Věděli jsme to dopředu, tak jsme s tím počítali, ale je potřeba na toto myslet při objednávání pobytu, abyste nebyli zaskočeni.

• Barbara (10/5): Mega für Kleingruppen, Preis- Leistung spitze, Lage wahrscheinlich einzigartig in Rom - Sehr liebevolle Betreuung via WhatsApp durch die Gastgeberin. Jeden Tag frisches Gebäck fürs Frühstück an der Tür. LAGE, LAGE, LAGE!!! Alle klassischen Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb von 30 min zu Fuß erreichbar! Alles vorhanden in der Wohnung, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, wenn man will 3 Schlafzimmer (1 Zimmer mit Schlafsofa, trotzdem bequem), Föhn, am letzten Tag fanden wir sogar ein Bügeleisen ^^ Trotz fortgeschrittenem Alter des Mobilares sauber und alles funktionstüchtig. Nespresso Kaffeemaschine! Das Frühstück wird bereit gestellt, indem man einen vollen Kühlschrank (Säfte, Eier, Joghurt, Butter, Milch etc) und Brot und Gebäck vorbereitet auffindet. Wie gesagt, jeden Tag dazu noch frisches süßes Gebäck. Auch wenn die Wohnung nicht super modern und vom Schnitt her ihre Eigenheiten hat, haben wir uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Minimanko ist, dass ein Schlafzimmer kein Fenster hat und die Wohnung eher einfach ausgestattet ist (nicht modern).

L'emplacement du logement est idéal, près des stations de taxis (5 minutes) près des restaurant (2 minutes). Un accueil très sympa et surtout Alina une personne très dévouée et qui en cas de besoin répond en général en même pas 15 minutes... La qualité des couchages et le voisin du dessus qui avait les pieds un peu lourd ce qui résonnait dans notre logement !!! Mais la propriétaire n'est pas responsable de ses voisins.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr bemüht und freundlich! Das Frühstück ist bereits für.den gesamten Aufenthalt vor Ort und grundsätzlich ausreichend. Es wäre nett, im Vorfeld evtl Unverträglichkeiten bzw Vorlieben abzuklären, sonst ist es wirklich einfacher, selbst einkaufen zu gehen. Das Appartment befindet sich im 2.Stock ohne Lift. Grundsätzlich kein Problem, aber es wäre gut dies im Vorfeld zu wissen, falls man nicht so gut zu Fuß ist. In diesem Fall wäre davon anzuraten.

The apartment is located in a charming old-style Roman building, which adds a lot of character and authenticity to the experience. You immediately feel the historic atmosphere of Rome while staying here. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with all the essentials needed for a pleasant stay. Despite the historic building, everything inside the apartment worked perfectly and felt well maintained. The location is excellent, within walking distance of many major attractions, great restaurants, and local shops. Communication with the host was smooth and professional, making check-in and our stay very easy. A great choice if you appreciate classic Roman architecture combined with comfort and a prime location. Highly recommended!

There are a lot of stairs so if you have people in your group with mobility issues that could prove tricky but the apartments owner did warn us about the stairs before our visit so we were kept informed

Renovated bathroom and beds were comfortable. Communication with the Alina was amazing and they gave us a lot of information in a brochure. No air conditioner in the master room only on the kitchen/living room and the second room. The smell in the 1/2 bathroom is bad. The apartment doesn’t have dinning table only 1 small desk.

The host was very helpful. Nice and clean apartment had a fridge full of ingredients to make breakfast. The equipment includes bed linen, towels and basic cosmetics. There is also well-stocked marked within a 5-minute walk. Great stay !

Excellent value for the money. - The apartment is very centrally located, basically at Campo di Fiori where all the restaurants with great food are, as well as old town that’s beautiful for walking. We were able to go everywhere by foot, and if not, the location was very well connected to any other major part of the city by public transport so we saved money on taxi. This enabled us to see a lot of monuments and meaningful places in the city mostly by foot which was a great experience. The apartment is spacious and cozy and great for family stay (we are family of 4). The host Alina was very helpful and available at any time when we needed something. We fell in love with the apartment because it gave us a great rustic Roman vibe, while still offering all the necessities for us. We will definitely come back here any next time we come to Rome.

Lack of air conditioning in one of the rooms, the one they had in kitchen was noice but we managed using a blowing fan to get cool air from kitchen to bedroom, price is a little too high for place but close to everything

Loads of options for eating and going out close by. Good aircon and fans throughout the apartment - which were needed. It was 35-36 the days we stayed. Hosts left plenty of milk, butter, breakfast in fridge etc. Two good size bathrooms (one with shower), comfortable beds. Perfect for a couple of nights. Like many apartments in Rome there was no lift - about 4 sets of stairs to get up to. Only a challenge for carrying suitcases, but a minor point.

Maybe it should be mentioned in the description that the rooms are on the third floor without a lift. After walking all day long in Rome in that heat, it wasn't very pleasant to go up to the third floor by foot.

We got the best pizza in town suggestion and that really was good 😊 The apartment was clean with modern touch, good shower products and also it was cooled down in the extreme heat that was outside.
