Несмотря на минусы, остались довольны посещением Рима и мечтаем о поездке вновь. - Хорошие апартаменты, отличное расположение, до всех достопримечательностей добирались пешком, наслаждаясь архитектурой города. В апартаментах есть практически все необходимое, единственное что нам пришлось приобрести - губки для мытья посуды. Общение с Романой оставило положительное впечатление. Заселение также прошло быстро и без проблем. Стоит отметить, в апартаментах есть зонт. Мы в срочном порядке перед вылетом в Рим покупали зонт, а оказалось можно было не беспокоиться по этому поводу. Немного расстроили качество уборки и чистота посуды. Пришлось приводить в порядок под свои требования. Также не очень удобная душевая кабина, несмотря на наличие стеклянной перегородки, вода все равно стекала на пол.

• Monika (5/5): - Meiner Meinung nach ist das Doppelbett keine 2 Meter lang. Persönliche Empfindung: Wohnung war kalt, es gab auch auf Nachfrage keine Bettdecken, sondern nur ein dünnes Baumwolllaken. Wir sollten die Air condition hochhdrehen. Bettdecken seien noch nicht geliefert worden. Habe nachts gefroren. Kein Dritter Stuhl, so dass beim Essen nur 2 Personen am Tresen sitzen konnten. Für mich zu hellhörig (man hört die Klospülung aus irgendeiner Wohnung) Wir waren enttäuscht.

• Amelia (10/5): Lovely responsive host and beautiful property in a nice location. - Very clean and hotel vibes but with the comfort of a sofa, projector, and kitchen. For 3 days it was perfect but we weren’t in that much. Projector was really nice and cosy, the bathroom was great and the shower. Host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Only thing would be that the amount of mirrors can be a bit overwhelming at first haha but still super nice!

• Saale (7/5): Good location, good bed, but no sofa. - Location was very good, near restaurants and shops and parks and culture. Good bed, clean room. As we arrived, the strike plate of the apartment's front door was somewhat damaged (pushed in by the latch). This was probably caused by guests trying to figure out how to open the door - you have to turn the key in order to both unlock and then hold it to actually open the door. Considering that the locking mechanism of the door is not overly secure, it might be advisable to bolt down the safe rather than keep it as something one could simply pick up.

• Maximilian (10/5): Stylish, modern and amazing location - Stylish, modern and amazing location, walkable from key spots like the Spanish Steps and Villa Medici. Looks just like the photos if not better! Spacious and very clean with great mirrors and a statement shower. Added touches were the projector for a late night screening and friendly communication with Romana who recommended restaurants and let us leave our bags on our final check out day. The corridor is a bit shabby and there is no view, but this is all absolutely reflected in the reasonable and fair price which for this location is very good. Thank you! Highly recommend staying here! We loved the wet room shower! We just think some extra fresh towels would be really helpful for all guests, as the nature of this style of shower means the floors gets very wet.

• Linneah (8/5): Beautiful apartment, very clean, amazing communucation from property management but will not provide clean towels, extra - The property is an apartment. It’s in an older building about 1 block from the embassy’s. We loved that even in such an older building, there was a working elevator. Bonus points for this. It’s absolutely perfect if you are booking for several nights because it’s fully equipped with a kitchen that has a refrigerator and cook top stove, microwave, tea kettle, and coffee maker with coffee provided. It’s fully equipped with ALL cooking and dining utensils right down to scissors and wine GLASSES. Cleaning supplies are also included. Clean bedding, several pillows, and a few small toiletries for the bathroom. The best part of this booking was the communication from Ramana. She WhatsApp’d me pretty quickly. She was extremely kind and helpful and provided us with EVERY detail to make our stay a success. Her communication was stellar. She provided us with EVERY detail about nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and even offered to help us with taxis and attraction tickets. Ramana made this selection a perfect 10 for us. The apartment is EXACTLY as the photos show right down to the art work/sculptures that you see in the booking photos. AC worked great. Very quiet. A Few minor details that could be changed and I will put that info in the section of what we didn’t like about the property. The apartment had small balcony with 2 chairs and a table but a horrible view. It looked out to 2 buildings on each side and one directly in front. We basically felt like we were in an ally. We were provided with a “starter” kit of 2 rolls of toilet paper and clean towel sets for each guest. After using our towels for 3 straight days and nights, and reusing the smaller hand towels to wash our faces, we requested fresh towels. Was told that clean towels were only provided after a weeks worth of stay or there would be a charge for them. I’m sorry….. but using the same towels for 3 days (morning and night) is to long. I travel for a living and have NEVER been told that my towels, wash cloth, and hand towel weren’t dirty enough. They were soaking wet and filthy. There should not be a charge for clean towels when this is considered a hotel on booking. We requested another roll of toilet paper because we were 2 women AND, in Europe, their toilet paper rolls are super thin and tiny. We were never given more toilet paper. Had to use tissue that we had brought as we rolled into morning 4. The bedding was clean but there was no blanket or comforter provided. Bed was perfectly made but with sheets only. No cozy blanket. The booking states that there is a sofa bed as we were 2 adult women. This was not the case. There was a small ottoman that in America, we would consider a footstool. The extremely small ottoman was what was being considered a pull out sofa. We couldn’t even use it. It was too small to be comfortable for an adult with metal bars in your back to hold in place a folded up tiny thin mattress. Do not consider this another bed. We slept fine together in an oversized queen bed but could not sleep on this ottoman type of fold out bed.

• Piotr (9/5): Highly recommend, great location and price - Excellent location, very close to all the attraction but on a quiet road so not very loud at night. Very spacious apartment and a big projector in the room to relax at the end of the day. All appliances working and an expresso machine provided. Excellent communication and very helpful host.

• Kamil (6/5): Pleasant - The location was perfect This was more of an Airbnb type stay but secured on booking.com. The owner was not onsite and the concierge were not very helpful when we needed assistance. The apartment was very dusty after one or two days and there was no hot water for a portion of our stay. we were reimbursed by the owner for a portion of our stay because of the water issue which was appreciated.
