- Nadine (8/5): - Localização muito boa, próxima a vários pontos de ônibus e metro. A acomodação também tem maquina de lavar, o que nos ajudou muito. A cama e o sofá cama eram bons, passamos dias muitos bons na hospedagem O apartamento tinha um cheiro não muito agradável.

- Raquel (10/5): Excellent place! - Excellent apartment. The building is gorgeous, old fashion but very well kept. The lift was also old-fashioned and very fun to ride. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and easy to find. We absolutely loved staying here and will stay again for future trips to Rome. The hosts are adorable, they were super helpful and were quick to reply to messages. The metro is 5min walk “Bologna” and only a few stops to the centre. There is also lots of restaurants and convenience stores right outside the building. Great area. The only thing I didn’t like is that we though there was private parking available but it turns out it was public on road parking, although we didn’t have too much trouble to find a space, but you have to pay.

- Zakia (9/5): charming alartment - an old style, large apartment, has charm.. high walls, clean and convenient location. The apartment is in 9th floor, small lift. old fashioned lift.
- David (3/5): Could be better - Spacious apartment and comfortable bed. Toilet stopped flushing. Lift was broken the entire 3 days in the house. Apartment is on the 9th floor so we had to walk up over 200 steps every time as no came by to fix the lift.

Great cafes, and pizzas are also outside your front door!!!The apartment has everything you need. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Airconditioning is great because the weather was extremely hot. The owners are very kind and helpful. In general our stay was great!!!!

- Joss (9/5): Perfect apartment for exploring Rome - The apartment benefits from a good location in a student neighbourhood and is a short walk to the Bologna metro station. There is a Lidl nearby (5 to 10 minute walk) as well as a small grocery (1 minute walk). The apartment is also on many bus routes. Spacious kitchen and living room. Clean bathroom with shower. The apartment is located on the 9th floor and was nice and cool despite the hot weather. If you don't like heights you may not like being on the top floor of the building. There is an old-fashioned lift but if you walk the stairs it is somewhat unnerving that there is only a hip-height banister and a void going all the way down to the ground floor.

- Manish (5/5): Average stay with a welcoming host - The property is located close to railway station. There are lot of food joints and grocery shops close by. Apartment manager was welcoming. They greeted us and walked through the property before handing over the keys. Property is not as shown on the website. Most of the furniture is old (may be antique but couldn't appreciate it) and in damaged condition (although usable for a short stay). Lift is very compact and is not comfortable for a family. Bathroom flush stopped working during night (might be first time issue), but be careful as there is no one to attend immediately like a hotel

And you feel like home The apartment is one-sided, and the bedroom has no opening windows, only an entrance to the balcony, but you can't open windows on the balcony. The apartment is quite old, it creates a special atmosphere, but it's not always comfortable

- Thu (10/5): Exceptional - The host is very friendly and enthusiastic. We had a wonderful stay in Rome. The actual room is much nicer than on the photo. I was quite surprised because the room was nice, clean and the price was not too expensive. I highly recommend this hotel.
