• Hoxha Bushati (7/5): - The Location is very good. This offers easy access to shops, restaurants, nightlife and major attractions. Everything you need is just a short walk away. The host waited for us until we arrived at our destination. He explained the basic rules of the apartment to us. Also answered all of my questions. The apartment could have been cleaner, particularly the bathroom. The metal ceiling showed signs of rust and debris was falling onto the floor.

• Zhenhua (9/5): Wonder placin Rome - Even a bit limited in space, the apartment is comfortable and cozy, with everything we need. Location is perfect, making most of the spots accessible in walking distance. Staff are attentive and supportive. The boiler failed several times during our stay, but the staff help us even in the mid night. The district around sometimes is noisy at midnight.

Appena arrivati durante Pasqua non funzionava ascensore ho dovuto farmi due piani a piedi con le valigie, arrivati davanti all’appartamento e per altre 24 ore ci hanno lasciato la biancheria dell’inquilino precedente davanti alla porta, il che ci dava anche fastidio per far passare nel corridoio il passeggino A onor del vero il giorno dopo han sistemato acqua calda e portato via biancheria. Check out alle 10 l’ho trovato eccessivo ma comunque è chiaramente scritto, anche perché check in alle 15 ma si presenta solo alle 15;45
• Angela (5/5): Good location, but stinky, mildewy/sewage smell in apartment - The location was good as far as making everything really walkable. Checking in and out was easy. The host was generally responsive, until we checked out. The bed was comfortable. We stayed in the 'Apartment with Terrace'. Both bathrooms smelled so horribly of mold/mildew or sewage that it seeped out into the bedroom and living room. I attached a photo of the gross shower. I showered with flip flops on. The light over both of the showers was out. The showerheads were so gunked up that they just sprayed every which way. The kitchen table was sticky (hadn't been wiped down). We thought we'd utilize the clothes washer since we were there for four nights but when we opened the drawer to put detergent in, it was all mildewy (attached photo). The entry hallway shown in the photos was quite dimly lit compared to the booking photo (attached photo - shown from opposite direction - but same hallway.) The booking also says that the place is "soundproof". I guess we have a different idea of soundproof. You could hear everything going on in the street below. The unit is on the top floor so there's an elevator, but it only worked about 50% of the time. The other way down is by spiraling, narrow, steep steps for three floors. The anxiety of the morning we had to leave with all of our luggage was nervewracking waiting to see if we'd get lucky with the elevator! I did message the host about the elevator and we were just told to "keep trying and it should open up after a while". Sometimes it did and sometimes it didn't. We didn't mention the horrible smell to the host because it was going to be more than just a quick fix and we didn't want people in our space while we were out all day. The day we arrived, we noticed we had no hand towels or washclothes. Just bath towels. I messaged the host who said he'd get some to us, then we all took a nap (because of the jet lag). When we woke up we discovered someone had been in the unit to drop off the towels. Just after we checked out, I mentioned the bathroom smells and the elevator issue to the host and have received no response.
• Julija (9/5): Empfehlenswert - Ich habe eine saubere und leise Wohnung im Zentrum der Stadt für mehrere Personen (wir waren 3 Freundinnen) gesucht. In dieser Wohnung (2 Zimmer) habe ich alles gefunden. Es gab in der Wohnung alles, was man gebrauchen konnte: ein Fön, ein Kühlschrank, auch eine Mikrowelle und ein Bügeleisen. Bis zum Vatikan brauchte man nur ca.17 Min zu Fuß, andere Sehenswürdigkeiten waren viel näher. (Pantheon, Spanische Treppe und andere wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten nur ca. 800 Meter entfernt.) Überall in der Nähe waren viele Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäfte jeder Art. Es war für italienische Verhältnisse kalt, als wir Ende März angekommen sind. Die Wohnung wurde in dieser Zeit beheizt und es gab zusätzliche Decken im Schrank. Wenn ich wieder in Rom bin, werde ich wieder hier übernachten.

Overall an incredible stay, amazing location, would stay there again. - The location was amazing and all the main attractions are within walking distance from this property. The host was super responsive and helpful. Even helped with our transport to/from FCO airport as well as letting us check-in early. We had drainage issues with one sink, but host sent someone quickly to fix it. Not a fault of of property, but you can hear the neighbours (adjacent building). But crying baby every night. As well, if there were some rowdy people on the streets, you could hear them as well.

• Beatriz (6/5): Se quiserem excelente localização por um preço competitivo é uma boa opção. Para conforto esqueçam - A localização era muito boa. O preço é convidativo Avisámos quando saímos do aeroporto de uber às 19:30, para fazermos o check in. Mandei mensagem ao senhor do check in às 20:04h, depois de procurar por ele na rua a dizer que estámos na rua à espera, Aparece às 20:25h, cheio de pressa e a querer despachar-nos e a dizer que tínhamos que pagar 30 euros de check in tardio (depois das 20h pagam-se 30 euros escrito no anúncio), depois de termos estado mais de 20 minutos com as malas, na rua, ao frio. Começou a falar muito mal para nós... Disse para ele ligar para o anfitrião, que já não nos estávamos a entender, que disse para não cobrar! Pelo menos alguém teve bom senso As camas são muito muito desconfortáveis, ficámos com dores pelo corpo todo... As casas de banho cheiram um pouco a esgotos... Não haviam guardanapos nem detergente para çavar a louça. O anfitrião (não o senhor do check in) foi simpáticos por mensagem!
• Tomas (9/5): Alojamiento en centro de roma, un lugar excelentemente situado y excelente gestión de la propiedad - La ubicación es exceptcional , está justo al lado de cualquier atracción turistica y eso es un punto excepcionalmente a su favor. Ahorras mucho dinero y tiempo en accesos a los principales puntos turisticos de Roma, el Coliseum está practicamente al lado , el foro romano..., llegar a la fontana de trevi y el panteon es un agradable paseo, el ambiente en la plaza de campo de fiori es maravilloso.., La plaza venencia, el acceso a los autobuses turisticos.., es un lugar muy bien situado. Destacar esto sobre todas las demás cosas. Tuvimos la mala suerte durante nuestra estancia de que se averío el sistema del agua caliente. Eso a priori no nos gustó y queda aquí anotado, pero no lo considerarmos un tema negativo pues el responsable del alojamiento estuvo atento al problema en todo momento y nos quedamos con la sensación positiva de que intentó solucionarlo en todo momento aunque al final no lo consiguiera. También destacar que nos hicieron un abono bastante considerable y justo para nosotros que nos compensó esas molestias. Aprovecho esté apartado que aunque está marcado en negativo en este caso es para reflexionar sobre que un problema no importa realmente sobre que sea un problema sino como se gestiona y finalmente resuelve, para nosotros en este caso fue una cuestión de mala suerte.

• David (8/5): Ubicación excelente, práctico y funcional. Recomendable - Apartamento muy bien ubicado, cómodo y funcional. La comunicación con el propietario fue muy fluida y nos estaban esperando en la puerta para la entrega de llaves. Recomendable para un buen fin de semana en Roma. Quizás, demasiado calor en la planta superior y falta algo de luz natural. Por lo demás, todo correcto. Contento con el apartamento en términos generales.

• Isra (8/5): - Great location. All 3 Apt. are nice, esthetic & clean. The Apt is suitable for sleeping 6 people but not suitable when it comes for staying-in and for people who plan to self-cater. There was a problem with the heating and the hot water in one of the Apt. The owner was kind and attentive and reacted fast but the problem wasn't fixed and we had to repeatedly ask for assistance (which made us feel uncomfortable).

I searched for a large apartment for my two babies, because we stayed in Rome for seven days and I was very disappointed that they did not change at least the towels, even that I asked for it. The cleaning conditions weren’t good, baths with a little mold, no mop no broom, very small elevator , and the hot water took a while to arrive.
• Joanamateus (7/5): - Localização Excelente!! Deu para conhecer Roma toda a pé. Viajámos com bebe de 1 ano o que facilitou muito a localização. Restaurantes, supermercado, farmácia, tudo perto a poucos metros. Simpatia do Adriano que foi quem nos esperou para fazer o check in. Apartamento equipado. A limpeza do apartamento deixava muito a desejar, chão sujo nas várias divisões. Fronhas das almofadas dos sofás e da cama (decorativas) c manchas, edredon a precisar de limpeza e o sofá nem se fala com tanta mancha, a precisar de limpeza urgente. Mesas de apoio à cama também manchadas e c sujidade nas prateleiras. Chegámos ao apartamento pelas 22:30 o mesmo estava super gelado lá dentro, ao questionar a pessoa do check in pelo aquecimento o mesmo ficou atrapalhado mas depois disse que desligava as 22:00 e que ligava as 7:00. Por meia hora não parecia ter desligado à tão pouco tempo. Uma vez chegados cansados e com um bebé pequeno a nossa prioridade era chegar e ter um lugar confortável para descansar e tivemos que ligar o ar condicionado que mesmo na potência máxima e a 28 graus para aquecer as divisões mais rápido ficamos com ele a noite inteira e mal aqueceu as divisões, principalmente o quarto. Tivemos que ir buscar o edredon ao sofá cama para não termos frio pois nem um cobertor extra havia! Acho que seria relevante adicionar um cobertor extra no armário para caso alguma família sentir o frio que nós sentimos. De manhã quando acordamos o aquecimento continuava desligado e teve que ser o meu marido a verificar no esquentador essa situação pois estava impossível de desconfortável, finalmente ele resolveu pois após enviar mensagem para o Lourenço via whatsapp conforme Adriano falou tivemos imenso tempo até nos responder. Enviamos as 5h da tarde e apenas as 9:30 da manhã do dia seguinte nos responderam e porque reforcei enviando também por esta via aqui no booking. Acho que seria relevante a cozinha ter um ou 2 panos de cozinha, não tinha nada. Após ser necessário utilizar alguns pratos e talheres posso dizer que os mesmo estavam bem sujos. O factor bastante negativo para mim foi sem dúvida a limpeza. Parecia que até já lá tinha estado pessoas antes de nós sem limpar.

• Natalia (8/5): - La ubicación del lugar es excelente, te permite ir a todos los sitios andando sin necesidad de coger transporte alguno. Además, tiene supermercados y otros servicios cerca del apartamento, esto siempre suma. El apartamento es cómodo para pasar unos días en Roma, cumpliendo su función si tu idea es solo pasar por el apartamento para dormir y disfrutar al máximo de la ciudad. Además, había bastantes enseres básicos para pasar la estancia desde café, azúcar y aceite entre otros en la cocina, como bastantes toallas para ir cambiando. Pese a que está en muy buenas condiciones, habría que mejorar la limpieza del baño debido a que no estaba perfectamente limpia ni el plato de ducha ni la manguera del agua. La ventilación del apartamento es mínima, teniendo dos ventanas el apartamento que daban a una calle muy estrecha y, que por la suciedad de la calle, entraban bastantes bichos, recomendando la instalación de mosquiteras para evitar el problema.

• Rebecca (8/5): Cute little apartment in perfect location - Great location, close to everything! We walked to almost all of the attractions and the great restaurants close by. Apartment is small (all 3 beds were in use) but we weren’t there all day so was perfect for somewhere to sleep. Make sure you walk to the colosseum at night! 😍 Quite noisy at night. I had to wear ear plugs to sleep as next to a street. Neighbours were sometimes noisy too.
• Harriett (8/5): Nice apartment in good location in Rome. - The location was quiet and good. We were close to Campo de Fiori which is a great area. The apartment was clean and well suited to two couple and two children. The walls were thin and you could hear the others in the next rooms some, but it wasn’t a big problem. The kitchen needed some paper towels or kitchen towels, but was stocked ok other than that.

• sandra (5/5): The cost-benefit ratio is really low - The host seems completely indifferent to the guests! He took a long time to reply and address any questions. When I arrived, the apartment was filthy—truly unacceptable. After the cleaning service came, it was fine, but even opening the windows was necessary. The cost is quite high compared to the two wonderful places I stayed at in Rome earlier the same week. Unfortunately, I had to move here due to the high occupancy caused by the start of the Catholic celebrations.

• Michelle (7/5): Apartment in great area - The apartment is centrally located. It’s very walkable to major sights: the Pantheon, Largo di Torre Argentina, Piazza Venezia, etc.  Multiple reviews note that hosts are responsive and helpful but I found them a little slow in responding. The apartment included great air conditioning, washer/dryer (which I found the dryer useless), kitchen with induction cooktop, fridge, etc.  Dryer didn’t really work very well. The nepresso worked when it wanted to. Cookware needs replacing badly!

• Niram (2/5): Very disappointing - Location is good Very disappointing. In my opinion, the maintenance and cleanliness level were much lower than expected. The hot water system was faulty and needed to be fixed during our stay. Towels are not changed and from one end the apartment is not cleaned during our stay and from the other end ,In general, according to the owner, they do not provide cleaning materials (there was not even a broom) or extra toilet paper (we received two rolls for 5 people, for a week!). only after we complained they brought 2 more. Considering the price - in my opinion this is simply unacceptable. I suggest skipping this property.

Central location with many restaurants a in Rome city center .They gave us the key in advance and we left our trollys there ; while they were cleaning the flat . Organized for us the transfer from and to the airport in perfect time . Quiet location not noises and very good climatization . a place to recommend . Flat was clean but maybe could be useful to have a scottex for the kitchen .

• John (10/5): Extremely Happy - Very clean , and located in the best part of Rome . Love that it had two bathrooms and roof terrace. Me and my partner had one of the best sleep of our lives the mattress was incredible that we ended ordering one . Beautiful apartment , elevator comes in straight in the apartment big bonus, AC was mint , washer and dryer, coffee machine. Everything was perfect will be rebooking this same place and for longer . Extremely happy .

• Alessandro (10/5): Strategic location! - Great location strategically located and close to almost every main site. Decent space with 2 ample bedrooms (1 suite) and 2 bathrooms as well as a sofa bed(not as comfy as the other mattresses). Small furnished kitchen well equipped. Elevator to the second floor. Very quiet location, we could barely hear the noise from the street. Nice host, very helpful. The mattress of the sofa ved wasn't very comfortable and the table had only four chairs (we were a party of 5).
• Ariella (9/5): Great family apartment - Family of 6. This apartment was a comfortable fit. There is a master bedroom with a bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa in the main room that opens into a bed. There is another full bathroom as well. The kitchen has a mini fridge, an electric stove and there is a table with chairs. There is an elevator in the building, and the location is quite centrally located to get to all the sites in Rome. The airconditiong also works very well, the apartment stays pretty cool even without the a/c. But when it's working, it's amazing The washing machine is also a dryer, and I was a little confused about how to use it. Otherwise, everything was great

• Charu (9/5): Perfect base for visiting Rome - Excellent base for visiting Rome. Central to most places, we were able to walk everywhere. Hosts were very welcoming. The apartment is perfect for a short stay, very clean and comfortable and equipped with all the basics. Supermarkets are very close by too. Definitely would recommend.
• Sinead (9/5): A great apartment in central Rome ! Superb location ! - The apartment was very comfortable and clean , quite spacious and nicely decorated ! Located in a great central location in Rome , only 5 minutes walk to The Pantheon, Piazza Navona & Campo De Fiori areas ! Our host Lorenzo was very helpful and attentive to replying to any questions or needs about the apartment ! He also arranged an uber driver to pick us up at the airport and for our return journey back . Thank you very much Lorenzo and your team ! We will be back to stay again ! The building is old so there can be a bit of a sewerage smell in the bathrooms , this was only negative we found about it . Perhaps if this was treated or fixed and some adequate air fresheners were provided.
• Wendy (10/5): Lovely apartment in a fantastic location! - The location was ideal for walking around the historic center of Rome. There were lots of great restaurants close by as well. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Our younger two boys loved sleeping in the upstairs loft in their own twin beds. And the shower was large and very nice. It was a bonus that there was an elevator to get our heavy bags upstairs as well. And there was a mini market across the alley to pick up bottled water or other drinks/snacks. We walked everywhere and really only had to use a taxi from the train station to the apartment and coming back from the Vatican (we were too tired to walk back). And Lorenzo was very helpful with arranging a van to take us to the airport at the end of our stay. Highly recommend! Nothing. It was great!
• Jana (10/5): Exceptional - We had an amazing Roman Holiday staying in the historic center of Rome, just minutes from Area Sacra di Largo Argentina and the Pantheon. We lived in a small but cozy and warm apartment. It was very clean, without any foreign smells. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable to sleep on. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. The grocery store is located on the same street, 2 minutes away. Almost opposite, a little to the right, there is an excellent restaurant. The hosts are very welcoming and always in touch. We used the airport pick-up and drop-off service. Everything was done very punctually. We really enjoyed our stay in Rome and decided for ourselves that we would definitely come back here.
