• Delizia (6/5): - Terrazza panoramica, 10 minuti a piedi metro San Paolo, parcheggio per l'auto trovato con facilità Al costo a persona c'è da aggiungere: pulizia (5 euro) e lenzuola e asciugamani a pagamento (altri 5 euro). Costi non esplicitati! Non viene consegnato un kit igienizzato, pulizia non soddisfacente. Il caffè non c'era benché fossi stata rassicurata sul contrario.

• Abdullah (5/5): كانت اقامه للاسف سيه بسبب التواصل مع الموظيفه فقط - الموقع جيد وكان هنالك موقف سيارات في الموقف وهذا جيد بعد الحجز تبين انه علينا ان ندفع رسوم للفارش والفوط (ملاحظه هناك تونيه ولكن لم انتبه)بعد الحجز كان رد المضيفة إذا كنت لا تريد الدفع يمكنك ان تجلب أغراض معك (الشراشف والفوط!؟) والأسف التواصل سي جدا كانت هناك مشكلة وكنا نحاول الاتصال من الساعه 12صباح ولم نجد رد إلا في الساعه السابعه صباحا كنت لليله سيه للغايه مع الأسف
• Andreas (9/5): Tolle Wohnung, super Aussicht und viel Platz für 5 Personen - Die Beschreibung passen zur Unterkunft und werde ich nicht extra positiv hervorheben, siehe die positiven Bewertungen. Trotz Nähe zu gut befahrenen Straßen war es angenehm leise und der Verkehr hörte Abends auch auf. Ich könnte sehr gut schlafen, was für mich immer ein KO Kriterium ist. :-) Es gibt wenig nichts zu bemängeln. Trotz der Verbesserungsvorschläge, siehe unten, eine top Wohnung und würden wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Evtl einen Fernseher, den man mit dem Internet verbinden kann, würde es etwas aufwerten. Die Couch ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und bietet wenig Platz. Eckcouch wäre vorteilhaft. Besteck war knapp ausreichend da. Fehlerhafte Dunstabzugshaube hat uns nicht gestört.
• Olivia (8/5): Kényelmesen elfértünk 6an,15perc sétára van a metró. - Kényelmesen elfértünk,szuper volt a nagy terasz. Lehetett volna nagyobb tisztaság. A függönyök szakadtak,a falak foltosak. És elég hüvős volt,nem tudtunk befűteni.

• francesca paola (9/5): Siamo stati benissimo e se torniamo a Roma… - Appartamento molto comodo per 4 persone, terrazza spettacolare… Metro un pochino distante ma autobus a due passi che porta direttamente a piazza Venezia Si potrebbe curare un pochino di più la pulizia interna degli armadi, il resto dell’appartamento era pulitissimo…
• Giuseppe (9/5): Ringrazio Antonella per aver risolto un inconveniente con celerità anche in tarda serata , veramente gentile e disponibi - Appartamento ampio e luminoso , bellissima veranda , tutto ciò che necessita per un soggiorno gradevole , in sei lo spazio è giusto , quartiere tranquillo e parcheggio facile da trovare Nulla , magari un valore aggiunto potrebbe essere far trovare dell’acqua in frigo o magari una bottiglia di vino , piccoli accorgimenti che al cliente fanno sicuramente piacere

Pur consapevole di fare una richiesta illecita, la signora è stata molesta per tutto il tempo della permanenza. Evitate assolutamente questo posto. Situazioni così devono essere denunciate!

• sandrine (10/5): - Grand Appartement terrasse (qui fait tout le tour). Bains de soleil pour la sieste. Vue sur le parc. Proche des bus et métro (10 minutes à pieds) Lits confortables et tout était très propre. La logeuse nous a contactés par whatsapp et c'était très rassurant pour pouvoir échanger. Le concierge nous a accueilli avec une bonne humeur communicative. Je recommande !
• Susana (10/5): - Posizione, prezzo, quartiere, tutto eccellente, vicino alla metropolitana che porta in centro a Roma, appartamento molto spazio e comodo, terrazza molto grande per godersi le sere al aperto, 2 bagni, cosa importante se si è in 4 come noi, ci hanno lasciato caffe, sale, olio, zucchero. Quartiere tranquillo, bello e servito di tutto. Proprietaria molto disponibile.

• Elzbieta (10/5): - The apartment is absolutely beautiful. It has wrapped around balcony with 2 seating area. You can just seat with your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening and enjoy it. The host was very responsive. We left something in the apartment and she was very helpful communicating with new guests to schedule a pick up. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that want to have nice quiet stay. Train station is 10 minutes away and take right in the center of Rome. Thank you so much.
• Safae (6/5): - Ruim appartement met een zalig balkon. Ligstoelen aanwezig. De communicatie met de gastvrouw liep wat moeizaam in mijn ogen... het was lang wachten op antwoord. De elektriciteit viel ook vaak uit (er hing wel een papier op dat dit kan gebeuren)
• Artem (9/5): - Величезний простір апартаментів. Тихий район. Міська безкоштовна парковка прям біля номеру. Низький трафік транспорту. У 15-20 хвилинах пішої прогулянки є цілодобовий маркет. У номері є все необхідне для життя, а не просто ночівлі на декілька днів. Привітні господарі. Виглядає так, що колись це була роскішна квартира. Але зараз деякі речі вже потребують ремонту і налагодження: жалюзі, пральна машина інколи не працює, меблі потребують регулювання дверцят, та інше.

• Dominika (8/5): - Dla grupy 6 osób apartament był bardzo wygodny, jedna łazienka w pokoju a druga na korytarzu. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystkie sprzęty. Łóżka wygodne, świetny taras dookoła obiektu na którym można było wypić poranną kawę. Podłoga i prysznic były trochę brudne.

• Tomáš (10/5): We were overall very impressed with the accommodation. - Excellent communication and maximum helpfulness / great apartment facilities (adequate equipment, spacious furnishings, all needed appliances, toiletries, basic food and drink) / amazing terrace / first class patisserie for Italian breakfast downstairs, nice and quiet location with very good connections to the city center. Only some of the appliances could have been cleaner (might be possibly renewed) - e.g. the kettle. Perhaps, it might also be worth investing in a water filter.

• Nikolaos (8/5): Very good - The man who expected us to give us the keys of the house didn't speak English. He didn't show us an ID and he asked us to give him 120€ as City Tax. The owner of the house emailed us a few days before about this, but this price was not included in the primary price of the house. I think this is unacceptable as well as we didn't have a receipt for the money but those were the only things unpleasant.
• Horatiur (10/5): Nice week to visit Rome - Nice view over the parc and great terrace. Not too much traffic. Good access to supermarket Conad. Not far from bus stations and metro. Bus schedule and transport to city center good. Ventilation and AC centralized system working fine. Some issue with the fridge door not closing sometimes due to damaged gasket. Cleaning in the city area is poor despite there are a lot of trash bins on the street.
• Melissa (7/5): Meh... - The apartment is roomy and fairly comfortable. The terrace is large and a great bonus. The kitchen utensils were mismatched and clearly left overs for other homes. Not all of the pots had lids. The stove vent didn't work at all. Not their fault, but the water pressure was poor, but also the shower was very moldy. It's quite far from city center, and the neighborhood, while I assume was a better one, was still dirty and overgrown. Also the pillows were thin and hard and be advised that there is no dishwasher. The air conditioner seemed to have a hard time keeping the apartment cool and it wasn't the hottest weather. They will charge you extra money if you check in after 8 pm and we were running just a few minutes late to check out. The cleaning man showed before 10 and we were getting a phone call at 10:10 to get out even though we already were. It seem like this is more for making money than making guests comfortable. This apartment looks nice on the surface, but was only mediocre in reality.
• Mirela (4/5): Disappointing - unfortunately was very far from the city Center, not very clean and the host asked us to take the trash out, considering we left everything grouped and clean. we had to buy toilet paper and cleaning product. I also felt that the host was kinda rude at the end. Not very happy with staying there and I wouldn’t recommend.
• Emma (10/5): Perfect place to stay to feel like home in Rome - The place is neat, comfortable and esay to reach. The metro station and bus stops are close to the apartment. The apartment is in front of a public park and there are many restaurants and pubs in neighbourg. There was some renovation work going on in the neighboring apartment but it will not last long and is only being done during daylight hours
