• Tetiana (8/5): - The staff were amazing — they responded very quickly to all my requests and were always helpful. The location is great, just next to the train station and about a 20-minute walk to the Colosseum. There’s also a nice terrace, which was a lovely bonus. Cold floor, so I’d recommend bringing slippers :)

Toilet seat was broken..bathroom had to many cupboards that made it very small...struggle to get in the shower....lack of tlc..the terrace is nothing like the pitcure....the agent that brought the key was late and rude...
• Caelen (7/5): All in all, a pleasant stay in Rome, we would stay again! Just a few things fixed up and it would’ve made it an awesome - The location was great - close to the main terminal - walking distance to main areas like Trevi fountain. Easy access to buses which were direct routes to all around the city. Spacious, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The photos showed it looking very clean and with some extra furnishings (such as the terrace). If the furniture on the terrace had been what was in the photos, we may have spent time on it. There were a few broken things, such as the toilet and the door to the room (which was passed on to the hosts- to which they were very responsive and willing to hear these things).
• chelsea (2/5): No running water, refrigerator was off, problems with toilet and AC. Dirty. - The neighborhood is good Please DON’T STAY HERE. upon arrival Angelo (just one of the many staff members of iFlat) met us at the apartment complex. Barely knew where everything was. After he left we realized that there was NO RUNNING WATER (complained to Angelo and he sent us a picture so I could fix it on my own, then he sent someone from iFlat to fix it for us). Other than the no running water, the toilet did not flush on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS, toilet seat BROKE and the AC did not work. Later that day, we went to the grocery store and came back with ice cream, yogurt and more items that needed to be refrigerated. The refrigerator was completely off and not cold. On top of that the home was not adequately clean such as a dirty stove top, random pillows thrown on the couch, random vacuum and there is an undeniable amount of TRASH piling in the courtyard. The hospitality of iFlat monti was horrible. If you have one of the many problems we did and want to call them to let them know expect for them not to answer and immediately text you and say “how can I help you, sorry we can’t answer the phone their is horrible service”. Also if you have an issue like the many issues we did upon arrival, different men from the company will come in at any time to fix whatever is wrong. But it’s a different person everytime and the come in whether you are in the apartment or not. Be aware of that if you are a female solo traveller or a female in general. In conclusion, I told iFlat to next time CHECK THOROUGHLY THE APARTMENT BEFORE THEY EXPECT GUESTS. Because it was a waste of time noticing the problem, contacting them and waiting for the person to arrive and solve the problem. (They tell you there is no need to wait but still our personal belongings are in the apartment with a person we don’t know)

• Viktorija (8/5): Great apartment 💖 - The location is amazing. Great staff! Clean and tidy. We did not have a duvet cover in the main bedroom, only sheets. Doring sleeping, it was slipping down all the time, and we woke up covered only by duvet... All clean, but I do would like to have more comfort.

• Mas (8/5): Very good - Apartment was a 5mins walk from Rome Termini station so it was super convenient to get around. Colosseum was a 20min leisure walk away but you can still take buses from the Termini too. Apartment was spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. Kitchen was good and had all the crockery you will need to cook your own meals. It also came with its own private terrace which was a cool spot to eat if you can take the winter cold. We love that the apartment is quiet and private, away from the main streets and noise; we had a good peaceful stay. The hosts were also very responsive to our messages which we appreciated. While we understand that Italy in general has controlled centralised heating, we were a bit upset that the radiators in the apartment were turned off which we only realised ¾ into our entire stay. So the apartment was super cold throughout which made for a bit of miserable stay but the host was nice enough to let us turn the heat on for the rest of our stay. Other than this issue, the apartment was great. We really love the location. Perfect if you start and end your stay in Rome from Roma Termini
• Debra (8/5): So fortunate to have found this spot in the hear of Rome and walking distance to the Colosseum. You are in the heart of - - Location was great. - Security was a comfort. - No noise for a relaxing night’s sleep. - Fully kitted out kitchen so cooking from ‘home’ was easy. - Cumquats were fruiting on our private terrace so we could taste Rome from day one. - So close to Roma Termini for our transport from and to the airport and our day trip to Pompei. Cannot overstate the convenience of this property. Minor things: - Toilet seat needs adjusting. It moves when you sit on it. - Drain in the shower was slow to clear.
