- Naďa (9/5): - Apartmán bol super.velke spálne a super teraska.

- Havegeer (6/5): - It’s a fairly modern interior, but it could use some refreshing and a few repairs. The apartment needs some repairs and refreshing, but the worst part is the poor access to the city center. There is a bus stop, but the buses run very irregularly, and when they finally show up, they're already full. As a result, we mostly ended up walking to the center, which is about 5 km one way. So in my opinion, it's worth paying a bit more to find a place with better public transport.
- Dino (10/5): - Roberta sehr freundlich
- Antonello (8/5): -
- Jana (8/5): - Klidné místo, dobré zabezpečení bytu v přízemí. Paní pronajímatelka velmi milá a vstřícná. Zapracovala bych více na čistotě - kuchyň, koupelna, sedací souprava. Doprava do centra veřejnou dopravou dost náročná - přeplněné autobusy, dlouhá jízda.

- Daria (8/5): Ein schöner Aufenthalt in Rom - Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig. Gute Ausstattung, man hat alles, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr sicher und ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Der Weg in die Stadt war mühsam, man musste ziemlich lange auf den Bus warten.

- Antoine (9/5): - Ms. Roberta was very kind. She took time to explain well everything we needed to know and she responded to messages instantly. The place is gorgeous and very clean. The garden was an extra little touch to the charm of the place.
- Ayan Ayan (7/5): Excellent location for attending an Ergife conference, good amenities - Roberta was very kind and awaited me on arrival to provide elaborate information. The appartment looks very well maintained, nicely decorated, and the shower is good and its temperature constant. The host provides coffee (nespresso cups) and tea which is much appreciated. For the conferecne that I attended at Ergife hotel, the location was excellent. I was able to walk there in under 10 minutes. It's a little far from Rome city centre though, and the area itself is not very pretty, it's a calm side street to a very busy road. Supermarkts are nearby, 2 options. Also a few fine restaurants. By default only 2 towels are provided which is not adequate when staying 5 nights, extra towels are EUR 8 per set of 1 big and 1 small. In my opinion, a guest should at least have 1 towel for every night.
- Paul (10/5): - Very clean. The hostess was very friendly. Very pleasant to stay. Balcony. Be aware you need a smartphone with internet connection (4g) to unlock the front gate. No problem for us.

- Harry (8/5): Recommended: Great location, good value for money - Great easy parking, just out of low-emission zones. Great big bedrooms and beds. Sun terrace and garden. Extra charge for "late check-in" (even though check-in is just a digital PIN entry) is an insult to common sense.

- Aga (9/5): I will recommend that place for trip to Rome - It was comfortable and had all we need. It was far from attractions but close to buses and metro.
- Courtney (9/5): Superb - Very plush
- Bosko (9/5): Superb - Spacious apartment, garden A lot of mosquitoes and no mosquito nets
Would be good to have washing mashine

- Natalia (7/5): Nice apartment but insufficient care in managing it - We spent 10 nights at Oscar Garden. The apartment is managed by a company, Elfaro Bnb. It’s quiet if you keep the windows closed, and it has a small garden outside. Being on the ground floor, it gets screened from the heavy noise of the nearby Aurelia Road, which is always busy. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the closest metro station. It has wooden floors, the beds are large and confortable, there is a lot of storage space, the room doors are thick and made of wood and provide good sound isolation. (One night there was a party in a nearby apartment and we could hear a lot of noise, but the people left around 11 pm.) There is very hot water available at all times. The kitchen has a fridge, sink, stove, coffee maker and electric kettle. There is one large TV in the kitchen and one in the big bedroom. Two small umbrellas are provided for the use of the clients (and we used them, since the last three days it rained heavily). At arrival you are offered a change of towels (for 5 euros) and cleaning services (for another fee). On the last day you get a message reminding you to vacate by 10 am and take out the garbage. Getting to the center of Rome takes 45-60 minutes if you don’t go by car. The most frequent buses run every 12-15 minutes at rush hour (30/60 min at other times) but they’re almost always full. Other buses only stop at some stations and are not written on the board, so you have to figure out things using various (unreliable) apps.
Only the TV in the kitchen works, but it only has Italian channels and no major sports channel. To watch TV there you have to sit on a chair in front of the kitchen stove. The TV in the bedroom is supposed to have Netflix, YouTube and so on, but it’s not connected to the Internet, so it didn’t work. The wifi connection is unreliable and dropping every 10 minutes. There is no password on the guest wifi (unsafe). On Sunday evening the wifi was not working at all, we had to contact the Elfaro admin and she turned it on again.
The apartment has electronic locks. The app we had to install didn’t work when we arrived, but the Elfaro admin let us in. It’s probably useful for Elfaro to always know when the client enters or leaves the apartment, but for us it was an added bother, because Bluetooth didn’t always “see” the locks and we had to turn it off and on every time we wanted to get into the apartment.
We were told at arrival to take the trash out every day (which we did) and to use a towel to block the water when taking a shower because the shower drain doesn’t work very well. That was an understatement. You have to use a towel for each 5 minutes of shower, because there is no door or raised doorstop for the shower cabin, and no drain in the bathroom floor. If you have to wash long hair, a 5-minute shower is not enough, so we had to waste a lot of towels. The small bathroom sink also had a defective drain — you had to lift the sink plug manually for the water to drain.
There is no countertop space to even place a box of cereal or a bag of sugar. One day the fridge was suddenly off and it was turned on remotely after we requested that.
- Munti (9/5): Superb -
- Atanas (9/5): Very good apartment with very nice and helpful hosts - + spacious, sunny and comfortable
+ very nice, responsive and helpful hosts
+ easy to park in front of the building - the locking/unlocking of all doors with an app is a bit inconvenient
- the shower in the bathroom has no door, so that the rest of the bathroom gets wet as well
- often a traffic jam on the street going towards Vatican and the center
- Kyril (10/5): Exceptional - beautiful interior, own terrace with garden. quiet area near the center, convenient electronic lock system. the owners always helped with any questions
- Antonios (10/5): We were absolutely satisfied and really anjoyed our stay! Very close to everything we needed! -
- Medhat (10/5): Love it - Very good, very clean and peaceful place Internet wifi needs to be faster
- Manjunatha (8/5): Very good - clean and spacious. checkout time 10 AM.
- Aleksandar (10/5): Oscar apartment - the apartment is very comfortable in a very good location, parking in front of the building where there is always a place to park.
by car, you have 20 to 30 minutes to reach all the sights in the busiest times of the day.
we will definitely come back to this apartment again on our next visit to Rome. Everyting is ok
- Andrii (3/5): Do not recommend untill the owner doesn’t get fixed heater and internet problems - The location is good for visiting Rome by car, free parking nearby.
The apartment has a big patio. which can be good in summer. This is the first time in 15 years of travelling when I had to boil water in a sauce-pan to take a shower.. in apartment for 180€ per night !
There is a shower, but the hot water pressure is so low that you wouldn’t be able to wash your hair.
The other thing is that even that low pressure water doesn’t stay hot for long. If you are not used to take shower within 30 seconds, be prepared for cold water coming. If you are ok with waiting for 3-4 minutes, the hot water will come, but not for long again. And this silly game is how you take shower at that apartment. Obvious problem with the heater.
So if you are 3 or 4 persons, that is definitely not the right place where you want to get yourself ready in the morning.
Another issue is the WIFI. For locals it may not be a problem, but for foreigners it is necessary. At this place the connection never ever was stable. It got disrupted every 2-3 minutes, during all 4 days of our stay, on the phones of the family members and the laptops. But even when the device was connected the online speed checkers showed below 10 mb/sec. So using internet was a nightmare, and I had to connect my laptops through my phone.
- Seyoung (8/5): It was really good place when you are traveling by car. - Reception person was really kind and agile. Weak water pressure
