• Maor (10/5): Loved it! - The most wonderful apartment and the most wonderful host! The apartment is really really big and spacious, had everything we could possibly need (including hair dryer, iron, snacks and fruits, kitchen appliances and extra bed sheets and towels) The host was available to help us with everything we asked for and she did it with a lot of kindness! Very much recommend. It’s a little further away from most of the monuments of the city center, but we were able to do most of our trips with some more walking and taking the bus, and didn’t even really need Ubers. So the distance wasn’t really an issue.

• Adam (10/5): - Všetko super. Určite odporúčam, cele to he veľmi veľké, milá pani ktorá to ponúka. Odporúčam pohybovať sa autobusom, metro je príliš ďaleko (20min peši). Oproti je pekná kaviareň na raňajky a kávu. Do mesta to je asi 30min autobusom. A na letisko Ciampino asi 1h až 1:30h spojmi. Ubytovanie je super. Slabé wifi. Vážne len toto.

• Iulia (6/5): Big apartment in a nice neighborhood - Clean apartment in a very nice neighborhood. Perfect for larger groups like 10 persons Fruits basket as a welcoming gift was a nice surprise. Noisy doors No natural light inside the bedrooms No windows at the bedrooms so you can’t get fresh air The apartment is in the basement so -1 Check out at 10 and then if we needed 20 Min longer we got a lot of stress from Patricia, including Italian swearing , I think this was very unnecessary .

• Alex (10/5): Great, spacious property and host. Well connected to the sights of Rome - It was very spacious, clean and had all the facilities that we needed. Well connected to local public transport. The host was very friendly and accomodating We struggled a little bit with the plug sockets and our UK travel adapters. Fit was a little tight.

It was extremely clean and cosy with toiletries, towels, tea, coffee, salt, etc. Patrizia (the host) is just amazing. The only thing that could be better is the kitchenette. It definitely has everything you need and very clean, but really small. It was less convenient to actually cook.

We had 6 people in the apartment and it was triple the amount of breakfast that we needed. The variety and selection was great. The Location was excellent and close to the bus stop. • Dias (10/5): Great place for bigger family needs! - The best stop is two blocks from the apartment and the apartment was very spacious and petsitzia was very accommodating and responsive to messages. Everything was great would recommend for bigger families to say Under One Roof.

• Rita (10/5): Excellent-do book !!! - It was sparkly clean and the layout of the apartment was interesting and spacious. The property wasn’t close to all major attractions but that did not matter since the owner told us how to hop on a bus which brought us to exactly where we wanted to go. The cleanliness is next level..such we had stayed here longer! Huge private dining hall .. such a big bonus and a fruit bowl awaited us. Perfection. All perfect

• Paolo (1/5): Misleading description, very disappointed: lower ground floor no sunlight and no windows in bedrooms - The location The place is on a lower ground floor, it's humid and doesn't get much sunlight. Moreover the "bedrooms" don't have windows but a door to a communal area that has windows. There are 1.5 bathrooms not 2 like in the description - i.e. one bathroom only has a toilet and a sink (no shower nor bath). From one of the "bedrooms" we could clearly hear the kitchen in the flat next door (entire conversations and noises). Since I wasn't happy I asked gently to amend my booking and leave earlier but in the end I had to pay a hefty cancellation fee.
• Triston (9/5): Superb - The size of the place is great. The standard photos do not do it justice. Great for families. Very good location, quiet area, very cosy. Each room has air-conditioning with a TV. A large eating area, kitchen separate with everything you would need, fridge, microwave and more. Will definitely book again, the host was great. Everything was great, no complaints
