• Konstantin (10/5): - Very beautiful and homely apartments, conveniently located for parking or a 7-minute walk to the metro. There's a great restaurant right below, but it's best to book a table in advance. Supermarkets, a gelateria, and a fruit market are also nearby. It can be a bit expensive to travel by taxi from the airport and back.

• Desiree (9/5): Lindo Apartamento en San Giovanni - Los espacios , las camas fueron perfectas , muy bien equipado y con muchas amenidades , muy cerca de supermercados y bien conectado para ir a las atracciones turisticas de Roma. El frio extremo que sentimos ya que segun nos dijeron por ley la calefaccion no estaba disponible y pues los A/C nunca dieron la funcion de hacer el clima calido dentro del apartamento tomando en cuenta el clima de invierno en Roma y nosotros acostumbrados al trópico pues fue un frio demasiado intenso.

• Bettina (10/5): - Sehr freundlicher, unkomplizierter, persönlicher Empfang, Kontakt gut erreichbar bei Rückfragen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt absolut ausreichend und gut ausgestattet. Freundlich und liebevoll eingereicht. Die Lage ist perfekt, obwohl nicht im direkten Zentrum, gut mit dem ÖPNV erreichbar. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür, eine weitere um die nächste Straßenecke und die Metro auch nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Ein Conad Supermarkt ist hinterm Haus, unten am Haus gibt es eine super Pizzabude, ein gutes Restaurant und eine kleine Bar. Was braucht man mehr ;) Weingläser fehlten, aber wir konnten gut improvisieren. Wer sehr geräuschempfindlich ist könnte sich über die Geräuschkulisse des Supermarktes stören, wenn dort früh morgens Ware angeliefert wird, aber für eine Großstadt und der Lage an einer Hauptverkehrszone ist es dennoch insgesamt überraschend ruhig Wir würden gerne nochmal wiederkommen:-)

• Alfredo (10/5): - L'appartamento è molto bello, pulito, luminoso, bagno grande e comodo, due camere spaziose. Ci sono i condizionatori per cui non ci sono problemi ad avere la temperatura desiderata. Nonostante la posizione in una via molto grande in zona semicentrale, mi ha sorpreso la tranquillità che ci ha permesso di riposare durante la notte. L'appartamento si trova in una zona comodissima: nello stesso stabile al piano terra c'è il ristorante "Dar Bruttone" dove abbiamo cenato e fatto pranzo perchè lo abbiamo trovato ottimo (cucina romana). Sempre nello stesso stabile c'è un piccolo bar dove fare colazione e a pochi metri la fermata del BUS della linea 85 che porta direttamente in centro. Camminando in pò di più ci sono le fermate della metro, quindi la posizione è ideale per spostarsi. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e organizzatissimo: ci siamo scambiati due messaggi prima di arrivare e puntualissimo ci siamo visti sotto l'appartamento per la consegna delle chiavi. Se dovessi tornare a Roma, sicuramente sarebbe la prima scelta per un soggiorno. Nulla. Manca solo l'ascensore nel palazzo ma, a meno che non si necessario, non intacca il giudizio ottimo sulla struttura.

• Alexandra (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment was nice, clean and welcoming. There is no self check-in, which made things a bit confusing as we had to walk around with our luggage. "An unexpected aspect was the lack of heat, or more precisely, its distribution over limited periods, considering that we rented the apartment in December. We were instructed to turn the heat on at regular intervals, due to the risk of the central heating failing. According to the instructions received, it had to be turned off every 3 hours and left to "rest" for a similar period of time. Thus, we only had heat for 3 hours in the morning, when we woke up, and another 3 hours after returning home during the day, since we did not use it at night. We were suggested to use the air conditioning, but it, installed in 3 rooms, was not efficient enough to heat the entire apartment. Furthermore, due to the old hardware, the windows did not provide adequate thermal insulation, so our stay was not pleasant. For this reason, I would not recommend this apartment for stays during the cold season."

• Ingrid (10/5): Happy stay in central Rome - Very nice apartment quite central location in Rome. Giovanni welcomed us and was very welcoming (even though we were a bit late). Apartment is in good shape, and was very clean upon arrival. Hot water takes some time to come through though in the shower, but all in all good choice for staying in Rome.

• Jamie (9/5): Beautiful apartment with top transport links - Great location, close to Re do Roma metro station. 4 beds so good options for sleeping arrangements. Very well decorated. Top restaurant Dar Bruttone just next door. Located on third floor so had to carry luggage up flights of stairs
• Mill (8/5): Good value for money. - Comfortable beds, useful kitchen, big refrigerator , authentic Italian property, very clean, the property owner is very nice and helpful. No elevator, low pressure of the water, unstable hot water ( sometimes we needed to wait 4-5 minutes to get hot water)

Only 15-30minute metro/bus into historic Roma depending on where you want to go. 85 bus stops right outside which is convenient. Comfortable beds and good aircon. Hosts were lovely and always answered messages promptly. Highly recommend. Only one key for a group of 5. Missed 1 remote for 3rd aircon. On the 4th floor so just beware as there is no lift.

• Beatrice (10/5): It was perfect for 5 ladies traveling to enjoy Rome🥇 - we loved the apartment. had everything we needed! it was close to 2 metro stations: Re di Roma and San Giovanni. San Giovanni had a direct line to Termini Station and that helped a lot to reach the airport faster! the neighbourhood is awesome! highly recommend it🤘🏻 we did not like that the bathroom door was making a noise but we survived 😁
• Yiju (10/5): Exceptional - the room is clean and same as pictures, got everything we need, even washing machines with liquid soap! the curtain doesn’t work, very bright in the morning, but the good thing is we can wake up early.
• Anthony (9/5): Nice spacious flat. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Great location. - Great location. You get to live in local area with a local market across the road ad some very nice restaurants at local prices. There is one just bt the entrance to the apartment. The bus stop is outside the door and it is only a 20 min ride into the heart of Rome. Beware 4th floor and NO LIFT. Did not end up being a major issue for us but it may be for some.

• Krzysztof (10/5): Was great!! 💪😁🏛️SPQR! - Great location, close to almost everywhere thanks to the proximity of the subway, thanks to this we managed to visit everything we planned, and there was a lot of it, shop within 1 minute, we definitely recommend it, we came back home very satisfied. Postpone deliveries to our favorite store for a later hour, because they could wake up very early with tapping and shuffling 😉😆

• Marek-kaczmarzyk (10/5): Brilliant stay at San Giovanni Appartment - Appartment is huge with all necessary equipments. There are microwave, towels, crockery and cutlery, TV, air condition in badrooms, roller blinds in the windows, small iron, a little iron board,and much, much more. Apartment is clean and in really good condition. I appreciate a great contact with the appartment's owner. Check-in starts at 3PM and check-out is at 11AM. Appartment is located just 5mins from Re di Roma metro station and few steps from bus station which make easy connection to the Termini Station or places like Colosseo or Piazza Venezia. Dar Bruttone restaurant with amazing carbonara is located at the same building and much more restaurant are in the area. Markets like Conard is very close and more are located around Re di Roma. The only one thing that eventually is missing, is the second pair of keys - espacially of you are travelling with friends and from time to time you want to explore Rome individually.
