• Cassandra (8/5): Perfect accommodation minus the stairs - Location. Cleanliness. Stairs - 3 flights of stairs. If you're fit, this is all good. Marco very responsive. Helped in every question and concern that we had. 10/10 for him and his team.

• Catriona (6/5): We had fun but property should have good beds for 4 people - Good location Pleasant to sit around in with good windows that shut out most of the noise Kitchen and bathrooms were fine Only the double bed was good. The twin beds were temporary , not very comfortable and in the hall Sofa bed was past its best Air con didn’t work
• Kristen (7/5): You must be super fit to climb 8 flights of Stairs but worth it for vuew facilities and location to get to this excellen - Owner assistance and responsiveness to queries was excellent. The other plusses is that the apartment has a washing machine facilities kitchen, 2 bathrooms and it is located adjacent to the Pantheon. There were 8 flights of steep stairs to climb but we pre-orhanised to pay someone to take our bags to our room for us. There was no clothes drier but there was a clothes rack which worked perfectly for our needs. There was only 1 fixed double bed but there is 2 single beds in the corridor and a double sofa bed in lounge room. But the lounge was extremely uncomfortable because it is too shallow to sit on and the cushion slips off constantly. The Beds were very hard or maybe I'm just too old and my body was tender from the stairs. The 2nd bedroom.is a hallway from frony door but it is private from lounge and kitchen.

• Laura (10/5): A Window at the Pantheon is central to everything & is alive with its vibrant atmosphere. - Air conditioning worked really well. View’s & atmosphere was amazing. Staff very informative & friendly. No lift access, however this was made clear & was expected.
• David (10/5): The best located holiday home in Rome! - Absolutely stunning location right in the heart of the city, you could not get a better spot to stay. The property was spotless and had all the facilities you could wish for in a beautiful protected building.

• Joanne (8/5): Highly recommended on the location. - Perfect location. Good space for family of 5. Clean and well maintained. Marco was a brilliant help arranging taxis from the airport. We had a brilliant stay. Having 2 bathrooms was great. The only negative is the second bedroom has 2 sofa beds not the most comfortable for 4 nights. Our teenage children slept here would be better if there were proper beds.
• Katherine (10/5): One of the most spectacular locations in Roma! Your Roman home away from home! - Marco was in contact with me at all strategic times from when I booked, to when my plane landed, when I arrived and before I departed. He had a lovely lady meet us at the property and take us upstairs to explain how everything worked. The apartment is spacious and Italian. It become our Roman home. You are in the heart of everything and with the windows open you are certainly a part of it all. As soon as you close the windows- complete silence! It was extraordinary. We were in the middle of the busiest area and yet had the privacy and silence as though we were in the countryside. There are a LOT of stairs to carry your luggage up. Saying that- TOTALLY worth it! and we did expect to have to do that. There is no elevator in the building. We just took our time and took up bags one by one.

• Ákos (10/5): Location is worth the price (if you do not mind the stairs) - Absolutely central location, everything of the ancient/touristic Rome is within walking distance. Surprisingly quiet room facing the Pantheon walls. Features two bathrooms comfortable for 4 adults. Immediate response from the property managers and help with the transfers. Extra bed somewhat uncomfortable, the rest we could manage.
• Alf (9/5): Good apartment with excellent location - A good apartment with excellent location. All necessary amenities for a family. As an extra bonus, I could finally meet my doctor’s request to climb more stairs. Cost on the higher side..
• Wendy (8/5): We had a fabulous stay and it was so great staying beside the Pantheon. Thank you! - Quiet, central location, easy to get to and the two bedrooms were self-contained so each couple has their own space. in spite of the proximity to the Pantheon, we didn’t hear a thing while sleeping. Lack of operational lighting, lack of bedside lighting. these are kind of expected in a historical building.
• Kevin (8/5): Very good - Location was fantastic, and a nice big living room. One sofa for 5 peole is not enough need an extra small sofa and not enough pillows.

• Margie (8/5): Very good - Location was special! Walked everywhere except the Vatican. There is a taxi stand right on the other side of the Pantheon. (Didn't find that till day 2). Marco, the owner answered all our questions via messaging including things like where grocery stores and non-tourist restaurants were. Carlos was amazing, hauling our bags and explaining how everything worked. Apartment was large and very clean. 2 bathrooms is great! The stairs. There are 58 marble stairs to get to the apartment. I would not recommend this for older people. If we hadn't had Carlos to help, it would have taken us forever to get our bags up and down. We tried very hard to not have to go back during the day. We are 68 and 70 years old and I consider myself in good shape but it was a climb.
• Katherine (10/5): Fantastico! - We really felt like we were in the heart of things. A great base for exploring in all directions and a haven to return to. Plenty of space and light and the view of the pantheon. Surprisingly private and also at night once the windows were closed absolute silence! We have stayed in many places in Rome that 'boast' quiet in busy areas and it is not the case. These guys do not even boast this, however it was amazing how their Windows shut out the tourist noise and it was easy to get a good nights sleep! The apartment was fantastic and Marco and Silvia our hosts lovely. Getting the luggage up the stairs! But hey! This is Italy and few places have elevators. Must say though, sooooo worth it. And the stairs, give the privacy in such a central location!
• Peter (7/5): Generally good and as expected. - The central location, size of apartment and quietness. Electricity tripped off when using oven/grill and hairdryer - at unfortunate time as we were getting ready to go out on a booked tour. However, host was very helpful in rectifying this. Only seating for 2 persons in the lounge/sofa. Had to use the hard dining chair for 3rd person. Kitchen tiny and bad smell. 54 steps up from street level (no elevator).
