• Barbara K72 (8/5): - Stanovanje je bilo lepo, dobra lokacija. Ni nam bilo všeč da lastnica vstopa v stanovanje v času oddaje ko nas ni notri. Stanovanje je lepo vendar potrebuje nekaj popravil, obnove.
• Peter (7/5): Goed gelegen en ruim appartement. - Prima ligging. Nabij metrostation en supermarkt. Diverse defecte zaken; toilet en 2 airco units buiten gebruik. Veel herrie van hard pratende en schreeuwende mensen op de binnenplaats.

• MissJ410 (5/5): 🤌 - Lokacija stana je odlična, blizu stanice metro (San Giovanni i Manzoni). Stan je velik i prostran. Neuredno i prljavo nas je dočekalo. Prašina, prozori, kupaonice, posteljina kao da se nije dugo čistilo ni osvježilo. Prve dvije noći je bilo hladno jer klima uređaji nisu radili, pa smo to i prijavili, na što je domaćin rekao da klima jedna ni ne radi (to je kao pod normalno), a druge dvije su došli napuniti plinom. Tuš u kupaonici smo zamijenili jer nas je dočekao potrgan. Sreća imali smo sredstva za čišćenje pa smo oprali stan da bude ugodan za naših 5 noći. Kuhinja nema klasičan štednjak nego ploču sa dva kuhala, tako da nije za neke izazove osim kave. Nema čaša za vino i sadržaj same kuhinje je vrlo ograničen. Previše nepotrebnih detalja u stanu (suho cvijeće, metle nasred kuhinje...) koje skuplja prašinu. Stolice i stol u blagovaonici su dotrajali, izgleda kao da su ih skupili na buvljaku nakon što se neki kafić rješavao istih. Kreveti u sobama su ok, ali na posteljini bi se moglo poraditi definitivno, za početak oprati i staviti na svaki bračni krevet po dva jastuka. Buka se čuje, ali to je opravdano jer je u blizini bolnica, no eto stan ima prozore koji imaju dosta korektnu izolaciju.

• Karine (5/5): σχετικά καλή ,αλλά θα πρέπει να κοιτάξουν την θέρμανση γιατί το σπίτι ήταν πολύ κρύο. - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία κοντά στο μετρό . Μέτρια καθαριότητα. Είχα την αίσθηση ότι τα σεντόνια δεν είχαν αλλαχτεί ήτανε από τους προηγούμενες επισκέπτες. Σφουγγαρίστρα Κούβα σκούπα φαράσι σε μια γωνία της κουζίνας .
• Francois (8/5): Pratique et bien situé - Entre la gare de termini (20mn) et le Colisée. 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains. Commerces et restaurants au pied de l'immeuble. Cuisine petite pour manger a 6. Sentiments de défiance désagréable lors du contrôle des documents d'identité. Ne pas oublier la taxe de séjour de 5€ par nuit par personne au delà de 10 ans.

• Daria (7/5): Wystrój i lokalizacja robi robotę, ale mogłoby być lepiej - Obrazy i lokalizacja :) bardzo miły, pomocny i ekspresowy kontakt z właścicielem. Brak ekspresu, brak ręczników papierowych, zepsute spłuczki, były tylko 3 do herbaty, nie było kieliszków do wina, mało komfortowe miejsce do jedzenia, dużo dziwnych dekoracji (sztuczne kwiaty, zbierające kurz).
• Jade (3/5): Disappointing - The location was great - a short walk to two main train lines and a tram line. The bathrooms were not clean. There was mold in one of the showers, a toilet seat broken, a toilet that wouldn't flush and an air conditioner that did not work. The bed sheets did not properly fit the bed so they kept coming loose and they were so thin that you could feel the plastic of the mattress protector underneath it. The bed was not stable and the bed head was not fixed so it clashed against the wall every time you moved. The hand soap was so watered down it was practically water.

• Zoltan (7/5): Good for 6 people - The place was clean and nice. The location is good, many buses. tram and metro is near to the place. It has 3 separated bedrooms with separated bathrooms. Kitchen is good. Checkout was flexible. The traffic is big there and apartment is noisy because of this. The apartment was cold in the beginning of December and heating was not strong enough. One toilet upper part was missing (owner said it was broken multiple times). We arrived late to get into the apartments was not easy at all, the box for the keys was inside the house, but in evening not many people moved in/out so we had to wait a lot. The owner arrived for longer time.
• Steven (4/5): Good location but facilities need to be improved. - Location was good for underground and the apartment was clean. Kitchen was badly equipped and there was a lack of furniture, broken items in bathrooms, couldn't load own media apps onto TV, so only Italian programmes available.

• Sandra (8/5): A touch of paradise. - Location. The size of the bedrooms. The kitchen is small considering there is no lounge. Landlord nice. This is the first BNB that does not have salt and pepper, sugar and other kitchen items available for the residents. Most leave the good ghe people hsve left for the next person. There was none of this supplied. The plug in the kitchen for the microwave was difficult to plug in. The microwave vibrates loudly. The most disappointing item missing was the kettle. You also need to know you can not put toilet paper into the toilet. As it can block and if it does you have to pay for it to be unblocked. In saying this, the items discussed could be put in. A kettle is cheap as is a microwave to replace the old one. Beautiful old treasures on display. Im please yo congratulate the people before us for removing them from the property. Sandy Taylor
• Rexhina (10/5): Exceptional - Entering into this apartment was like entering into a piece of art. We really enjoyed a lot staying there. Really cosy, comfortable, spacious, well equipped and located near to most famous touristic attractions of Rome. We would definitely recommend it!
• Kenneth (10/5): Ideal apartment for us, we absolutely loved our stay. - As three guys travelling the three well sized bedrooms with three spacious bathrooms meant we were not waiting to use facilities. It was a very welcome change to other apartments we have stayed in. Certainly be looking to stay again. Great location. I’ve stayed in San Giovanni several times but it was first for my friends and they loved it. Easy walking everywhere around. Metro, bus and taxi rank within a couple of minutes walk. Cozy little kitchen / communal area were we could sit and chat. Everything was great.

• Sonya (2/5): Sadly, our holiday was tainted by this place. Definitely pay more to stay somewhere nicer in Rome. - NA As soon as we arrived the host was not present, and unreachable. The contact number provided did not work so we felt stranded. Eventually the host turned up, let us in but demanded tax money which we walked to the bank to withdraw. Host did leave her bag so came the next day to collect this but we were absent from the apartment. Host did open the bedroom window and this confused us as there was no need for this. The hot water did not work so we had cold showers. The drain to shower did not work properly. The toilet had no seat. The lounge area had uncomfortable stools which could be improved. The air conditioning was shockingly bad and did not work. - You are better off paying the same money for a reputable hotel or a better apartment. I wouldn’t use this place again unfortunately.

• Milena (10/5): Recommendation for a spacious apartment in an excellent location :) - Everything is as in the pictures, the apartment is big, suitable for several people, it is in a great location and the host was kind and friendly. You have a lot of supermarkets, small restaurants, bakeries near the building - so you don't have to walk far for basic things. The nearest landmark is Basilica San Giovanni in Laterano. I was missing an electric kettle or some other coffee making equipment (cezve) in the kitchen. The dishes in the kitchen could be better too.
• Patricia (3/5): The land that time forgot. - Location is good, whatever could be cleaned as floors and bathrooms were clean. Spacious bedrooms. Person who handed us the key was very sweet and kind. Very affordable for Rome Place is extremely run down: walls scuffed, curtains ripped by use, kitchen and utensils grubby, sheets clean but with old washed out stains, damask bedspreads were stained and grubby, one of the toilets did not have a seat, a/c on one bedroom did not work. The only common area is a kitchenette that is very old, with chairs and tables that were perhaps ok in the 80’s. Dead plants on pots outside windows filled w cigarette buts. You can do low budget but keep it simple, clean and basic.
• Balafa (8/5): very good, very Roman - clean, very good location We liked that the place had local attitude and style , in a very beautiful block of flats the owner was slow in answering the messages and that can cause nervousness when you arrive. But finally we managed to communicate .

• Aleksandra (8/5): Very good - Very comfy beds, clean bathrooms, great location. nice host. Kitchen equipment with basic products. The apartment lacks a comfy chill out area. Kitchen is spacious enough for breakfast and so on and for 2 people it was enough, but a sofa would be nice. On the other hand the bedrooms are spacious so all in all it depends on what you're expecting.
