• Marica (10/5): Splendido soggiorno - Abbiamo soggiornato una notte per un Addio al Nubilato. Posizione perfetta per chi desidera stare nel cuore di Trastevere. Letto e divano letto veramente comodi e la struttura dispone di tutto il necessario. Trovandosi a Trastevere e in un palazzo tipico della zona, non c’è l’ascensore, che non lo reputo un fattore negativo, ma sicuramente è utile saperlo per chi dovesse averne necessità.

• Paula (10/5): Bardzo polecam! - Lokalizacja jest wspaniała, mnóstwo restauracji w pobliżu. Zwiedzać można spacerkiem, do większości atrakcji około 30 minut spacerkiem. Sam apartament bardzo fajny, w środku chłodno - co było bardzo przyjemne kiedy na zewnątrz było gorąco. Dodatkowo taras - kawa rano smakuje zupełnie inaczej na świeżym powietrzu 😊 Wszystko było super 😊

Расположение идеальное – в самом центре, с кучей кафе, ресторанов и магазинов в пешей доступности, но при этом в уютном закоулке, где совсем не шумно. Сама квартира уютная и просторная. Интерьер аутентичный, с большим количеством старинной мебели, потолком и другими деталями, добавляющими атмосферу классической Италии. При этом быт отлично организован и никаких неудобств не возникало. Терраса заслуживает отдельного комплимента, так как это самая уютная часть квартиры, где в хорошую погоду, сидеть одно удовольствие. Не было микроволновки, так что еду приходилось разогревать на плите.
• Aleksandra Idec (8/5): Great location! - The location of the apartment is excellent and the terrace is truly wonderful — a real highlight of the stay. The flat itself is very nice and bright, although it does differ slightly from the photos, so expectations should be set accordingly. Communication with the host was excellent — very responsive, helpful and quick to react whenever something came up. Overall, a pleasant stay in a great location, with some small areas that could be improved. A few practical improvements would make the experience even better. The kitchen could be better equipped with basic essentials such as salt, pepper, coffee and tea, and there were quite limited cooking utensils and tableware. The heating system was also a little unpredictable, sometimes becoming very warm and at other times switching off on its own, and on the last day there was some dripping from one of the radiators in the hallway.

• Lucia (2/5): Volevamo scappare - L'unica cosa che abbiamo apprezzato è la disponibilità di Erika nell'anticipare il check-in e nel rimediare subito ad un problema sorto con la donna delle pulizie. La casa piena di polvere, per non parlare della camera da letto e del letto a cassone. Il materasso era più piccolo della rete e nell alzare il cassone, perché era caduto il cellulare, si è alzato un manto di polvere. Menomale che mio marito, allergico alla polvere, aveva con sé i suoi medicinali. Il divano sporco di polvere, il bagno vecchio, non pulito e senza manutenzione. Il rubinetto del lavandino perdeva acqua, il tappo del bidet era bloccato. Poveri i miei figli che non li riuscivo a far stare nemmeno seduti al divano. Infatti il più grande già dal primo giorno voleva andare via. Il primo giorno la donna delle pulizie ha trascinato la busta dell immondizia lasciando il pavimento appiccicoso fino a giù le scale. Potrei continuare con tanti dettagli ma il linea generale non lo consiglierei a nessuno!

Non è stata fornita nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua; solo un asciugamano piccolo e uno grande a persona, l’acqua calda ha dei problemi, la cabina doccia è rotta e il bagno in generale andrebbe ristrutturato.

• Monika (10/5): - Fantastic apartment in the heart of Trastevere — the location couldn’t be better. Everything is within walking distance, including the Vatican, the Colosseum, and most of Rome’s major landmarks. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants, cafés, and bakeries. The apartment itself is perfect for four people, with one separate bedroom and a beautiful terrace that truly makes the place special. It’s incredibly atmospheric, so if you want to experience the real Italian vibe, this is an excellent choice. I also want to highlight the host — she was absolutely fantastic, very responsive and helpful. She sent us plenty of great recommendations, and whenever any small issue came up, she immediately assisted us. Highly recommended!

• Gilbert (8/5): A good base in Trastevere to explore Rome - The location is very good and the host was excellent in communicating and responding to every question. The apartment has everything needed, and the patio is a nice option. Refinishing the stone tile flooring and adding a fresh coat of paint could really improve the overall impression. The wifi works well enough, but the router is old and should be upgraded.

По заселению не было никаких проблем , все понятно и четко по инструкции. Хозяйка Эрика была всегда на связи, мило дала нам рекомендации в день приезда, где вкусно поужинать поблизости. Had to drink wine out of water glass. Mold around bottom edge of shower. Shower door rollers broken at the bottom. No coffee machine as advertised. Only a coffee maker as per advertisement. Very little room for movement in second bedroom and bathroom comparing to the other six places we rented in Italy on our trip.

La terraza es lo mejor de este apartamento. No hay aire acondicionado instalado. Dejan una maquina de aire que has de conectar a un orificio en la ventana que da a la terraza. Emite un ruido muy fuerte. Con lo que se cobra deberían mejorar las instalaciones. Las paredes necesitan una mano de pintura ya. La TV no se ve bien.

• Cecilia (2/5): An appartment that needs profound cleaning and renovation - It is a good location if you stay in Trastevere. It could be a charming apartment it wasn't in such a bad shape and of top of that quite dirty. During my stay the heating didn't work when I wanted to put it on last night, The last night when I tried to use the oven the mainswitch turned off. Two burners didn't work. The warmwater didn't work from Saturday evening until I left so I couldn't take a shower in the morning. When we spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up, the paper was black, The floor was extremley dirty and needs profound cleaning or renovation. The dishes and glasses were not clean either. We had to clean everything before using it. Accoringg to new Italian laws the landlord or the one representing the landlord is obliged to meet the guests during check-in. It didn't happen. And when I contacted the company managing this apartment to tell them that the warm wate stopped working they tried to turn the responibilty on me. I have been in Rome working and I expect that what is said in the advertisment is correct, and it wasn't.

The sheets and towels were clean. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Overall the bedding and decor felt like it belonged to someone's grandmother. The apartment had definitely been cleaned prior to our arrival, but it still felt a bit dingy, and the lighting was dim. I would recommend that the host invest in upgrading the bedding and decor.

The bathroom and kitchen were not comfortable and very old. Not enough equipment's in the kitchen for cooking. No enough glasses etc. The shower was very old and dirty. Very noisy area and the A/C was not great.

The communication with the host was great, I got all the information I needed just in time. The apartment is in the heart of Trastevere, a very cozy and quiet place. • Finch (7/5): Excellent apartment for dipping into the centre of Rome. - Chose apartment as travelling atound italy and needed washing and drying facilities for our clothing. Excellent space throughout apartment for our family. Lively local area with plenty happening with selection of eating establishments and bars. Quick response from messaging staff with query when accessing the apartment. Could do with an additional air-conditioning unit for the bedroom as we visited during the summer. Therefore not a comfortable sleep. Ants were present around the kitchen area during visit, but obviously minimalised if kept clean.

• Cathrine (10/5): Charming! - Location is great and the flat is spacious and clean. It is in an old building and the flat is not a newly renovated place, but is is really charming and we loved it. The AC is in the living room and cooled the place down nicely. Our kids slept in the bedroom on the other side of the flat. This room was of course hotter, but had a nice fan. No problem with heat and we all slept well. Wifi does not reach the bedroom which was good for us. Worked nicely elsewhere. Choose this place if you are looking for a charming old flat in a lively neighbourhood! If you want modern and fresh/new then choose something else. Perfect for us. No wine-opener, but we bought one and left it there so hopefully you will find one in the future. A cutting board would been nice to have in the kitchen but we managed without.

• Anonymous (9/5): Fabulous!! 👍🏻 - It’s is centrally located. Close to many fine Restaurant’s, Churches and arts. Very lively and happy place. I liked there’s a little porch that’s very quaint. I sat there in the mornings and had breakfast. Lovely and relaxing with the birds chirping and the look of nature. I can’t remember anything negative. If I needed anything it was always very on hand.

• Jacob (8/5): Great location, so-so facilities - Location, location, location! Trastevere is where you want to stay to get away from the catered tourism. Patio was nice for relaxing on, Valentina (host) was very helpful. Plenty of space in the apartment. The apartment wasn't in the best of shape. It needed a deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint but in general everything was functional. The wifi had a hard time reaching the bedroom and the air conditioning was only in a small space.

The host was kind and communicated with us a lot, clear instructions all the way through. the walls were badly damaged and with a lot of mold, the pictures did not depict the reality. the furniture was very old in the whole apartament making it look not so clean. in the bathroom the toilet seat was filthy, could use a new one.

• Bruno (8/5): Great value for money. - The communication with the owner was very good, and the value for money is good. The facility is big, clean towels and the location is perfect. Very old furniture, the walls need repainting, the bed is not too comfortable.

We where able to store our bags ahead of time (we arrived earlier than check in) and got help booking transport the airport. The apartment is simple but has everything you need and a nice little terass. The street felt safe and was close to everything we needed. The street outside the bedroom can occasionally be a bit loud. The area is generally quite lively so if you are looking for a quiet stay in a sterilized room I would choose a different neighborhood or a hotel. For us it was perfect, we like a bit of life and sounds when we travel and we almost felt like locals! :) I would bring an extra towel.
