• Daisy (6/5): - Een super gastheer konden hem altijd bereiken indien nodig, hij toonde veel belangstelling. De locatie is top!!! Verder gewoon prima Badkamer kon een extra poetsbeurt gebruiken, de voegen in de douchen waren aan vervanging toe. De airco/verwarming maakte echt een enorm kabaal. Verder is het erg gehorig zowel voor op straat als het gebouw.

• MARIA ELISABETTA (9/5): Natale nella città eterna - Delizioso appartamento in una zona centrale di Roma. Molto ben arredato, anche con addobbi natalizi. Piccolo ma dotato di tutti i comfort per una piacevole vacanza. C'è stato solo un problema per il ritiro delle chiavi al mio arrivo, ma non è stato a causa del proprietario.

• María (7/5): - Parece más nuevo de lo que son las instalaciones, sobre todo el baño, pero en general para pasar la noche ya que te pasas el día recorriendo la ciudad, la cama cómoda y cubre todas las necesidades ara descansar. Además, Marco muy atento.
• Kotryna (10/5): Jaukus butas patogioje vietoje - Jauku. Buvo maža, bet gana patogi virtuvėlė su būtiniausiais reikmenimis, keptuvėmis ir moka virduliuku. Patogi lova su patogiomis pagalvėmis. Mes mėgstame vaikščioti, tad viskas pasiekiama pėsti. Paralelinėje gatvelėje buvo maisto parduotuvė "Pam", kurios pakako. Šeimininkai buvo paslaugūs, susisiekdavo per whatsapp. Nepatiko tualeto nuleidimas, manau jį tikrai reikėtų tvarkyti. Neaiškumai su šiukšlių išvežimu. Būnant ilgesnį laiką, reikėtų instruykcijų, kur jas mest. O ir išvykstant palikti kalnus bute - nesmagu.
• Martina (10/5): Come sentirsi a casa - Appartamento ben arredato, accogliente, pulito e in una zona stupenda. Marco, l'host, è molto gentile e la comunicazione è stata sempre molto efficiente. Tornerò sicuramente! Nulla! È tutto perfetto secondo me.

• Églantine (9/5): Fabulous - Really nice and dedicated host. The apartment was great, nice localisation (very central, we only had to took the bus 2 times) and well cleaned. The bedding has a really good quality, we slept well. Appliances were mostly great. We really enjoyed our stay and managed to do everything we planned. As often in Roma, the soundproofing wasn't the best but the apartment is in a calm street so it was mostly fine.

• Alison (9/5): Lovely apartment in convenient location. Would definitely stay again. - Very convenient to Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Surrounded by great cafes, bars and piazzas. Only one flight of stairs. Clean and comfortable apartment. We had some issues with aircon but we should have queried it sooner. Great location.

• Ivelina (8/5): Very good - The property is very well-equipped and has everything you need. The location is great, and the hosts are very helpful and responsive. As other reviews mention, the property smells like old wood and mould (I guess it's normal because of the wooden ceilings). The air in the room felt quite stale, and the air conditioning was old and loud. The lightbulb in the bathroom died, and we had to use a phone flashlight.
• Kristina (6/5): Super responsive and flexible hosts; would stay closer to monuments next time. - Keys were exactly where they were supposed to be. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well-appointed with necessities. We found the information booklets helpful. There was white mold growing on the dark brown ceiling in several spots and the apartment didn't smell great. The apartment was clean overall, however, minus the mold issue.

Apartment is packed with everything you need. Comfortable. Will consider for the next time. Recommending. smell of moisture, I guess coming from wooden roof, which is a regular thing for such type of old buildings. It was ok, I wouldn't say it was problematic... especially for the short stay. Open windows for the fresh air.

Great apartment and great location so handy to everything. The colosseum was only 10 mims away so handy , would definitely recommend 👌 The only thing it lacked was a view but it wouldn't put me off , as you're so close to everything!

• Saahil (9/5): Exactly as per pictures - Well designed & well-made apartment. Located close to Forums & Colosseum - The design & facilities in the apartment - location being quite close to the forums & colosseum Marco's (host) support - from guiding our through the check-in process proactively, any help that we needed otherwise. The room was spacious & the kitchenette fairly well designed, with all utensils & essentials that one could need. The pricing could have been more economical - but that seems to be the central theme in Rome, especially in the Rione Monti area. The shower was too small & cramped, but not a deterrent as such. No space to park outside the apartment, but that was mentioned in the description itself. Nothing to complain about as such - except that you can't expect the place to be cleaned, and linen to be changed once a day at no extra cost, which we found somewhat odd.
• Pei (9/5): We feel like a local Italian staying there, nice cosy feeling. - It’s clean, Marco is an experienced host. we deliberately chose the Monti area, away from most of the tourists. (even though we were tourists too). We like that we can buy local ham & cheese back to the apartment for breakfast & brew our own coffee at the apartment. Its near a small road, so we can hear the cars going by. Maybe can add one more light bulb in the bathroom.
