Spacious clean accomodation. There is no elevator in the building and three flights of stairs to navigate. I had one suitcase so I was fine, but definitely would be a consideration if you had a lot of heavy luggage.

Apartma je zastarel in potreben osvežitve.Zelo strme stopnice,se je treba potrudit,za prit v 3 nadstropje.Najbolj me je presenetilo ali užalostilo oziroma razočaralo.....imeli smo samo eno rolo wc papirja za 3 nočitve,tri osebe.....nikjer v apartmaju,vse smo parkrat pregledali ni bilo dadatne wc role papirja.Pomgali smi smo sami.To je nedopustno,za apartma v samem centru Rima in cena ne odraža kakovosti.

There were unpleasant surprises: mold in the shower, inaccessibility of power outlets, lack of proper hanging spots to dry clothes and towels, etc. I think those are relatively easy to fix and it would make a big difference in the experience.

El apartamento muy bien tambien y con todo lo necesario para varios dias. Cama comoda. El baño estaba bien pero es mejorable, la ducha en concreto algo descuidada, pero cumplía su función.

• Mariam (8/5): Cozy apartment just in the city centre. Very nice host! - Rafaelle was extremely communicative and made sure we had everything sorted to get to the flat with no problems. Same for the check out. He was also very friendly in order to recommend some restaurants and helped us right away when we had an issue with the kets. the flat was cozy and very warm! thanks so much for everything Rafaelle! The flat needs a bit of improvement, like the fridge which needs to be attached to the wall but other than that its all good

• Sofia Martinez (10/5): Hermosos dias en Roma - La ubicacion era genial! Muy cerca de todo, de facil acceso, con bares y restaurantes cerca, muy segura para caminar. Un ñugar tranquilo y muy silencioso por la noche . Rafa, su anfitrión, estuvo muy atento a todo, nos ayudo a reservar traslado desde el aeropuerto y tambien taxi al momento de partir. Solo decir que hay que subir escaleras y que si tenes movilidad reducida puede ser un inconveniente. Pero yo viaje con mis padres de 66 años y pudieron hacerlo sin problema

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. Raffaele, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful. He made sure everything went smoothly and gave me great tips about the city. His hospitality really made a difference. I would definitely stay here again! Everything was wonderful! There wasnt anything not to like!

Pereții destul de murdari, spătarul patului foarte murdar, scaunele de la bucătărie scarojite, ușile vechi, murdare. Am ales apartamentul pe baza notei, aproape de 9 din aplicația Booking. Si am remarcat că în prețul de cazare au o taxă destul de mare, numită taxa de curățenie. Plafonul era din lemn iar cei care stăteau deasupra li se auzeau pașii că aveai impresia noaptea că mai este cineva cu tine in cameră.

• Maria (10/5): A location in the center of Rome, clean and spacious, easily accessible, where we felt very well. - The location is right in the old town near the Parliament Building. It is practically close to all the points of interest in the center of Rome (a few hundred meters from the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, even the Colosseum) and near Via Corso with a multitude of shops! From this point of view, the location is exceptional. The host Raffaele is very kind, gives a lot of information about how to get to the apartment ad about food places and objectives to see and finds solutions to tourists' requests. The apartment is large, two rooms(a living room with a sofa that can be extended and a slipping room), kitchen and bathroom and is equipped with what is necessary. The WIFI works very well. It is clean and quiet. The windows face an interior courtyard. A family with children can stay here very well. We felt very good and we will come back with pleasure.

Problems contacting the property manager by telephone We had to use whatsap so an internet connection was needed. He was slow to respond which left us on the sidewalk with our bags and no place to go. During communications after booking, the property manager indicated the he would pick us up at the airport and take us to the cruise port The cost quoted for these services made that impractable so we wound up taking a bus from the airport to Termini Station and taxies from the Station to the apt and then to the Cruise Port. The apt was not super clean and really was more of a home apartment than a rental suite. The sofa bed had a bar underneath the mattress which made the bed uncomfortable. The kitchen had no coffee maker nor coffee, nor a toaster. The only plug in for the kettle was on the floor. The photos of the property while accurate do not really reflect the standard of the apartment When we arrived and saw the place we were not even sure it was the apt we had booked. We did not want to start looking for another place, so we accepted what we got. We stayed three nights and the apt was reasonable priced. It's condition probably reflected the amount normally charged for a centrally located facility in Rome. We expected better. For those with mobility issues, the third floor stairs would be difficult and very trying..

Excellent location, walking distance to many historical sites. Right in the heart of it! Excellent host who went out of his way to collect us from the train station at 10.30pm on our arrival. Highly recommend this place Bathroom is a little outdated with a sketchy shower door, didn’t diminish our stay here though

The air conditioning worked well, and the washing machine was a bonus. Rafaelle, the host, was excellent; he helped us arrange transportation and shared good restaurant recommendations. The shower is understandably tiny but needs renovating and cleaning. A clothing rack and mirror would be an excellent addition to the bedroom.
