact that the closet was outside the rooms is impractical so we had to keep our clothes in our suitcases.
- Janellen (10/5): Charming in every way! - The location was spectacular - beautiful overlooking the piazza, listening to the church bells and fountain, and great restaurants all around as well as a grocery store not far away to get supplies. Gelato shop next door was a big hit with the kids. Communications were excellent and helpful and really nice to be greeted in person and given a full tour of the property. It was perfect for our family of 5 - the master suite upstairs had such a pretty view and we loved the terrace. It was extremely hot in Rome when we were there so the AC was really necessary and so valuable! Bathrooms were very clean and modern and nice showers. Kitchen was snug but had everything we needed! I’m honestly not sure I understood it was two floors when I booked, so that was really nice and let the kids and the parents have plenty of space. Charming apartment!!

- Danielle (9/5): History surrounds you, a great apartment to launch into the Etrernal City - Great location in Trastevere, the outlook over Piazza Santa Maria is the best for people watching, always something going on and easy walking to everything Rome has to offer. Some of the basics need an update, small things like curtain rods, roll up blinds and privacy for the upstairs shower can be easily fixed to make this place a world beater.
