• maria giuseppina (10/5): Roma in famiglia - L'appartamento è pulito e arioso, in una posizione davvero eccellente,: per i mezzi, per la tranquillità e per chi ha in mente di andare al mercato di porta portese. Praticamente è nel mercato! C'è tutto quello che può servire per alloggiare qualche giorno a Roma. Marco è davvero cortese e disponibile. Spero di tornare a Roma e usufruire della sua disponibilità.
• Arianna (8/5): Appartamento ideale come punto d’appoggio - La struttura era pulita, dotata di tutti i confort e in una posizione comoda. L’appartamento avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione, soprattutto per quanto riguarda i pavimenti e il bagno.

• Aritz (9/5): - Comunidad tranquila y bien cuidada, muy bien comunicada, con servicios alrededor. Marco ha sido muy amable y hospitalario. El piso tiene de todo: cafetera, secador, toallas, sábanas y menaje justo y necesario. El piso está un poco viejo, pero muy limpio y hace su servicio.

• annalisa (7/5): - La posizione strategica per una visita a Roma, l' host molto gentile e disponibile L' appartamento è un po' datato, i materassi parecchio rigidi, dipende dai gusti io li preferisco più soffici. Ad ogni modo rimango soddisfatta del rapporto qualità prezzo.
• Mariam (10/5): - Marco es muy amable y resuelve todas tus dudas, fui con mis padres por una semana y la ubicación está bien para moverte sin problemas el lugar es agradable y tiene todo para poder volver a media tarde descansar un poco y continuar conociendo Roma por la tarde noche si buscas un lugar con buena ubicación y lejos del ajetreado centro este es buenísimo
• Alejandra (9/5): Apartamento muy cómodo y bien ubicado - La ubicacion muy buena, de fácil acceso para ir a los puntos turísticos caminando o en bus. El apartamento impecable. Solo faltaban unas tazas grandes para el desayuno pero el resto todo excelente. Marcos nos permitió llegar un rato antes. Muy agradecidos por eso. Todo estuvo muy bien!

• Paula (7/5): - Apartamento confortable, es un poco viejo pero se está bien para dormir unos días por Roma. Fuimos en invierno y es una casa calentita. Esta cerca del autobús y tranvía. Bien ubicado en la zona de Trastévere. La tele es pequeña y funciona regular.

• Rosina (10/5): - El apartamento es tal cual se describe y muestra en las fotos. Éramos dos así que nos quedó muy cómodo y amplio. La ubicación es muy buena. Fuimos a casi todas partes caminando y también hay parada de autobús y tranvía muy cerca y fácil de usar. Lo recomendamos!
• Tra Ta Thu (7/5): Quite good. The weather is so hot but Marco provided us two fans so it is okie. - The location is very good. Marco, the host is so nice and caring. He gave us the key directly and guided us carefully how to use the facility, to make sure that we have a nice and comfortalbe stay. We appreciate his support and kindness. The kitchen lacks of bowls, which are neccessary for Asian customers. We need to buy some iron bowls in the super market to use instead. The kitchen lacks of sharp knives also. There are many trees around the apartment, therefore you can see mosquisto around. Marco provides the mosquisto repellent, but sometimes it is not efficient enough.

• José (9/5): - La ubicación, bajada en la parada de tren Roma trastevere, coger tranvia num 8 ó 3 y a dos paradas el alojamiento. Nos gusto mucho la amabilidad y servicial del dueño, te lo explica todo perfectamente. El apartamento necesita unas pequeñas reformas, en verano un aire acondicionado seria aconsejable los ventiladores necesitan más potencia.

• András (9/5): Nice appartment close to the city centre - The appartment is in a quiet area and is really close to the main attractions in Rome. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. In previous reviews towels of bad quality were mentioned but I think they have already replaced them. Marco is a very friendly host, he even let us to drop off our baggage becasue we’d had an early inbound flight. Overall it was a nice stay. The windows tend to open in the middle of the night and it’s hard to close them.

• Jocelina (9/5): It was a very nice staying despite of the fact that the unit is a bit neglected. - The place was big and clean, however it is outdated, but it is a charming apartment and the host was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom curtain was dirty, the faucet in the bathroom sink was broken, so were lots of items in apartment that could be easily repaired . The location was fantastic, near supermarket , bus stop and everything.
• Rosen (8/5): Very good - The HOST is great, he waited until 12:30 AM to check in us, because our flight was delayed more than 2 hours, in a great thunderstorm. The bedroom, living room, kitchen and toilet are big enough and clean. The internet was perfect. The location is excellent, 3 minutes from the tram stop and 5 minutes from Trastevere station. Lots of nice restaurants and markets around. It was very warm and humid in the apartment, there was 1 air conditioner only in the bedroom, and it is without remote control, and it turns on and off from the plug. There were 4 fans which somewhat compensated for the lack of air conditioning. Some worn furniture and holes in the floor.

• Callum (8/5): Very good - The host was very kind after initial complications since there were two hosts with similar names but it was pretty easy fix since another person had a room. The place was spacious and very clean and had pretty much everything you would need for a weekend away. The hot water for the bath was a bit short as it went cold after a couple of minutes. Unsure if on a meter or not but it didn't really upset me that much to be honest. The music on saturday night outside might be discomfort but outside that if you're generally out at night anyways and don't get back till after midnight then you would probably won't be bothered by it.
